La gestión del conocimiento puede considerarse como aquella dimensión que obtiene y comparte bienes intelectuales, con el objetivo de conseguir resultados óptimos en términos de productividad y capacidad de innovación de las empresas. Partiendo de lo anterior, el DANE se enfrenta a una dificultad de gestión del conocimiento desde uno de los componentes de los sistemas de información, determinante para facilitar el aprendizaje y la adaptación de las entidades a los cambios y a la evolución de su entorno en la medida que los actores, su perspectiva de gestión de la información y su discrecionalidad jurídica, política, económica, social y ambiental, se consideran recursos que, sumados a los cambios o evolución tecnológica, sostienen prácticas que atentan contra la armonización del sistema, contra la demanda y oferta de servicios o productos de información, generando alteraciones de calidad en las expectativas de los usuarios y en el SEN, y por esa vía a la gestión del conocimiento. Por ello, en este trabajo se proponer un modelo de gestión del conocimiento para las articulaciones entre actores que producen información estadística para el DANE que mitigue la problemática de la desarticulación y promueva espacios de construcción de conocimiento como actores sociales en el marco del Sistema Estadístico Nacional. ; Knowledge management can be considered as that dimension that obtains and shares intellectual assets, with the aim of achieving optimal results in terms of productivity and innovation capacity of companies. Based on the foregoing, DANE faces a difficulty in managing knowledge from one of the components of the information systems, which is decisive for facilitating the learning and adaptation of entities to changes and the evolution of their environment to the extent that the actors, their information management perspective and their legal, political, economic, social and environmental discretion are considered resources that, added to technological changes or evolution, support practices that threaten the harmonization of the system, against demand and offer of information services or products, generating quality alterations in the expectations of users and in the SEN, and in this way to knowledge management. Se finaliza el año 2015 y dentro de los avances se resalta el proceso de canje que se ha dado con 30 revistas de 21 universidades del país como los son: UIS, Escuela de Ingenieros Militares, Politécnico Grancolombiano, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia, Universidad de los Andes, Unidades Tecnológicas de Santander, Universidad Antonio Nariño, Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, Santo Tomas, Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, San Buenaventura, La Salle, Nacional, del Valle, Universidad de Cartagena, UDCA, EAFIT, Universidad de la Amazonia. Los ejemplares que se reciben están disponibles para consulta en el Centro de Documentación del Programa de Ingeniería Agrícola de la Universidad Surcolombiana; de esta manera se hace posible conocer sobre las investigaciones que se desarrollan en el resto del país e Ingeniería y Región cobra visibilidad en diferentes zonas colombianas. Así, la Universidad Surcolombiana desde la Facultad de Ingeniería demuestra su trabajo en las áreas misionales de la Institución: Docencia, Investigación y Proyección Social. Es este un medio que incentiva la publicación por parte de los egresados, lo cual se ha logrado con una parte de ellos y sigue un gran reto para que directores de proyectos junto con sus pupilos difundan en revistas científicas los trabajos de investigación que han desarrollado para la obtención de su título profesional.

