But unlike most D.C.-based wargames, this effort heavily involved members of the commercial technology sector, to understand what near-term capabilities might be brought to bear on a Taiwan scenario.

What was the role of the OSCE in Kosovo in the past, as are addressed effectively and in the future in counseling and support for institutions and politics, especially in strengthening democracy, as vital to the prospects of Kosovo. Is OSCE also extremely necessary to play a role in cooperation with institutions in support political parties, as well as in other sovereign countries in the region that the OSCE is involved such as mission?. Where OSCE continues to have positive role still ongoing mandate in Kosovo to help many different projects as in higher education in public universities, cognitive and educational projects of universities, the judiciary, and not the acts of violence rule of law as weak points to be improved and necessary for Kosovo. Currently the mission is conducting a number of activities in Kosovo, many of which have helped EUPT (European Union Planning Team for Kosovo), for information regarding the EULEX Mission in planning and has been especially helpful for teams of Police and Justice as complementary to each other. Therefore OSCE occasionally is in a sensitive position to stop acting or continue walking in Kosovo?. But one thing should be noted that he still needs to continue to support, contribute to Kosovo's efforts to continue democratic principles, to build a transparent society and governance practices to adhere better to the members of the communities in Kosovo. Supervision required in future electoral processes, political, to advance reforms in local governance, judicial reform for all citizens in realizing the vision towards Europe, in cooperation with the EULEX mission will be a direct push and guarantor for the European future Kosovo and will need to be continued for a long time to build and order in Kosovo issues important to the finalization of the process towards the EU. The need and the presence of this mission will be a necessity within medium to improve many sectors with a European standard. DOI:10.5901/ajis.2014.v3n3p201

Modern European lyrical poetry of the 20th century (with authors: Rilke and George Trakl in Austria; Apollinaire or Mallarme, Yves Bonfois, Baudelaire in France; Frederico Garcia Lorka, Rafael Alberto in Spain; Ungaret, Montale and Quasimodo in Italy, and even Anglo-Saxons, such as Yeats, Pound and T. S. Eliot.), also took place in Albanian spaces, within our political, social and cultural circumstances. Dressed in symbols and metaphors, dark and full of contrasts, as an inner expression of the poet, it comes as an opposition to ideologized and politicized literature, as well as to dictatorial power. Hermetic poetry, as we see the poetry of Italian and other authors, which was created in the circumstances of the dictatorial time all over Europe, is dark and closed poetry, based on symbolic language with suggestive and semiotic power, with a complexity in poetic articulation, which brings difficulty in interpretation. The hermetic poets, avoiding the regimes of the Nazi-fascist time, withdraw into themselves and avoid open communication to bring the inner world of creators who put art first, through which they come out against the systems and propaganda of the reality that surrounds them. Along these lines, this poem, which in most cases expresses loneliness, pain and despair, as experiences of wars, losses, feelings and human situations, appears reflexive (of internal reflection), but also a poem of contemplation, emotion and of deep thought. The Albanian researcher, Leka Ndoja, considers that hermetic poetry comes to life or is understood from its reading and interpretation, since it does not communicate directly with the signified. The signifiers of the hermetic poetry are revealed by the interpretations of the poetry within the mysticism of the subtlety of the message. Our authors were also inspired by this poem to hide the message as a new poetic strategy (Ndoja 2012, 5). When it comes to our Albanian poetry, the researcher from Kosovo, Basri Çapriqi, mainly considers the poetry of the 70s as such, as he says in his press release "Poetry of the 70s-Non-communication as communication", at the Academy Conference of Sciences and Arts, with the title "Streams of contemporary Albanian literature". That poem comes with a low level of communication, without transparency of messages and as such is not easily understood by readers.

The copyright in its infancy was provide protection only for the category of works of fine art but challenges followed by creations immediately should be undertaken measures regarding copyright during employment relationship. When authors of creations have seen the benefit of copyrights, they have risen their voice and acted to protect their creation. Therefore, it is very important that employers and employees with employment contract or agreement later make accurate determinations and clearly define their agreement. Law on Copyright in Kosovo almost every provision cited in this article has left open the possibility of defining many issues between parties, such as the expiration of period of rights to the employer, extra compensation etc. In the absence of clear contractual provisions shall apply copyright, and companies, that have invested heavily in a certain work, will lose right after the expiration of 10 years and all contracts that are associated with third parties, other-companies for allowing the use of a work after this deadline will be invalid because a party cannot achieve the right of copyright. This situation could cause many problems in the future for Kosovo companies which do not have much knowledge about the legislation in the field of copyright and do not take precautions to regulate the issue of transfer of rights to their employees. This Article discusses the idea ownership issue in the context of employment and independent contractor relationships. The paper recommends that since copyright is not familiar with the business regarding changing performance, therefore Kosovo laws should adequately support these circumstances of ownership in order for employees to give their best on his career. How employees could be owners of copyright. Which particular articles of Kosovo law on copyright should change?
