The article presents a theoretical analysis of socio-psychological aspects of emotional response development in childhood. It considers Russian and foreign authors' scientific approaches to understanding of the emotional response phenomenological nature, identification of socio-psychological factors and mechanisms determining its emergence, formation and development in the framework of cultural and historical tradition. It covers scientific concepts, theoretical approaches and doctrines that reveal the improvement of emotional response as a process of hierarchical differentiation in ontogenesis, mediation of emotional reactions by social and content areas, progressive development of regulation, control and management mechanisms initiated by maturation, cognitive and psychosocial development and socialization. The article also focuses on theoretical approaches to outlining of periodization patterns of emotional response formation in childhood, regarding the emotional response as a process that ascends from elementary forms of emotional reflection to higher socially determined, consciously regulated and controlled forms of emotional behavior. In the process of the child's ontogenetic development, these processes turn from externally directed, materialized forms to the level of internal regulation of behavior. Based on the analysis of existing scientific approaches, the article reveals the deficiencies and identifies the prospects for the research in the field under consideration. It states the necessity of the development of universal complex classification and periodization schemes, reflecting ontogenetic features of progressive development, accumulation and complication of psychological new formations in a multicomponent structural and hierarchical organization of emotional response. The article determines theoretical and practical importance in the development of the conditions for psychological support for the child's emotional response formation and development, implying the introduction of monitoring, forecasting and management technologies for the purposeful formation of the younger generation's emotionally competent behavior

The paper analyzes the current state of the non-profit sector in the Russian economy on the basis of conducted sociological survey aimed at establishing the degree of awareness of the population regarding the activities of Dmitry Zimin's foundation and the attitude of the respondents to foreign investment in the Russian educational projects. The study used methods of statistical and structural analysis as well as the synthesis of the respondents' answers to the questions concerning the activities of Dmitry Zimin's foundation and foreign investments funds in the Russian educational projects. It reveals that most of the respondents have no idea about the activities of the above foundation, but the attitude of the respondents towards foreign investments in domestic education has been overwhelmingly positive. The article also discusses the impact of legal acts and government regulations on the activities of non-profit organizations. In particular, it concerns the FL No. 121 "On foreign agents". The work provides a comparative description of this normative act with the similar laws applicable in other countries. The paper not only examines the root causes of the problems arising from attracting foreign investments and donations by non-profit organizations but identifies the main factors that contribute to the growth of the non-profit sector in Russia. Besides, the two-way communication between the non-profit sector and the society affecting the level of public demand for services provided by nonprofit organizations is considered. The results obtained in the course of the study indicate the existence of a large number of obstacles for the fully functioning of non-profit organizations in Russia and attracting cash flows from abroad. In particular, one of the problems revealed in the course of the study is low awareness of the population about the specificity of this method of financing as well as the activities of non-profit organizations as a whole. The recommendations for improvement of the regulation of non-profit organizations include raising awareness of the population on this issue and easing control of the activities carried out by non-profit organizations acting as foreign agents.

The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics of storytelling in preschool children. The study included 60 children, aged four, five and six years. The characteristics of the narration of a story on the macrolinguistic and microlinguistic plane were assessed by applying the Comic story task (Kostić, Vladisavljević & Popović, 1983).The results of the macrolinguistic structure of storytelling showed that focus in four and five-year-olds is in describing the introductory event and the activities leading to a goal. In contrast, with six-year-old children story patterns exist at a cognitive level, since the elements of the comic story are consistently described in just slightly less than half of the them.The results of the microlinguistic structure of storytelling showed that the four-year-olds stories predominantly contain simple sentences, while simple-extended and dependent-complex syntactic constructions dominate in the stories of five-year-olds. In contrast, there is a tendency in six-year-olds to use complex (consecutive, dependent) sentences. Storytelling in children develops gradually over the preschool period, so instructions for storytelling is important for all children, especially for those at risk for or with language learning impairments.
