Aim is to assess power abilities in young football players, improve individual strength training program taking into account various indicators obtained from Wingate test and quality of its performance. Material and Methods. The Wingate test results in young football players of 11-12 are under consideration. Among them there are Wingate peak power, power at the 15th and 30th seconds, anaerobic capacity, and their changes during a year. The correlation relationship between Wingate test results and other strength and power characteristics obtained from laboratory and field tests are shown. Results. Test results in 11 years old football players were Wingate peak (279.68 ± 52.65 W), Wingate peak (7.36 ± 1.03 W·kg-1), Wingate mean (6.48 ± 0.78 W·kg-1), and Wingate fatigue rate (34.36 ± 15.25 %). Strong correlations existed between Wingate peak and maximal Load in stress-test with gas analysis (r = 0.72), 10 jumping steps (r = 0.72), between Wingate power at the 15th second, power at the 30th second, Wingate mean power and maximal Load in stress-test with gas analysis (r = 0.80, r = 0.77, r = 0.71, respectively). These results provide coaches with preliminary norms for 11-12 years old football players and can be used to adjust programs for their athletes. Conclusion. Wingate test enables to assess the level of anaerobic power and capability of football players starting from the age of 11-12 years. The comparison of Wingate test data in different periods of the year macrocycle allows determination of trends in power development in young football players. The analysis of athlete's individual features based on Wingate test results reveals personal strengths and weaknesses for further individualization and/or correction of the training process. © 2016 South Ural State University - Institute of Sport, Tourism and Service. The article discusses the most used types of real estate values, the features of their definition and relationship, calculation methodologies. The market value in the article is considered as the main reference point when determining the cadastral value or when making investment decisions. Based on the examination of reports on the contesting of cadastral value, a conclusion is made about the mass use of the comparative approach in deriving the equilibrium value of real estate. Particular attention is paid to the errors that appraisers make in their work when determining the market value of real estate and which in the future significantly affect its results.

Relevance. Housing costs rose significantly in the housing market during the pandemic. Тhere was a great interest in the price from state regulatory authorities and market participants. Domestic and foreign researchers mainly identify price bubbles. They compare the income of the population, the price of rent and the cost of housing and do not pay attention to calculating the scale of speculative price bubbles. Today in Russia, the study of this problem is relevant.The purpose of the study was to develop a methodology for identifying speculative price bubbles on the real estate market. It uses the value of the fair value during the period of stability, the simulated fair value and the market value in the conditions of a hype market.The objectives of the study were to provide a dynamic analysis of the housing market, identify periods of stability of excessive price growth in the market, simulate fair value with stable values of price-forming factors and calculate the size of the price bubble.Methodology. The research is based on correlation and regression analysis, an index method of information processing.Results. The percentage sizes of speculative price bubbles were established. The fair price base in the housing market was adopted, a scale for dividing speculative bubbles was developed.Conclusion. Calculations were made for the housing market in Sochi in 2021, a euphoric price bubble of 54 per cent was calculated. Macroeconomic factors have not changed, so the market price requires special attention from interested parties.

Aim: The aim of this paper is to study L-carnitine effect on various aspects of physical fitness and psychophysiological features of professional female football players during the competitive mesocycle. Materials and Methods: We studied the effect of Elkar L-carnitine (PIK-FARMA OOO, Russia) on functional parameters of professional female football players (n = 10, age 22 ± 1.7 years, body length 163.3 ± 5.5 cm, body weight 58.9 ± 6.8 kg). Participants from the experimental group (n = 6) received Elkar solution at a dose of 3 g/day (1.5 g twice a day) during 4 weeks of the competitive mesocycle. To study the drug effectiveness in the training process we estimated the body composition, functional state, anaerobic capacities, and psychophysiological status of female football players with the help of bioimpedanceometry, heart rate variability analysis, ergospirometry with the biochemical analysis of blood lactate content, and wingate test. Results: We established the optimization of body composition and a significant decrease in fat percentage. We also revealed an increase in the functional parameters of athletes from the experimental group: significant increase in VO 2max , normalization of SBP and adaptive capacities of the body, decrease in resting HR. Moreover, we also registered a insignificant increase in speed-strength capacities, stabilization of attention concentration, and normalization of psychophysiological parameters. Conclusion: L-carnitine is an effective and safe metabolic substance improving body composition, aerobic capacities, adaptive abilities, and attention concentration of female football players, which can be recommended as a supplement in remediation programs for professional athletes. © 2018 Human Sport Medicine.All right reserved. ; This work was supported by the Government of the Russian Federation [Act No. 211, contract No. 02.A03.21.0006].
