Цифровые технологии обусловили формирование нового уровня социокультурного пространства, который выразился в перманентном присутствии в повседневности феномена виртуальной реальности. Она является мотивирующим инструментом социальных и политических преобразований общества, которые заключаются в ускорении ритма причинно-следственной связи «общественное настроениеàобщественное мнениеàсоциальное действие массы». Понимание изменившегося темпоритма социальных явлений актуализирует проблему формирования систем детекции текущего общественного настроения, что может явиться базисом обратной связи между властью и обществом. То есть мониторинг общественного настроения как реакции на социальную и политическую ситуацию.В статье рассматриваются две техники тематического моделирования – LDA и LSA. Они применяются к набору новостных анонсов, которые были опубликованы в период 2020 и 2021 года в социальных сетях официальных средств массовой информации. Целью проводимого анализа является обнаружение наиболее освещаемых в СМИ тем. На следующем этапе проводится анализ динамики обсуждения этих тем в неформальных публичных беседах пользователей социальных сетей. Таким образом, тематическое моделирование используется как прикладной метод, при этом на первый план выступает задача качественного выделения тематических кластеров, так как в дальнейшем это повлияет на репрезентативность выводов об общественном настроении. ; Digital technologies have led to the formation of the new level of socio-cultural space, which is expressed in the permanent presence of the phenomenon of virtual reality in everyday life. It is the main motivating tool for social and political transformations of society, which consist in accelerating the logical bound "public mood à public opinion à social action of the masses". Understanding these changes in social phenomena actualizes the problem of forming systems for detecting the current public mood, which can be the basis of feedback between the authorities and society, or monitoring public mood as a reaction to the social and political situation.This study would work on topic modeling focused on the algorithm employing Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) and Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA). The data collection of news announcements, that were published between 2020 and 202, is used as the main data resours with unstructed text. The stages of preprocessing include cleansing, stemming, and stop words. The advantages of LSA are fast and easy to implement. LSA, on the other hand, doesn't consider the relationship between documents in the corpus, while LDA does. This study shows that LDA gives a better result than LSA.

The study revealed the results of the comparative analysis of the deoxyribonucleoproteid complex (chromatin) lipid composition in the callus and explant nuclei of plants, belonging to different systematic groups (winter rye, potatoes, peas). It provided the data on the phospho- and neutral lipid composition of the investigated plants and showed that the phospholipid content in the explants from dormant winter rye seed embryos and potato stems, having low metabolic activity, is significantly higher than in the calluses in the stage of active proliferation. Both winter rye and potato calluses tend to have a lower share of neutral lipids, including sterols, in their composition. The revealed factors can be used as markers of metabolic activity of the plant cell biology objects (callus and cell cultures).

The Vacciniaceae family introduction carry out by the Central Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus since 1980. It made it possible to give rise the new direction for the republic – the industrial berry growing. To increase the efficiency of high-quality planting material obtaining it is necessary to study the fundamental processes underlying the growth and development of plants and to establish the possible ways of their regulation. It is of current interest to confirm the conformity of the planting material to the declared variety (the genetic passports elaboration). The biotechnology development promotes a new approaches and technologies for studying and analyzing of a plant organism genome and proteome. For the first time the molecular genetic identification for Vaccinium corymbosum L. varieties were carried out by Start Codon Targeted (SCoT) system. This method of DNA certification makes it possible to check the cultivar conformity of the blueberry planting material. For the first time by 2D electrophoresis the proteomic maps of leaf tissue were obtained and the proteomic status of four highbush blueberry varieties – in vitro culture and parental plants (in vivo) was estimated. The species and varieties specificity of the expressed genome products were established. The proteins that claims to be markers for the Vaccinium species and the variety markers were identified for the first time, as well as the physiological state markers of high blueberry cultivated in vivo and in vitro.

Quantitative content of the sum of phenolic compounds and anthocyanins in their composition were study. The level of antiradical activity (ARA) in the berries and leaves ofVaccinium corymbosumL. was measured.The maximum content of the sum of phenolic compounds was observed in Blueray, Bluerose, Caroline Blue, Herbert, Jersey, Nelson cultivars. In the cultivars which have been studied the quantity of anthocyanins in the composition of phenolic compounds ranged from 0.01 to 0.8 % in green berries, and from 22 to 52 % in mature ones. Earlyblue, Duke, Bluecrop, Bluegold cultivars were characterized by the greatest quantity of phenolic compounds in leaves.The presence of a close positive correlation between the level of antiradical activity and the content of secondary metabolites of phenolic nature was determined. The differences in phenolic substances accumulation in blueberry cultivars obtained byin vivoandin vitromethods were revealed.It was shown that the proteomic profile of the highbush blueberry plants together with genetic passports can being used to determine the cultivar's identity ofVaccinium corymbosumL.

The results of a comparative study of the main characteristics of the biochemical composition of fruits of the same age of generative plants of 5 introduced varieties of V. corymbosum of different ripening dates – early ripening Weymouth, mid-ripening Bluecrop and Concord, late ripening Elizabeth and Atlantic obtained by traditional (stem-cuttings) and microclonal vegetative methods are presented. A significant effect of the propagation method on the biochemical composition of the fruits, the degree of which was determined by the chemical nature of its components and the plant genotype, was established. In the fruits of cloned plants, depending on the genotype, ambiguous changes in the range of 5–40 %, relative to traditional plants, in the content of solids, free organic, ascorbic and hydroxycinnamic acids, soluble sugars and pectin substances, as well as the index of sugar acid index, were revealed. For most varieties, a common trend in the nature of differences between cloned and traditional plants in the accumulation of bioflavonoids was shown, consisting in the increase in the first case of their total number by 5–27 %, including 6–34 % of anthocyanin pigments. The greatest positive effect of the microclonal propagation method on the content of P-vitamins in fruits of late ripening varieties, especially Atlantik, was found, with a 3–6 times lesser degree of similar influence in Weymouth and Concord varieties, against the background of the prevailing negative effect in mid-ripening Bluecrop. With the relative stability of the ratio of the components of the P-vitamin complex of blueberry fruits to the tested propagation methods, significant shifts were revealed in the composition of their anthocyanin complex in cloned plants of early ripening and especially mid-ripening varieties towards a decrease in the proportion of anthocyanins proper and an increase in that of leukoanthocyanins, compared to traditional plants, reaching 1.5–1.6-fold value in Concord variety with the opposite direction of less pronounced shifts in late-ripening varieties.In cloned plants (with the exception of the Bluecrop variety), the integral level of the nutritional and vitamin value of the fruits was found to be 2.6–4.4 times higher than their traditional counterparts by a total of 14 indicators of the biochemical composition when the varieties were arranged in accordance with a decrease in the degree of data differences in the series: Atlantik > Elizabeth > Weymouth > Concord > Bluecrop, in which late ripe varieties of blueberries were characterized by the greatest advantages.
