The basis of the autonomy of the learning begins with the different learning theories – constructivism, cognitive, behaviorist, etc. The concept of the autonomy of the learning can be appreciated from diverse authors and contexts. The autonomous learning is showed up based on the conditions, characteristics, strategies and techniques for its development as well as the faculty's role. The objective of the present research is to contribute with a model of autonomous learning in the quality of the professional formation of the graduate of San Marcos University. The used method is the ex pos facto, having as participants to the fifth superior of the Faculties of Administrative Sciences, Education, Medicine and Law and Political Science. In Instruments of gathering of data a check off list of survey was designed. As conclusion of this research, the general hypothesis established that the Style of Autonomous Learning contributes to elevate the Quality of the Professional Formation of the students of the last semesters of UNMSM is accepted. ; La fundamentación de la autonomía del aprendizaje se inicia con las diferentes teorías de aprendizaje – constructivismo, cognitivismo, conductista, etc. El concepto de la autonomía del aprendizaje se puede apreciar desde diversos autores y contextos. El aprendizaje autónomo se presenta en base a las condiciones, características, estrategias y técnicas para su desarrollo asimismo como el rol del docente universitario. El objetivo de la presente investigación es contribuir con un modelo de aprendizaje autónomo en la calidad de la formación profesional del egresado de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. El método utilizado es el ex pos facto, teniendo como participantes al quinto superior de las Facultades de Ciencias Administrativas, Derecho y Ciencia Política, y Educación. En Instrumentos de recolección de datos se diseñó una lista de cotejo. Como conclusión de la investigación, se acepta la hipótesis general que el estilo de aprendizaje autónomo contribuye a elevar la calidad de la formación profesional de los alumnos de los últimos semestres de la UNMSM.

El presente artículo presenta el análisis de la hermenéutica como traducción, relacionando ambos conceptos. Asimismo, se aprecia la perspectiva hermenéutica de la traducción en base a autores como Wittgenstein, Ricoeur y Gadamer, donde el texto es el eje central de la compresión e interpretación. El traductor no solo es el puente entre dos mundos, sino también es el intérprete de la realidad en ambas lenguas y es el responsable de una interpretación que plasme la compresión y aceptación de estas realidades. Por último, se presenta, a nuestro criterio, los principales retos de la traducción en la actividad de la interpretación complementándose con ejemplos en los tipos de textos a traducir. La hermenéutica nos permite ver los signos más allá de solo indicadores o al lenguaje como un simple medio de expresión, más bien, apuesta por una relación biunívoca entre el ser humano y el lenguaje.

Este estudio presenta el tema de los conflictos como parte de la interacción humana en las organizaciones por intereses de diversa índole o diferencia de opiniones, siendo el propósito de la administración crear condiciones en las cuales el conflicto como parte de la vida organizacional se controle o se dirija a canales útiles o productivos. La negociación y la gestión de conflictos son herramientas muy importantes de todo gerente en los diversos niveles de la organización, que debe desarrollar a fin de fortalecer la dirección de las organizaciones. La ausencia de estas dos capacidades origina conflictos internos en la organización e impacta en la rentabilidad, conflictos con la comunidad por la contaminación ambiental y, finalmente, con el gobierno local. El estudio se desarrolló basado en la situación de las mypes del sector gráfico que se encuentran en el centro histórico de Lima. ; This study presents the topic of conflicts as part of human interaction in organizations by diverse interests or differences of opinion, being the purpose of the administration to create conditions in which the conflict as part of organizational life is controlled or it is directed to useful or productive channels. Negotiation and conflict management are very important tools for managers at all levels of the organization and they must develop in order to strengthen the management of organizations. The absence of these two capabilities creates internal conflicts in the organization that impacts on profitability, also it produces conflicts with the community due to environmental pollution and finally with the local government.This study was developed based on the situation of MSEs in the graphic sector found in the historic center of Lima.

La presente investigación relaciona dos paradigmas actuales de la administración moderna como son la globalización y la competitividad. Los constantes cambios y avances vertiginosos de la ciencia y la tecnología exigen a la universidad una relación horizontal con la sociedad afianzando las competencias docentes y de investigación, tratando de esta manera de adaptarse a los cambios políticos, económicos y sociales del entorno, convirtiéndose en unidades estratégicas al servicio de la sociedad. Esta investigación es aplicada y explicativa ya que buscamos conocer los factores causales que explican nuestro problema de investigación. Se utilizó el método hipotético deductivo y las técnicas de investigación fueron la entrevista a profundidad, además de las técnicas de observación y documental. Se pudo determinar que en las políticas públicas no se está viendo el futuro dentro del nuevo paradigma de globalización y competitividad, ya que no existe articulación entre la infraestructura y los programas para el desarrollo de la gestión del conocimiento como motor de desarrollo del país. ; This research links two existing paradigms of modern management such as globalization and competitiveness. Constant changes and rapid advances in science and technology require that university to build a horizontal relationship with society strengthening teaching skills and research trying to adapt to political, economic and social environmental changes becoming strategic unit to society. The university facing this new scenario has to face a world increasingly ruled by uncertainty and must adapt rapidly to the changes tied to economic, political, social transformations that are becoming faster. It is an applied and explanatory research since we seek to know the causal factors that explain our research problem. The hypothetical deductive method was used and as research techniques used were depth interviews and observation and documentary ones. It has been determined that public policy –related to higher education- is not taking in consideration globalization and competitiveness; without a joint of the infrastructure and the programs for the development of knowledge management as engine of the development of the country.

[Background] Canarian Black (CB) pigs belong to an autochthonous and endangered breed, which is spread throughout the Canarian archipelago. It is commonly accepted that they represent a relic of the pig populations that were bred by the Berbers in North Africa over millennia. It is important to note that the geographic isolation of the Canary Islands has preserved this genetic legacy intact from foreign introgressions until the Spanish conquest of the archipelago in the 15th century. Ten years ago, it was demonstrated that, in CB pigs, the frequency of the Asian A2 cytochrome-b haplogroup reached 73%. The current work aimed at investigating whether this observation is explained by either a recent or an ancient introgression of CB pigs with Far Eastern pigs. ; [Results] Genetic analyses of 23 ancient samples from pre-hispanic Canarian pigs (420 to 2500 years before present) showed that Near Eastern and Far Eastern genetic signatures were totally absent in the primitive Canarian pre-hispanic pigs. Indeed, the haplotypes detected in these pigs were closely related to those of North African and European wild boars. ; [Conclusions] Our results demonstrate that the high frequency of the Far Eastern mitochondrial cytochrome B A2 haplotype in modern Canarian Black pigs probably corresponds to a relatively recent introgression with British breeds. ; IO has a pre-doctoral fellowship from the Basque Government (DEUI). One of the most common types of fibrotic liver occurs in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), which may develop into non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).
