AbstractThe study aims at validating the Career Decision-Making Adaptability Score (CDA Score) by investigating its predictive influence on objective and subjective career success, career adaptability, and psychological well-being over a 1-year period. Furthermore, the predictive influence of additional career decision-making strategies was scrutinized. Regression analyses of data from 78 employed individuals from two measurement time points demonstrated that the CDA Score predicts yet unexplored variables (e.g., psychological well-being) and consulting with others contributes to career adaptability and satisfaction. The findings extend research on career decision-making, validate the CDA Score longitudinally, and offer directions for the design of career counseling services.
A large amount of the pollution of modern cities is caused by individual transportation. Hence, many road users suffer from stress, emissions and noise. Smart mobility services can help improving the situa-tion by distributing traffic more consistently across different routes, times, and transportation modes. These services comprise two dimensions, a technical and a socio-technical. The latter addresses the road user's role as data and knowledge provider and stresses the road user's role in actively contributing to relieved traffic. As such, road users display one of the strongest levers to sustainably relieve traffic both in terms of knowledge providers and traffic actors. Using a systematic analysis of 28 publications, we show that existing SMob services show several chal-lenges related to the involvement of road users. We call for more research on SMob services that account for long-term user involvement e.g. by positively in-fluences road users' practices and routines.

Evaluation is an important measure for quality control in e-learning, which aims at improving a learning environment and adapting it to users' needs, as well as proving values and benefits of a course to financers and participants. However, results and styles of evaluation are subject to the designers', the evaluators' and the participants' individual and socio-cultural backgrounds. This paper examines evaluation from an infrastructure perspective and presents dimensions and parameters for the evaluation of e-learning. The authors take cognitive, epistemological, social and technical infrastructures into account.
