The micro-research carried out, consisting in the application of a questionnaire with closed and open questions applied on a group of 711 teachers in Romanian pre-university education, identifies the socio-psychological and socio-pedagogical model as the most effective models for approaching the pupil class and the pandemic period that everyone went through as the determining cause of some changes of approach of the social actors of the Romanian pre-university education system. This paper brings to the readers' attention the theoretical dimensions and emphasizes the practical dimensions of professional counseling and career guidance - an activity complementary to the vocational training activities, but imperative in the harmonious insertion of young people on the labor market, as revealed by presenting a good practice model. Thus, the research part of the paper reveals a high level of satisfaction / self-knowledge / relationship in the social environment, obtained by students, as a result of their participation in a professional counseling and career guidance program, conducted online. This is an aspect that leads us to conclude that career counseling activities, regardless of how they are carried out (onside / online, group / individual), have a defining importance for the further professional evolution of students / young people.

In this paper we present the role of using active-participatory teaching-learning-assessment methods by teachers in order to streamline the educational process in the pre-university education system and the possible correlations between these and the process of school counseling and vocational guidance of pupils. The micro-research conducted on a group of pupils from a pre-university educational unit representative for the system showed that pupils are attracted to activities in which teachers use modern teaching and assessment methods and they have a significant contribution in the training /development/deepening/practicing personal skills necessary for the educational development of pupils and their social evolution. Also, the pupils appreciate the activities of school counseling and vocational guidance as paramount for the elaboration of their own educational development plan and for their subsequent socio-professional evolution.

In: Anuarul Universității "Petre Andrei" din Iași: Year-book "Petre Andrei" University from Iasi. Fascicula Asistența socială, sociologie, psihologie = Fascicle Social work, sociology, psychology, Band 25, Heft 0, S. 01-10
Given that the topic proposed by this paper is widely debated by both the sociology of education and the management of the classroom, as disciplinary branches of education, this is a synthetic approach from both disciplinary perspectives of the types of relationships and interactions which are outlined in the educational institutions and in the educational environment. Considering the context of the multiple challenges and socio-political changes to which the Romanian education system has had to adapt, in the recent decades, it is found that the interpersonal relationships and interactions established between educational actors are true "sources" and "resources" that ensure its functionality.
