This contribution concerns two periods of the rather singular life and scientific work of the astronomer, astrophysicist and mathematician Karl Schwarzschild during his military service in Munich (October 1893)-(October 1894) and its mobilization during the First World War (1916). Through the case of Karl Schwarzschild we expose as long as the sources present themselves the conditions in which he published these items and research during these two periods. Résumé. Cette contribution concerne deux périodes de la vie et l'oeuvre scientifique assez singulières de l'astronome, astrophysicien et mathématicien Karl Schwarzschild lors de son service militaire à Munich (octobre 1893-octobre 1894) et sa mobilisation durant la première guerre mondiale (1915-1916). À travers le cas de Karl Schwarzschild nous exposons tant que les sources se présentent les conditions de recherches dans lesquelles il a publié ces articles durant ces deux périodes.

"Italy in the Writings of Dominique Fernandez: The Sacralization of a Profane Space. For Dominique Fernandez, writing about Italy is associated with a quest for original androgyny. The Italian space supports a return to a primitive existence. Synonymous with freedom and sexual undifferentiation, it allows us to find prelapsarian paradise, where the boundaries between the sexes did not exist. Mircea Eliade's works follow the same logic. Indeed, the author studies the nostalgia for the origins which incites man to discover the mythical primordial era sanctified by the gods. Hence, this article blends the historical-religious endeavor with the literary approach which, though unable to go back in time, keeps repeating it indefinitely, thanks to the demiurgic power of the writer.

The dissertation is a real investigation in the marine environment field, which few people are familiar with, although it concerns everybody. The investigation being carried out in three steps; each step covering one aspect of the marine environment, and the result is given in the conclusion. As a first step, the main problems affecting the marine environment in Tunisia, are identified and analysed. An attempt is made to identify the impact of such problems on the marine environment, human health and the national economy. In the second part, the institutional framework, dealing with the marine environment, is presented and analysed. The role of the different organisations is identified showing the mains strengths and weaknesses of the network. In the same part, the legal framework is also studied. The national environmental legislation is analysed in the context of pollution prevention, waste management and resources management. The international legislation is analysed focusing on the involvement of Tunisia in the global and regional marine environmental treaties, and the implications of the implementation of such treaties on the administration and the national economy. The third part covers the different approaches adopted in dealing with marine pollution. Public awareness, financial incentives, management of municipal and industrial wastes in the coastal zone and the response strategy are all discussed in this part. The deficiencies of the different approaches and strategies are also highlighted. The conclusion is a summary of all the findings and results of the study. It contains also some recommendations for the improvement of some actions and a review of others.

Dans une situation de crise, le logement devient l'enjeu à la fois de plusieurs groupes sociaux et politiques. L'expression quantitative en matière de construction, apparue suite à la forte demande en logements, pose avec insistance la problématique de l'adaptabilité.Par leur conception et leur agencement, complètement inadaptés, les logements des grands ensembles attribués à la population suggèrent, il est vrai, une appropriation aussi bien intérieure qu'extérieure, un tant soit peu, conforme aux besoins de ses occupants. Les stratégies d'occupation, à travers l'organisation spatiale et à travers le système fonctionnel de l'espace approprié, montrent que les ménages sont plutôt attachés au modèle culturel incarné dans la mémoire collective, qu'influencés par ce que pourrait suggérer le logement proposé.Dans ce travail, nous nous pencherons sur l'intervention des habitants des grands ensembles de la périphérie de Constantine sur leur manière d'agir et de transformer les différents espaces aussi bien privés que collectifs.

Pour les Israéliens, 1948 est une année où il se produisit deux choses complètement contradictoires : d'une part, le Sionisme, mouvement national juif, revendiquait la réalisation de l'ancien rêve du retour à la terre promise (mère patrie) après 2000 ans d'exil. Et, de ce point de vue, 1948 constitue un chapitre de l'histoire qui non seulement proclame le triomphe et la réalisation de tous les rêves, mais qui aussi est associé à la pureté morale et à une véritable justice. D'autre part, 1948 écrivit les pires chapitres de l'histoire juive. Cette année-là, les Juifs firent, en Palestine, ce qu'ils n'avaient jamais fait pendant les 2000 ans qui avaient précédé. Même en mettant de côté le débat historique sur la question de savoir pourquoi ce qui est arrivé en 1948 a effectivement eu lieu, personne ne semble contester l'énormité de la tragédie qui s'est abattue sur la population indigène de Palestine comme résultat de l'émergence et du succès du mouvement sioniste.

This research represents an attempt to clarify changes in legal Systems in order to better understand transformations affecting legal Systems and constituting mutations. While no explicit reference is made to any specific field, this collective essay is based on the setting of Tunisia and the Maghreb.
