; The article is devoted to the analysis of directions and logical stages of the institutionalization of historical memory in Ukraine. As the stages of institutionalization, the author emphasizes drawing attention to "closed issues" of history from the part of the creative intelligentsia, independent researches of historians, journalistic investigations, as a result of which the society has formed a need for the restoration of justice and truth; the establishment of norms and rules for the disclosure of the content of historical memory, including the declassification of archival documents, the work of exploratory expeditions in mass grave sites, the identification of new and revival of forgotten places of memory, the revision of the pantheon of national heroes, various programs for studying oral history, including the content of historical memory in textbooks of educational institutions; adoption at the legislative level of the relevant norms providing for sanctions for their non-compliance; finally, the creation of the Institute of National Memory.

The article covers a social and philosophical analysis of essential attributes and multiple manifestations of the information hybrid warfare in Latvia and Ukraine. The combination of forms, methods, means and tools in preparation for and committing hybrid aggression varies depending on the conditions of its implementation, response of international community and regional specifics.Further, there is a certain general algorithm for launching hybrid warfare. Usually it comprises a number of stages and the role of mass media at each is different. The initial hybrid influence of Russian media in Ukraine can be traced back to the period following the victory of the Maidan in 2014. At the first stage the hidden information aggression of Russia against Ukraine manifested itself in absolutization of language and confession issues, speculation on economic difficulties, emphasizing the incompatibility of values of the West and East of Ukraine, which are focused on Europe and Russia, respectively. The second stage unfolded concurrently with the Revolution of Dignity. Media purposefully presented a unilaterally distorted "picture" of social disorder and collapse of the government machinery at the time and aggravated the pre-developed stereotypes and myths in respect of the fundamental incapability of the Ukrainians to have their state. The third stage fell at a "hot phase" of the armed conflict. It featured a great number of fake news and information as well as blatant lie of Russian media. As to the information aggression of Russia against Latvia, it should be primarily taken into account here that the latter is a member of the NATO and European Union, which Moscow is unwilling to enter into an open conflict with, therefore using an arsenal of non-military tools of hybrid warfare against EU countries.

The article explores the methodological foundations of academic integrity formation. It analyzes the connection between academic integrity and the goals of sustainable development of education and science. The essence of academic integrity is described in unity with academic culture. It is proved that the methodological basis for the formation of academic integrity is three approaches: ethical, normative-legal, and instrumentalist. The essence of the ethical approach lies in adhering to the basic virtues for the formation of academic integrity among students, namely: adherence to the principle of fairness and ethics of responsibility for their academic activities. The normative-legal approach to the formation of academic integrity lies in the formation of legal culture and the ability to distinguish academic plagiarism and copyright infringement as a type of intellectual property right. An important methodological aspect of the formation of academic integrity is the popularization of the legal framework and the cultivation of responsibility for violations of legal and moral norms, understanding legal liability for dishonest acts in the academic environment. The instrumentalist approach aims at studying the essence of the socialization process, including educational methods, pedagogical technologies for the formation of academic integrity among higher education students. A correlation is made between the concepts of habitus and socialization, habitus and upbringing. Habitus, as a source of objective practices, includes ethical principles and is associated with an understanding of the concepts of justice and injustice. Academic integrity should be woven into a person's habitual practices, perceived as a cultural habit that is cultivated in society and constantly maintained. The article analyzes value-oriented education, where values are defining for personal growth and self-realization. It emphasizes the need to guide students during the educational process towards the right value direction.
Key words: academic integrity, academic culture, sustainable development, ethical approach, normative-legal approach, educational habitual practices, value approach in education.

A stereoscopic view on a particular historical event, in which contemporary assessments are combined with mental stereotypes of a medieval man, allows a slightly different assessment of the chronicle plot about the posthumous "baptism of bones" of Oleg and Yaropolk, Princes of Kyivan Rus, in 1044. While from theological positions it is perceived as an absurdity and a direct violation of the rules of the church, in the Middle Ages this act did not contradict the mass religious beliefs. From an ethical point of view, the action of Yaroslav the Wise was regarded as concern for the souls of the ancestors who died pagans and therefore did not claim for the salvation. The soteriological optimism that prevailed in the eleventh century in countries of the late Christianization, including Kyivan Rus, gave hope that living people were able to influence the fate of the souls of the dead. From a political point of view, the baptism of the ashes of the ancestors and their reburial in the family tomb of the Princes of Kyiv in the Church of the Tithes was aimed at expanding the circle of heavenly patrons and protectors of the princely dynasty, expanding the period of the Christian history of Kyivan Rus, and, as a result, legitimizing the power of Yaroslav the Wise.

"The article is devoted to the ethical aspects of artificial intelligence functioning. The problem of the safe coexistence of man and artificial intelligence is taking on increasing importance. The definition of artificial intelligence and the explanation of the difference between weak, strong artificial intelligence and super-intelligence are given. The first ethical problem of artificial intelligence functioning is the existential question of human redundancy due to the spread of artificial intelligence. The article emphasizes that artificial intelligence, on the one hand, frees a person from certain areas of activity, facilitating their existence, on the other hand, it makes them superfluous in production and in personal life. The second is the problem of responsibility for the actions of artificial intelligence. The article argues for the necessity of human responsibility for the actions of artificial intelligence because artificial intelligence does not have consciousness. The third problem is the intensification of the phenomenon of stupidity in society. Artificial intelligence creates the conditions for the increasing cleverness of some segments of the population and stupidity of others, which can result in even greater mental and property inequality. Keywords: intelligence, artificial intelligence, ethics, responsibility, legal responsibility, human existential state, problem of redundancy, stupidity. "
