Este trabajo da cuenta de la etapa exploratoria del proyecto "Formación ciudadana para la interculturalidad y la ciudadanía diferenciada. El acompañamiento de promotores de los derechos indígenas y la democracia activa solidaria"; que se propone contrastar los valores de la ciudadanía liberal, con los del ejercicio de ciudadanía en el ámbito comunitario y la democracia directa que comunidades totonacas practican en los municipios de Zozocolco y Espinal, Veracruz.El texto pretende empezar a responder a una de las preguntas de investigación del proyecto: ¿Qué tipo de valores y principios deben ser incluidos, como contenidos, en una formación ciudadana que contribuya a la ciudadanía diferenciada? Se reflexiona sobre las implicaciones del concepto de valores, haciendo énfasis en el de confianza. En este artículo se discute la construcción de ciudadanía en el ámbito comunitario, mediante el análisis de redes de patronazgo para acceder a los programas gubernamentales a través de intermediarios y gestores culturales. También se analiza diversas expresiones del movimiento indígena tepehua, que ha pasado de la acción directa en su lucha por la tierra, a una alianza entre comunidades indígenas y actores sociales y políticos para implementar una ciudadanía de carácter sociocultural. Ésta privilegia el componente étnico de la población indígena portadora de diversidad cultural. The paper also analyses various expressions of Tepehua indigenous movement, which has gone from direct action in their struggle for land to forming an alliance between indigenous communities and social and political actors in order to implement a socio-cultural citizenship. This favors the ethnic component of the bearer indigenous population of cultural diversity. En este trabajo se examinan algunas cuestiones en torno al proceso de «constitucionalización» del Derecho comunitario. En primer término se abordan los problemas nominales que han acompañado al Tratado de Lisboa y a su precursora, la malograda «Constitución europea». En segundo lugar, se abunda en la denominada «tesis del no demos», que parece haber sido la vencedora, al menos a nivel del discurso teórico, tras la firma del Tratado de Lisboa. En la última parte del trabajo, se afronta de modo sucinto, la cuestión de la ciudadanía europea en relación con este proceso de constitucionalización. En general, la tesis central del trabajo puede ser resumida del siguiente modo: la Unión Europea no se puede subsumir ni explicar bajo los conceptos que se han empleado tradicionalmente para el Estado Nación. ; This paper examines some issues connected to the process of «constitutionalization» of European Community law. First, the denomination problems that have accompanied the Treaty of Lisbon and its predecessor, the ill-fated «European Constitution», are addressed. Second, the socalled «no demos thesis» is analyzed. This thesis seems to have been successful, at least at the level of theoretical discourse, following the signing of the Treaty of Lisbon. In the last part of the work, the question of European citizenship in relation to the constitutional process is addressed. In general, the central thesis of the work can be summarized as follows: the European Union cannot be subsumed or explained under the concepts used traditionally to refer to the Nation State.

Mainstreaming between podiatry practice and podiatry studies is needed. Podiatry practice evolution in Spain has allowed this medical discipline to obtain its own academic, institutional and legislative framework to increase and improve professional decisions in the podiatric medical practice. For that reason, there is a great interest and relevancy on emergencies and urgencies education in podiatry clinical and welfare activity. It is an essential component, the different and inherent risk conditions of welfare activity require to give an immediate, accurate and sure response that protects people life. Podiatry faculties could and should establish joint actions that integrate on an effective way the complexity and multiplicity of vital situations that the podiatric activity involves, as well as to establish strategic plans in the activity of professional podiatrists that come together in an improvement of graduates.

"Georg Lukács's philosophy of praxis, penned between 1918 and 1928, remains a revolutionary and apocryphal presence within Marxism. His History and Class Consciousness has inspired a century of rapture and reprobation, perhaps, as Gillian Rose suggested, because of its 'invitation to hermeneutic anarchy'. In Lukács: Praxis and the Absolute, Daniel Andrés López radicalises Lukács's famous return to Hegel by reassembling his 1920s philosophy as a conceptual-historical totality. This speculative reading defends Lukács while proposing an unprecedented, immanent critique. While Lukács's concept of praxis approaches the shape of Hegel's Absolute, it tragically fails to bear its weight. However, as López argues, Lukács's failure was productive: it raises crucial political, methodological and philosophical questions for Marxism, offering to redeem a lost century"--

