The purpose of this study is to understand the role of leader-member exchange, nepotism, and employee loyalty in attaining organizational sustainability in Indian small and medium enterprises. The quantitative descriptive research design was adopted following purposive sampling in the present research study. The 652 employees from the top, middle and lower level of management in SMEs such as manufacturing and service sector from Northern region of India were examined. The data were collected through a survey questionnaire and analyzed by using structural equation modeling. The findings of the research study explain the significant direct impact of leader-member exchange on organizational sustainability in Indian SMEs. The indirect relationship shows significant partial mediation effect of nepotism and employee loyalty between leader-member exchange and organizational sustainability. The obtained findings will assist entrepreneurs, leaders, and managers of SMEs in recognizing the value of family members' contributions to the success of their business.

The present study measures the impact of organizational ambidexterity on organization virtuousness in the context of the car manufacturing industries in India. 363 employers' representatives were selected from automotive manufacturing car units across India to gain an understanding of their perspectives on handling organizational ambidexterity and virtuousness for new diploma/degree/postgraduate employees. The purposive sampling technique was used. Data were collected using the survey questionnaire method. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Organizational ambidexterity has a significant effect on organizational virtuousness, according to the study's results. Exploration orientation and exploitation orientation are two sub-constructs of organizational ambidexterity. Exploratory orientation has shown a dominant significant impact on organizational virtuousness than the exploitation orientation.

This study is an attempt to understand the relationship between narcissism and job satisfaction in the context of teachers in a university set-up. Previous research has considered narcissism as a personality disorder and considers it unhealthy for organizations and individuals. In order to understand the construct of narcissism, and how it impacts on job satisfaction, 560 university teachers out of which187 females and 373 males were chosen from public and private higher educational institutions of India. The data was collected by administering a standardized questionnaire and the results were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings of the study suggest that extreme narcissism and healthy narcissism lead to a significant increase in job satisfaction.
