Open regionalism in the Asia-Pacific economy

The huge trade and industrial transformation of East Asia and the growth of economic interdependence within East Asia and the Pacific has been more and more strongly associated with the articulation of foreign economic diplomacy based on the idea of open regionalism. Open regionalism is also important to the healthy development of the world economy. The author discusses Asia-Pacific economic diplomacy, economic co-operation processes and regionalism. (DÜI-Sen)
