In June 2019, Facebook announced its own cryptocurrency "Libra" to be used through WhatsApp and Messenger, in order for its value to remain stable thanks to the support from banks and electronic commerce companies, linking to different currencies and the support of important companies. EU antitrust regulators investigated it as a "threat to monetary sovereignty". China is already testing its own DCEP cryptocurrency tied to state banks and major companies, with notable advantages. It will probably displace cash and be used even for world trade, which can make it an alternative to the traditional international payment system, compared to the current one led by the United States with the USD. The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) offers "the area and the route" to extend the Yen as a global digital currency. These new developments, and their rapid and high competitiveness produced as the "art of bian lian", have generated intense concerns in the international financial system. Will the EU, Japan or the US be able to counter the virtual yuan so quickly?

Los derechos de conciliación deben cobrar un singular protagonismo, elevándose a principios sociales de primer orden. Pueden considerarse verdaderos derechos sociales colectivos si queremos avanzar como ciudadanos, diferenciándose así las políticas de igualdad de las políticas de género, porque lo que surge para evitar la discriminación, tiene el peligro de acabar ratificándola. Han de estar también orientadas a fomentar derechos para ser ejercidos en exclusiva por los varones, mejorar las disposiciones de la ley (en muchos casos su mero cumplimiento), o colmar silencios elocuentes y otras deficiencias de técnica legislativa apuntadas en estas líneas, pues ni la ley 39/ 1999, ni ahora la LOI definen y aglutinan todos los instrumentos laborales y de seguridad social, y su aplicación práctica tiene un sentido menos grandilocuente, más modesto, frente a la idealización impulsada por cierta "literatura empresarial".

Abstract. Secondary dengue virus infections are a major risk for developing dengue hemorrhagic fever. Recent exposure to infectious bites of Aedes aegypti (L.) females in previously diagnosed dengue cases fulfills the epidemiological model of dengue hemorrhagic fever. A study was comprised of 357 (89.2%) dengue and 43 (10.8%) dengue hemorrhagic fever cases confirmed by laboratory tests and clinical manifestations. An entomological survey was done in homes and backyards. Concurrently, a questionnaire was used to assess the impact of healthpromotion campaigns through knowledge of the vector and its epidemiological role. Seventy-six (28.4%) of the 268 (67.0%) total wet or dry oviposition sites were positive for the presence of larvae or pupae, while adult Ae. aegypti were found in 32 (8.0%). One hundred thirty-two (33%) householders who formerly had dengue fever or dengue hemorrhagic fever had knowledge of either larval or adult dengue vector stages. According to gender distribution, 145 (36.2%) and 14 (3.5%) of the males confirmed with cases of dengue and dengue hemorrhagic fever lived in houses with 17.9 and 2% of the Ae. aegypti larval and pupal habitats. Houses with females who had dengue and dengue hemorrhagic fever were 212 (53%) and 29 (7.3%), with containers with immature Ae. aegypti in 19.4 and 7%, respectively. © 2020 by the authors. ; The main objective of this study was to examine the relationship between the level of physical activity (PA) and the degree of obesity with health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in individuals with metabolic syndrome (MetS) who participated in the Predimed-Plus study. A total of 6875 subjects between 55 and 75 years of age with MetS were selected and randomized in 23 Spanish centers. Subjects were classified according to categories of body mass index (BMI). PA was measured with the validated Registre Gironí del Cor (REGICOR) questionnaire and subjects were classified according to their PA level (light, moderate, vigorous) and the HRQoL was measured with the validated short-form 36 (SF-36) questionnaire. By using the ANOVA model, we found a positive and statistically significant association between the level of PA and the HRQoL (aggregated physical and mental dimensions p < 0.001), but a negative association with higher BMI in aggregated physical dimensions p < 0.001. Furthermore, women obtained lower scores compared with men, more five points in all fields of SF-36.
