ABSTRACT: Corruption arose from the moment when the need for a leader, guide, idol, etc., to ensure the proper functioning of a community arose. According to the statements of the great literary geniuses, who expressed their opinion on humanity in their works, a person is limited, as a result he cannot exceed the limits endowed by mother nature. This article will focus on the subject of the crime of corruption from the perspective of forensic investigation by going through different methodological elements in this regard. The first part of the article will present some preliminary considerations related to the provenance of corruption, some aspects related to the regulations of the corruption offense at European and national levels. The article will analyze the general criteria of forensic investigation of corruption represented by indices and problems related to the criminal investigation. Another sub-point framed in the article will be the finding of the flagrant offense consisting of elements such as the procedure of preparation for the finding of the crime, the essential problems, the composition of the investigation team, the forensic traps and the actual realization of the action. In the end, this article will explore tactics of carrying out other acts of criminal prosecution, represented by peculiarities in hearing the suspect, hearing the injured party, conducting confrontations and peculiarities regarding the search on computers. ABSTRACT: Over time, engineering has played an important role in the development of the society we have today. Technology has been and will be the science that has given mankind an increase in quality of life, strong economic growth, strong military influence, a chance at life in treating incurable diseases that threatened and threaten the population and last but not least engineering in the field of justice brought justice. The implementation of engineering in the technological modalities of forensic research through imaging and radiological diagnosis, meant an innovative solution for criminologists. Thus, for investigations where a corpse is always found at the crime scene, the forensic probation must be carefully analyzed by specialists, and it cannot be brought to a favorable result without a technology that allows this. If we look in this context at the classic methods of determining the cause and time of death, we see that once at the morgue of the IML, specialists resort to surgical means namely autopsy of the corpse by dissection and subsequent finding the result, by suturing and grooming. This classic process takes time, and for criminal investigation bodies can bring serious negative effects, such as a new crime or even the escape of the criminal. So here we can understand the need for engineering and so nowadays specialists can boast of the new Virtopsy software. This software is designed as a CT that with the help of 3D scanning of the body, can determine not only the time and cause of death, but also blunt objects possibly inside the body. Numerous modern forensic identification devices have stormed the field of science in question. The novelty element that represented the beginning of the evolution of technology was the computer, and at the time of its appearance, for forensic specialists, it was a challenge that was determined to be a real success. With the development of the technological field, there is a significant increase in computerized crimes, which could not be controlled and stopped at the same time with the new device, software or program. If yesterday we were working with documents that became archives, where despite the high crime rate, it was equivalent to the rate of solving them. Cybercrime has become a real problem for the authorities, given that documents are stored on servers and they belong to national security, mentioning here about: the personal data of each citizen, financial statistics, military statistics, etc. Disclosing such secrets poses a major risk to national security, and these criminals are called hackers. Against hackers, intelligence forensics have had to find solutions to stop cybercrime in such a short time. One of the modern programs in the software industry is Link Analysis. This program is used for the purpose of discovering valuable knowledge, such as data analysis from the computer systems of the state institutions concerned, namely links to web platforms or civil society. ABSTRACT: Starting with the end of 2019, and so far, the pandemic challenged by the SARS-COV-2 virus called popular Corona Virus, has produced positive and negative effects from the perspective of different areas. If we are heading for the environment, we notice that statistics have shown a substantial increase in the ozone layer; The nature breathed and the air was cleaner, which was considered a positive effect. In the field of HORECA, hundreds of restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs and hotels closed, employers have to dismiss employees because of the long period of restrictions, so it is understood that the generated effect was negative. Also, in the social environment, education was under restrictions, pupils and students having to attend courses through online platforms, thus reducing inter-human socialization. However, not all the effects of the pandemic were visible to society and the press. During the emergency state, the population was blocked in housing, but this political action took into account the fact that every family is different in its own way? I therefore analyze the effects of the pandemy of COVID-19 among less perfect families from the perspective of forensics.
