Sobre el señorío de la mujer sobre su propio cuerpo y sobre la personalidad del embrión ; About women dominance over their own body and the personality of the embryo
Resumen: En el debate abierto acerca de la despenalización del aborto, aparecen recurrentemente dos tópicos: uno es el de que la mujer es dueña de su propio cuerpo; el otro, la duda acerca de que el embrión pueda ser considerado persona; que es mejor que se traten por separado. Siendo un tema que incita a acercársele en múltiples niveles –teológico, filosófico, político, jurídico, médico, biológico, entre otros–, todos ellos necesariamente entretejidos, el artículo se ha concentrado en el ángulo jurídico, que se evite evitar alguna referencia indispensable a otras disciplinas. ; Abstract: In the open debate about the decriminalization of abortion, two topics recurrently appear: one is that the woman owns her own body; the other the doubt that the embryo can be considered a person, that should better be considered separately. Being a complex issue that encourages to be approached on multiple levels –theological, philosophical, political, legal, medical, biological, among others– all necessarily interwoven, the article is concentrated on the legal angle, without avoiding some indispensable reference to another disciplines.
