Objective: to understand how health communication in the care of children with chronic conditions interferes with inter-professional collaboration. Method: a multicentric qualitative research. Data collection, carried out through interviews and observation, occurred from October 2017 to February 2018. For data organization, the NVivo software, version 12, was used. These data were analyzed from a dialectical perspective. Results: a total of 79 professionals were interviewed, including physicians and nurses in the Family Health Strategy. Essential markers for inter-professionality stand out, such as multi-institutional communication; the historical and political context of the municipalities; the bond between staff and families with children with chronic conditions; and active and purposeful communication. Conclusion: inter-professional collaboration is strengthened when the therapeutic plan of the child with a chronic condition is coordinated by the Family Health Strategy, plus the intention of communicating with the secondary sector. It is considered that the research included important issues, contributing to planning the work process in the Family Health Strategy. ; Objetivo: comprender cómo la comunicación sanitaria en el cuidado de niños con afecciones crónicas interfiere en la colaboración interprofesional. Método: investigación multicéntrica, cualitativa. La recopilación de datos, realizada a través de entrevistas y observaciones, se llevó a cabo entre octubre de 2017 y febrero de 2018. En la organización de los datos, se utilizó el software NVivo versión 12. Los datos fueron analizados desde una perspectiva dialéctica. Resultados: fueron entrevistados 79 profesionales, incluidos médicos y enfermeros del programa Estrategia de Salud de la Familia. Se destacan marcadores esenciales para la interprofesionalidad, como la comunicación multiinstitucional; el contexto histórico y político de los municipios; el vínculo entre el equipo de profesionales y las familias con niños con afecciones crónicas y la comunicación activa y resolutiva. Conclusión: la colaboración interprofesional se fortalece cuando se coordina el plan terapéutico para niños con enfermedades crónicas a través del programa Estrategia de Salud de la Familia, y se verifica la intención de establecer comunicación con el sector secundario. Se considera que la investigación integró temas importantes y contribuyó a la planificación del proceso de trabajo en el programa Estrategia de Salud de la Familia. ; Objetivo: compreender como a comunicação em saúde na atenção de crianças com condições crônicas interfere na colaboração interprofissional. Método: pesquisa multicêntrica, qualitativa. A coleta de dados, realizada por meio de entrevista e observação, ocorreu de outubro de 2017 a fevereiro de 2018. Para a organização dos dados, utilizou-se o software NVivo versão 12. Esses dados foram analisados pela perspectiva dialética. Resultados: foram entrevistados 79 profissionais, entre médicos e enfermeiros na Estratégia Saúde da Família. Destacam-se marcadores essenciais para a interprofissionalidade, como a comunicação plurinstitucional; o contexto histórico e político dos municípios; o vínculo entre equipe e famílias com crianças com condições crônicas e a comunicação ativa e propositiva. Conclusão: a colaboração interprofissional é fortalecida quando o plano terapêutico da criança com condição crônica é coordenado pela Saúde da Família, acrescida da intencionalidade de comunicação com o setor secundário. Considera-se que a pesquisa integrou importantes temas, contribuindo para o planejamento do processo de trabalho na Estratégia Saúde da Família.

ABSTRACT Objectives: to discuss specific laws and public policies for workplace violence in the health sector, highlighting possibilities for the collective confrontation of this phenomenon in Brazil. Methods: this is a reflective and argumentative study that refers to some previous experiences regarding the implementation of legal aspects to curb workplace violence directed at health professionals. Results: there are experiences regarding the existence of legislation or public policies to specifically contain workplace violence in the health sector, but these are still restricted to some places or countries. The literature provides resources for developing specific strategies for managing this phenomenon, highlighting prevention programs and conducts for case management. Final Considerations: implementation of legal aspects or public policies at the municipal, regional, state and/or national level is a strategy with potential to confront workplace violence in health services in a collective and sustainable way.

