This study aims to investigate the transformation of organizational culture during year of the of the active phase of the russian-Ukrainian war that contributes to the survival of Bogdan Khmelnitsky Melitopol State Pedagogical University as an organization and is a factor in the transition from the survival to the phase of successful and dynamic development. Due to the war and the occupation of certain territories of Ukraine, the university was forced to relocate to the free territory in the city of Zaporizhzhia. It lost all its buildings and other material resources; around 25% of students, 25% of faculty, and 25% of funding. Despite the extreme conditions of the university's functioning and the stress of teachers and students under constant attacks on civilians by the occupiers, the university has resumed its educational process and research. A formal sign of the success of the scientific work is the growth of the university's position in the Consolidated ranking of Ukrainian universities. In the educational sphere, interdisciplinary academic programs have become a significant trend during the war. Innovations in management ensured that the university quickly adapted to the extreme environment. These innovations were primarily related to transitioning from a hierarchy to an adhocratic organizational culture. The main areas of changes in the university management were: renewal of the personal composition of the university management, reorganization of structural units, updating of the system of university regulations, and complete transition to electronic document management.

Abstract
The aim of the article is to share the experience of Bogdan Khmelnitsky Melitopol State Pedagogical University of participation in Erasmus+ project KA2 Capacity building in higher education "Universities-Communities: strengthening cooperation" in 2023. The article presents the cases of effective cooperation of BK MSPU with its external stakeholders as examples of fulfilment of its third mission. The research is based on these case studies, analysis of understanding of the essence of the third mission in Ukraine, its coverage in national and regional legislation. The cases described in the article occurred in the critical conditions during the war in Ukraine, but became possible under the influence of the UniCom project. As a result, the University continues fruitful cooperation with local self-government bodies, business structures, social institutions and communities, expands cooperation with numerous public organizations. Participation in the project itself boosted the university internationalization and contributed to its societal actions beyond the borders of Ukraine.

The aim of the study was to provide a sociopolitical analysis of approaches and means to engage members of multicultural communities in active participation to counteract the effects of destructive ethnic rumors and build their own spaces for coexistence. The need for sociological research on the effects of rumors is highlighted by the importance of finding means to counteract their manipulative use for destructive purposes. The empirical research method used was a questionnaire survey with the aim of creating new opportunities for interaction between people of different backgrounds, for the sake of harmony and exchange of experiences and thus being able to establish partnerships between the cities participating in the Intercultural Cities Network of Ukraine (ICC-Ukraine). It is concluded that the research allows us to affirm the effectiveness of using the method of counteracting ethnic rumors "Antitumor" proposed by the program "Intercultural Cities" of the Council of Europe in Ukraine, as a systemic means of solving the problems of communicative interactions in multicultural communities.

The purpose of the research was to analyze the problems of preservation and reproduction of physical and psychological integrity of a person in extreme conditions and, at the same time, to identify the patterns of formation of a complete personality, since today there is a lot of stress, depression and physical fatigue. In extreme situations of martial law and instability, we do our best to overcome the problems of physical and psychological incongruity and personality crisis. The methodology consists in the use of methods such as: analytical, logical, historical, comparative, axiological, which contribute to the identification of problems addressed. The object of the research means or implies a set of humanitarian tasks that correspond to the processes of formation of the integrity of the individual. The novelty lies in the understanding of objective processes of reproduction of physical and psychological integrity of the individual in extreme conditions, including wars, crises, uncertainty, instability, informational similarity, which are analyzed in terms of interconnection, interdependence and development, the overcoming of which contributes to the integrity of the individual and social welfare.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of improving the training of specialists in providing psychological assistance to internally displaced persons. The full-scale invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine on February 24, 2022 caused a new wave of forced relocation of millions of Ukrainian citizens who, saving their lives and family members, were forced to move in search of safe corners and adapt to the new realities of today. Psychological assistance in the conditions of war for both children and adults, although it is not new for many specialists in the psychological field, but it definitely requires a responsible attitude, high professionalism in the prevention of the consequences of stress and distress, acute emotional states, experiencing grief and loss, prevention of various manifestations of interpersonal conflicts, violence in the educational environment, as well as sensitivity and respect for each individual. The problem of the organization of psychological assistance to families and children who are in difficult life circumstances as a result of military operations is revealed, which acquires a new vector: from response in the format of working through crisis emotional states, stabilization of the state to psychoemotional recovery. This format involves systematicity, structure, psychoeducation, and the organization of psychological interventions based on the collected anamnesis about the family or person. The work highlights the experience of conducting the training course "Modern methods of providing psychological assistance to internally displaced persons in today's realities" by the employees of the Psychological Center of Melitopol State Pedagogical University named after Bohdan Khmelnytskyi in order to improve the professional competencies of psychologists in providing psychological assistance to internally displaced persons. According to the results of which, the participants of the training course improved their professional skills in applying modern methods and tools of psychological counseling and psychotherapy, which will contribute to more effective professional activity in restoring the psychological state of internally displaced persons in war conditions.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the effective mechanisms and positive experience of the Bohdan Khmelnytskyi State University of Education in the formation of social competences and the development of soft skills, which demonstrates the productivity of educational, scientific and cultural support of social processes in regional contexts, which affect the integration of participants in the educational process, teachers and students in the development of public movement to solve the difficulties and main problems of ethnic communities in the conditions of temporary occupation and war. The participation of the university in the implementation of such international projects of the Council of Europe "Intercultural cities" with the involvement of journalists, representatives of national and cultural communities "Implementation and involvement of cultural diversity at the international level" (2020, Melitopol, Ballarat, Australia), "Fighting rumors" (2021 year) in order to prevent fears, discrimination, as well as foster a sense of respect, mutual understanding, responsibility for one's own actions, contribute to the successful management of cultural diversity and expand the circle of international relations. It is asserted that within the framework of the implementation of the current Council of Europe Project "Strengthening the protection of national minorities, including Roma and minority languages in Ukraine" under the leadership of Zemfira Kondur, the scientific and pedagogical community of the universi ty is making maximum efforts to expand effective channels of mutual assistance for representatives of ethnic communities, internally displaced persons or forced migrants by implementing a number of initiatives regarding social, informational, legal, psychological, and humanitarian support aimed at strengthening dialogue, increasing the level of cohesion and intercultural interaction in the conditions of Russian aggression and temporary occupation.