The present work entitled "Assisted Human Reproduction Techniques. Proposal of lege ferenda in the Cuban legal system", brings together some legal reflections regarding the application and development of assisted human reproduction techniques and their repercussion for the Law. Assisted human reproduction techniques consist of the manipulation of gametes and embryos through various procedures, the most common being artificial insemination, in vitro fertilization and intracytoplasmic microinjection. Its application displays ethical, moral, psychological and legal repercussions, establishing differences in its treatment. Law as a social creation is not immutable or removable, but temporary, variable and dynamic since it must adapt to all social, cultural, political, economic and scientific changes; However, over time it is perceived that the Law does not run at the same pace of science. Due to the results implemented, adjusting the legal system to the development achieved by the application of assisted human reproduction techniques, through the study of the dissimilar legal problems that it causes, such as the determination of maternal and / or paternal affiliation, constitutes a pressing need in the current Cuban law system. In Cuba, like several countries in South America, there is no legislation in this regard, so the formulation of a special law designed to regulate the application and development of techniques is a pending task in the legislative improvement of Cuban law. Tax policy is an important element for the achievement of economic objectives and for the sustenance of public spending in the countries of the world, therefore the collection of taxes is considered as permanent income for the formulation of the General State Budget in Ecuador, which comes from a coercive contribution. This present study aims to determine that during the COVID 19 pandemic in Ecuador, the efficiency of the tax policy in relation to the levels of tax collection has not been significantly affected, contrary to the paralysis of the economic system, it has presented a reduction of just one third of the collection in relation to what was received for the same concept during 2019, favoring the fulfillment of economic objectives planned for the 2020 period in the framework of the pandemic. Through the implementation of a descriptive, nomothetic methodology and the use of methods such as observation and information analysis, it is concluded that the tax policy in the country has not suffered major changes or detriment during the pandemic, thanks to the economic measures adopted by the current government, mainly through administrative acts that have guaranteed respect and recognition of the existing legal system on tax issues, presenting a reduction in tax collection issues of 16.8% in relation to the same period of year 2019 according to data obtained from the Internal Revenue Service SRI. ; La política tributaria es un elemento importante para la consecución de objetivos económicos y para el sostenimiento del gasto público de los países del mundo, de ahí que la recaudación de tributos es considerada como ingreso de carácter permanente para formulación del Presupuesto General del Estado en el Ecuador que deviene de una contribución de carácter coercitiva. El presente estudio pretende determinar que durante la pandemia por COVID 19 en el Ecuador, la eficiencia de la política tributaria en lo referente a los niveles de recaudación de tributos no se ha visto afectada significativamente, contrariamente pese a la paralización del sistema económico, ha presentado una reducción de apenas la tercera parte de la recaudación en relación a lo percibido por el mismo concepto durante el año 2019, favoreciendo el cumplimiento de objetivos económicos previstos para el período 2020 en el marco de la pandemia. A través de la implementación de una metodología descriptiva, nomotética y la utilización de métodos como la observación y el análisis de información, se concluye que la política tributaria en el país, no ha sufrido mayor cambio ni detrimento durante la pandemia, gracias a las medidas económicas adoptadas por el gobierno actual, principalmente a través de actos administrativos que han garantizado el respeto y reconocimiento del ordenamiento jurídico existente en temas tributarios, presentándose una reducción en temas de recaudación de impuestos del 16.8% en relación al mismo periodo del año 2019 según datos obtenidos del Servicio de Rentas Internas SRI.

In this paper we discuss the positions of Christian leaders about "managing" the sexuality of young people, as contextualized by the sexual politics of the state. These reflections are a result of an ethnographic study, conducted through archival work, participant observation, and interviews with 47 religious leaders in Recife. The analysis shows the space of religion as a disciplinary site, operating through transcendent reasoning ("responsibility"). The person is expected to incorporate such reasoning, and thus, make the appropriate differentiations between "right" and "wrong". AIDS and adolescent pregnancy appear as a result of "temptations of the erotic flesh". Through the perspective of human rights and health, the article deconstructs the idea of the "flesh" as dominated by "temptation" and an "essential force", which leads the person to stray/sin/"risk"; resituating sexuality as a positive instance for subjects (of rights), and a condition for social fertility.

BACKGROUND: Leishmaniasis is one of the most important infectious diseases affecting the Colombian National Army due to the high number of reported cases and exposure throughout military operations in endemic areas. The main aim of this study was to estimate the geographical distribution along with the genetic diversity and treatment outcome of Leishmania species in Colombian military personnel. METHODS: Skin lesion samples by smear and aspirate were collected in 136 patients having parasitological cutaneous leishmaniasis (CL) diagnosis. DNA was extracted, the nuclear marker heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) was amplified by PCR and sequenced. Leishmania species were identified by BLASTn. The geo-spatial distribution of the identified parasites was determined according to the possible site of infection. Gene tree was constructed by maximum likelihood (ML), diversity indices (π, h) were estimated and haplotype network was constructed under the Templeton-Crandall-Sing algorithm in order to determine the geographic relationships of the genetic variants of Leishmania species circulating in Colombian military population. RESULTS: The species were identified in 77.94% of the samples, with a predominance of L. braziliensis (65.09%), followed by L. panamensis (31.13%), L. naiffi by the first time reported in Colombia in two patients (1.89%) as well as L. lindenbergi in a single patient (0.945%) with possible infection in the municipality of Miraflores, Guaviare and L. infantum in a single patient (0.945%) notified with CL in the municipality of Tumaco, Nariño. The phylogenetic analysis was consistent according to bootstrap, showing four strongly differentiated clades. CONCLUSIONS: The geo-spatial distribution suggested that L. braziliensis has a greater abundance, while L. panamensis has a greater dispersion.
