Derecho ambiental o derecho a un ambiente vivible?

Most Latin American countries lack the necessary structures to exercise environmental rights. The author discusses three factors explaining this: the crisis of the law, the limits of environmental law itself, and the oppositions to it. The exercise of the right to environment is determined by the political structure, the style of development, and the socio-cultural context. It implies the end of poverty, injustice and war. It is with social justice that the ecological debt will be reimbursed
