THE AUTHOR ARGUES THAT ALL THROUGH HISTORY WOMEN HAVE BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH NON-VIOLENCE. MALE MORALITY OF NON-INTERFERENCE IS CONTRASTED TO FEMALE MORALITY WHICH TAKES POSITIVE OBLIGATION OF CARE FOR OTHERS. THE AUTHOR REVIEWS AN IFF STUDY THAT ANSWERED HOW THE OVERALL STRUCTURE OF SOCIETY IS AFFECTED BY THE WAY ITS STRUCTURES THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MALE AND FEMALES. THE AUTHOR ARGUES THAT A PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN MALE AND FEMALE MORALITY MAY HELP STOP THE ARMS RACE.