This article is based on a dissertation for a master's degree in Hispanic studies. It deals with the translation into Spanish of the section about Colombia from the Nouvelle géographie universelle by the French geographer Élisée Reclus. This translation, titled Colombia, was made by the Colombian geographer Francisco Javier Vergara y Velasco, just after the publication of the original in 1893. This study aims to restore the protagonists and the stakes involved in this translation process in their historic context, in a time when illusions of national unity of the nascent American countries were manifested, for example, in focusing on geographic works. The figure of the geographer-translator is here considered more as a subject that has left its mark, especially as a geographer in this translation-rewriting, than just a bridge between languages. ; El presente artículo surge de una tesina presentada para la obtención de un diploma de maestría en Estudios Hispánicos. Aborda la traducción al español de la parte correspondiente a Colombia en la obra del geógrafo francés Élisée Reclus: Nouvelle géographie universelle. Dicha traducción, titulada Colombia, fue realizada por el geógrafo colombiano Francisco Javier Vergara y Velasco, precisamente después de la publicación del original en 1893. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo dar algunos elementos claves para restituir a los protagonistas y los desafíos de este proceso de traducción en su contexto histórico, en una época en la que las ilusiones de unidad nacional de los países americanos nacientes se manifestaban, por ejemplo, en el interés que círculos intelectuales y políticos prestaban a los trabajos geográficos. The aim of this study is to analyze the Permanent Revisable Imprisonment from a legal, criminological and social perspective. This legal figure was introduced by the Organic Law 1/2015, of March 30, and was not exempt from a strong doctrinal controversy and subjected to a fierce parliamentary debate. The members of the Popular Party in the Parliament justified such a measure, among other reasons, in the need to guarantee the confidence of the citizens in the Justice. However, the Spanish doctrine mainly understands that the Permanent Revisable Imprisonment violates many of the principles and values contained in our Constitution. In the present work we analyze this legal figure, contextualizing it juridically and socially. Finally, we will analyze the first sentences from Spanish courts that have applied this legal figure for the conviction of offenders. ; El objetivo del presente estudio es analizar desde una perspectiva jurídica, criminológica y social, la figura de la "Prisión Permanente Revisable" introducida por la Ley Orgánica 1/2015, de 30 de marzo, incorporación que no estuvo exenta de una fuerte controversia doctrinal y que fue objeto de un airado debate parlamentario. El Grupo Parlamentario Popular justificó tal medida, entre otras razones, en la necesidad de garantizar la confianza del ciudadano en la Administración de Justicia, sin embargo, la doctrina española viene entendiendo mayoritariamente que la prisión permanente revisable vulnera gran parte de los principios y valores recogidos en nuestra Constitución. En el presente trabajo analizaremos la figura jurídica en sí, tratando de contextualizarla jurídica y socialmente; además, desde una perspectiva crítica, expondremos por una parte, cuáles debieran ser las exigencias constitucionales que, de alguna forma, redefinan normativamente o incluso expulsen de nuestro ordenamiento tan polémica figura; y por otro, cuáles son los problemas reales que dificultan la aplicación efectiva de la misma. Así mismo, nos aproximaremos a cuáles son las razones por las que el legislador viene huyendo en los últimos años de los pilares y fundamentos que hasta ahora habían sustentado y orientado la política jurídico-criminal de nuestro Estado de Derecho. Por último analizaremos las primeras sentencias dictadas por tribunales españoles que han recogido esta forma de condena.

The argument in Lukács: Praxis and the Absolute (López, 2019) suggests that Lukács' attempt to supersede Hegel failed. Ironically, Lukács' concept of praxis reproduces the logical structure of Hegel's bad infinity, concealing its own finite historical origins in October 1917 (and Lukács' philosophical reflection thereupon) while also mystifying the conceptual-logical content of praxis itself. In short, Lukács' concept of praxis is a mythology that relapses into the antinomies he identified and criticized in others. If Lukács' philosophy of praxis is critically reconstructed in light of Hegel's speculative understanding of the infinite and the finite, Lukács' concept of praxis may be recovered and reconstituted on a more rational basis. The resulting speculative concept of praxis makes it possible to overcome the interrelated pitfalls of nihilism and dogmatic positivity that Lukács referred to via Heraclitus. Further, this will assist the development of a more reflective, critical Marxist Hegelian concept of praxis that may better orient socialist practice and contribute to the reformation of Marxism that Gillian Rose called for in Hegel Contra Sociology (Rose, 2009).

Daniel Berzosa analiza el histórico momento político de la Europa de las revoluciones burguesas en su lucha por la democracia constitucional. Y, en concreto, se centra en las aportaciones doctrinales de los miembros de la escuela fisiocrática (primera escuela económica en sentido estricto) para la construcción conceptual del principio liberal de la limitación del poder, desde el reconocimiento de la existencia de unos derechos de los individuos que el poder político no puede erosionar de ningún modo (ni en el momento del pacto político por el que la sociedad se da una constitución, ni, naturalmente, establecido éste) y de la institución de una cierta división en el ejercicio del poder (reelaborada y propuesta de forma contemporánea y clásica por Montesquieu). Se trata de un principio que está en la base de la democracia representativa moderna. Por ello mismo, se hace necesario trascender las simples consideraciones que pudieran derivarse del análisis jurídico de los preceptos y colocar su estudio en una perspectiva histórica, social y política más amplia, para comprender su verdadero alcance y significado.
