Reviews the range of terrorist activity, the choice of soft targets as well as overt terrorism across the country. Accepts that change is occurring across the social, political and economic life of South Africa and can only be stopped by a major cataclysmic revolutionary uprising. The successful continuation of terrorism of the type now occurring in South Africa will lead to disaster for all. (PAS)