The work by Enrique Leff lead us to think through the emergence of ecological thinking, referring to the social, economic, and political changes that have taken place in society, especially concerning the increased production of technological innovations through scientific knowledge. Such changes depict environmental degradation arising from a crisis of knowledge, with excessive appreciation of absolute, unquestionable, fragmented knowledge, which subsumed environmental issues, the relation between human beings and the environment and nature. The spillover of knowledge has produced and it still produces an emptying of existential senses of human beings, denying the otherness constructed through social relations and issues of being in time and history. ; A obra de Enrique Leff faz refletir sobre o surgimento do pensamento ecológico, remetendo às transformações sociais, econômicas e políticas que estão ocorrendo na sociedade, especialmente em relação ao aumento da produção de inovações tecnológicas a partir do conhecimento científico. Essas transformações retratam uma degradação ambiental oriunda de uma crise do conhecimento, em que há uma valorização excessiva do saber absoluto, inquestionável, fragmentado, que subsumiu as questões ambientais, a relação do ser humano com o ambiente e a natureza. O transbordamento do conhecimento produziu e produz um esvaziamento dos sentidos existenciais dos seres humanos, negando a outridade construída a partir das relações sociais e das questões do ser no tempo e na história.

Bien que de nombreuses études démontrent le rôle significatif de la sensibilité parentale sur le développement des enfants, rares sont les pratiques mises en place pour la promotion de cette caractéristique de la relation parent-enfant au niveau des services de soins de santé primaires. Cette étude vise à identifier les aspects, présents dans les politiques de santé familiale au Brésil, qui favorisent le travail des intervenants face à la promotion de la sensibilité parentale. Cette étude se penche sur l'une des principales politiques publiques au Brésil : le Programme de santé de la famille (PSF). L'analyse a permis d'identifier certains facteurs impliqués dans la promotion de la sensibilité parentale : la forme d'insertion des équipes du PSF dans la vie communautaire; l'accueil et le lien entre ces équipes et les familles et le principe de soins intégraux à la famille.

Objective: to reflect on possible factors that contribute to an active aging, as well as strategies that can be
used for nurses and other professionals in promoting the active aging. Method: theoretical reflection based
on Brazilian and foreign sources. Results: they are presented in three axes: Characterizing active aging;
Factors that contribute to active aging; Strategies that can be used for nurses and other health professionals
in promoting active aging. Conclusion: it is necessary to develop intervention strategies aiming at modifying
the current configuration that fosters curative and rehabilitation actions instead of promoting health for
healthy aging.

Objective: Analyze, in the scientific production of nursing, the implications of the rooming in the process of exclusive
breastfeeding. Method: This integrative review explored the universe of 19 articles indexed in the databases of the Center for the
Improvement of Personnel of Higher Education (CAPES) and Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo). Results: The findings
revealed different conceptions of rooming-in, which include the mother-son, both mother and child associated with the paternal
presence, postpartum period and nursing team and nursing team and family. It becomes evident barriers to breastfeeding, related
to maternal and professional limitations. Finally, it was possible to understand the implications of the rooming in for breastfeeding,
which indicate the benefits to be a favorable space for teaching and support breastfeeding. Conclusion: There is the need to rethink
the hospital practices and the professional prepare in order to achieve the policy objectives of rooming-in and breastfeeding.

Objective: To identify how the nursing students evaluate the teaching-learning used in the discipline of Nursing Care in Occupational Health and the importance of the discipline for academic training. Method: Quantitative research, descriptive, developed with academics from the School of Nursing of the Federal University of Rio Grande who attended this discipline. We used self-report instrument with closed questions arranged in Likert scale, covering three categories: goals of the discipline, teaching methods and teacher performance in the teaching-learning process. The data were quantified using descriptive statistics. Results: The 78 scholars highlighted the importance of the discipline for professional practice and the theory-practice relationship for learning quality; it is necessary their participation in the construction of the teaching methodology. Conclusion: The academic evaluation, important teaching tool, allows identifying actions that can improve the training and performance of the nurse, entering the academic and co-responsible.

Objective: To identify the subsidies provided by scientific production to hospital health management in
frontier areas. Methods: This is an integrative review that explored the universe of 24 articles indexed in the
Virtual Health Library, the database of Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences (LILACS). Results:
Socioeconomic health management aspects at the border that showed the mobility of people and the
management of health services and; clinical aspects of health management at the border which highlighted
aspects of service and customer characteristics. Conclusion: Health in the frontier area explored in scientific
production subsidizes the hospital management to indicate the socioeconomic factors as determinants of the
health-disease. Determination which results in increased demand and the need for health diagnostic technology.
