The contribution responds to the current legal regulations especially related with regard to the recent amendment of the Act on the Protection of Nature and Landscape in the Czech Republic. It focuses on some outdoor activities that may, in certain cases, come into conflict with the interests of protecting the most valuable natural areas. From this point of view, it may sometimes be problematic to run such activities. In this context, attention will be focused on organizational aspects, procedural point of view and also on the coming responsibilities of wildlife protection, respectively on term "Wilderness". The term "wilderness" is frequently discussed and used in widely varying discussions today among the professional and lay public alike, particularly in relation to the latest amendment of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape conservation (the "Nature and Landscape Conservation Act" or "NLCA") by Act No. 123/2017 Coll. (the "amendment to the NLCA"). This usually occurs with reference to protection (and on the contrary also providing access) to core nature zones in national parks. One may encounter, inter alia, the commercial offer relating to wilderness guides. In the given context, the issue of quiet territories is also discussed. A key question remaining meanwhile is whether in our country, it is possible to truly designate any territories as wilderness. We encounter the term wilderness when we need to express something naturally formed (in forest management for example, under this term we imagine unmanaged forest growths left to their own fate). The legal issue of protection from noise is mainly regulated by Act No. 258/2000 Coll., on public health protection, as amended, implementing Government Regulation No. 272/2011 Coll., on protection of health from adverse effects of noise and vibrations, as amended and in the framework of legal regulation of generally binding ordinances, chiefly Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on municipalities, as amended. In terms of protection from noise pollution ematyting from production of music operated outdoors, Act No. 267/2015 Coll., effective 01 December 2015, amending and supplementing the Public Health Act, introduced certain changes over the previous legal regulation. By this amendment, all forms of producing music operated outdoors were removed from the conceptual definition of noise, thus also from the oversight powers of public health protection agencies. The curent legislation of the CR does not consider as noise, inter alia, the sound from production of music operated outdoors. Production of music outdoors mainly includes concerts, discotheques; "malájes" spring student festivals, pilgrimages, open-air markets, various celebrations etc. The enforceability of protection against such noise pollution is becoming highly problematic. ; Současná legislativa v České republice nepovažuje za hluk, mezi jiným, produkci hudby ve venkovním prostředí. Hudební produkce ve venkovním prostředí zpravidla zahrnuje koncerty, diskotéky, "majálesy" jarní studentské festivaly, poutě, trhy pod otevřeným nebem, různé oslavy atd. Vynutitelnost ochrany před takovou hlukovou zátěží je vysoce problematická.

The recreational potential of the territory includes not only local conditions in terms of factual natural conditions, but also legal conditions and possibilities (i.e. set by legislation). The municipality is a body which both sets and carries out the exploitation of the recreational potential of its territory. The conceptual use of the recreational potential of the municipal territory should be reflected in the municipal planning. This should be then followed by the exploitation of the recreational potential, which - as well as the zone planning itself - is limited by the increasing demands for legal protection of the specially protected areas in the Czech Republic, if the municipality is located in there. On 1 June 2017, the amended Act No. 114/1992 Sb. on Nature and Landscape Protection, published in the Collection of Laws as No. 123/2017 Sb. (hereinafter "the Amendment"), came into force. The legal regulation of specially protected areas has undergone fundamental changes that affect municipalities, in particular. Our paper deals with the environmental-legal limits of municipalities located in specially protected areas, namely national parks, when exploiting the recreational potential of their territories.

The paper deals with the consumer position in relations with entrepreneurs, particularly on legal protection of consumer against business practices of entrepreneurs. In the opposite view, it should also be clear what level of consumer protection entrepreneurs should expect in the Czech Republic. The main purpose of the paper is to determine whether the legal regulation in EU legislation (in directives and regulations) and national regulation in Czech legislation (public and private) ensure adequate consumer protection against unfair business practices of entrepreneurs in connection with their business in the Czech Republic and what procedures are banned to entrepreneurs in relations with consumers. Selected examples from practice demonstrate how national authorities could intervene in cases of violation of rules adopted for the purpose of consumer protection in the EU legislation and in national legislation and how specifically is decided about these violations in the Czech Republic. In the conclusion of paper, the authors summarize their findings from examined issue of consumer protection against unfair business practices under public and private regulation in the Czech Republic and they also offer drafts de lege ferenda. ; The paper deals with the consumer position in relations with entrepreneurs, particularly on legal protection of consumer against business practices of entrepreneurs.
