In the course of last two years practically all the European countries connected with a common political perspective during the period of four decades, as well as with the centrally planned character of their economies, have undergone principal changes. While analysts, specialists in national economy and politicians are racking their brains where, i.e. in what direction the economies and politics in this part of the world are developing, and what it will bring for the world economy, just a little space is given to searching for the answer to the question concerning the basic causes for this historical change. Socialist economy found itself in crises in spite of the efforts for its reform which have been going on since the late fifties. None of those reforms. however, managed to produce long-term satisfactory results.

The study deals with analysis of economic reforms in South-Eastern Asia affected by financial crisis in 1990s. Authors have stressed, that it was a result of internal & external influences, which caused not only the fatal destabilization of main economic fundaments of affected countries & they have had consequences on international business authority of these countries. It was approved, that the high rate of internal interdependence of countries affected by crisis & also the interdependence on Japan, could be considered as basic, but hidden accelerators of crisis. Nevertheless using of important reforming interventions eliminated most of the economic implications of it the risks of re-outbreak of the crisis have been decreased to certain level only. For prevention against its expansion are responsible all "attended" subjects & equally they have to share on realization of reforming economic programs for its long-term elimination. Based on the county regional incidences in 2004, it can be stated that the occurrence of cervix cancer in Zala county is especially high. The aim of the research is to reveal the reasons for non-appearance on cervix screenings in Zalaegerszeg and its surrounding areas, using data collected by a stratified sampling method from 1000 women. 48,9% of the questioned women appear on a screening annually. During the main component analysis, the 28 variables of the motivational scale grouped around three theoretical sub-conceptions. It is a well-known fact that a population screening can only be effective if the members of the population have a demand for the screening. The conception and the infrastructure, which were worked out by the health administration, have been available since 2003. The fundamental problem of the system is related to the population's low participation rate, which is influenced by fear, the possible damage of the private sphere and the uncomfortable feeling related to the screening. Although, it cannot be forgotten that a great number of the women feel responsible for their own state of health therefore they do attend the screenings. .
