; The accelerated step of present is surrounded almost until the vertigo sensation when it tries to approach each element to consider in the formation process, learning or the maximum acquisition of knowledge. Between the definitions of classroom it is conceive as a instructional space of interaction in which the teaching learning relationship occur with high grade of "conviction". It is said about "controlled" environments, but there are rule by regulative principles of social order like: "Democracy, autonomy, planning, organization, economy, correction, respect, evaluation and maximization". These principles seams to release and approach to the universal character of human behavior and its knowledge's implications. It is important to recognize that from art vision like a knowledge form and connoisseur as a possibility of going from the material to the immaterial, it is clear that is a key piece to establish connections between knowledge as possible realities strengthen and which offers the classroom in its acquisition. ; 103-114 ; semestral

Management of legal compliance in occupational health and safety. A literature review
Occupational health and safety legislation is an essential part of the process to manage organisations and companies. However, there are criticisms that the regulation of occupational health and safety could be restricting the impulses of innovation and industrial development. This has led to proposals to repeal regulations to reduce the regulatory burden when possible. This work aims to delve into the difficulties that organisations encounter in their attempts to comply with occupational health and safety legislation and manage the process effectively. A systematic review was conducted of published studies that have analysed the relationship between occupational health and safety (OHS) management and compliance with legislation, regulations and rules. The search for relevant publications mainly used international bibliographic databases and scientific search engines. Quotes from other authors were also examined. This review provides knowledge on how compliance and non-compliance with legislation influences daily health and safety management in companies. The review highlights and discusses both successful regulatory strategies and the main difficulties, weaknesses, limitations and challenges companies face when adopting and complying with these regulations. This study concludes that management of legal compliance in companies, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises has become a complicated task. Management of occupational health and safety systems should not only be based on prescriptive principles and the detection of non-compliance, but also on proactive principles including an examination of how legal compliance affects daily performance. © 2019

Does Europe Need an EU Product Safety Directive for Access Scaffolding?
The main requirement established for the development of European Union product safety directives is to ensure a high level of safety for users. This research aims to analyze whether Europe needs a product safety directive for scaffolding and identify the main factors to be defined in public policies on the use of standardized scaffolding in the absence of such a directive. The principal types of scaffolding were reviewed, along with European regulations, and their risk levels. Finally, a qualitative study using a panel of experts was conducted to determine the differences between types of scaffolding and whether the enactment of such a directive would be justified. Key results were that the risk level associated with scaffolding positioned it third or fourth between material agents more hazardous in relation to falls from height. There is no existing product safety directive for scaffolding, despite the fact that there are directives for other products less dangerous than or as dangerous as scaffolding. However, there are noncompulsory standards EN 12810-1-2 and EN 12811-1-2-3-4 for scaffolding, which would form the basis of the essential requirements contained in a directive if it were created. The experts highlighted significant differences between "standardized" and "nonstandardized" scaffolding, with higher safety levels and productivity, and better maintenance, inspection, assembly, and dismantling associated with the former, and lower costs with the latter. Thus, they found that the enacting of an EU product safety directive for scaffolding would be justifiable, and in its absence supported the promotion of the use of standardized scaffolding. ; Ministerio de Economía, Industria y Competitividad BIA2016-79270-P ; Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deportes FPU 2016/03298

Novozym 435: the "perfect" lipase immobilized biocatalyst?
Novozym 435 (N435) is a commercially available immobilized lipase produced by Novozymes. It is based on immobilization via interfacial activation of lipase B from Candida antarctica on a resin, Lewatit VP OC 1600. This resin is a macroporous support formed by poly(methyl methacrylate) crosslinked with divinylbenzene. N435 is perhaps the most widely used commercial biocatalyst in both academy and industry. Here, we review some of the success stories of N435 (in chemistry, energy and lipid manipulation), but we focus on some of the problems that the use of this biocatalyst may generate. Some of these problems are just based on the mechanism of immobilization (interfacial activation) that may facilitate enzyme desorption under certain conditions. Other problems are specific to the support: mechanical fragility, moderate hydrophilicity that permits the accumulation of hydrophilic compounds (e.g., water or glycerin) and the most critical one, support dissolution in some organic media. Finally, some solutions (N435 coating with silicone, enzyme physical or chemical crosslinking, and use of alternative supports) are proposed. However, the N435 history, even with these problems, may continue in the coming future due to its very good properties if some simpler alternative biocatalysts are not developed. ; We gratefully recognize the financial support from MINECO from the Spanish Government (project number CTQ2017-86170-R, Colciencias, Ministerio de Educación Nacional, Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo e ICETEX, Convocatoria Ecosistema Científico – Colombia Científica.
Salud UIS 2011; 43(1): 77-79 ; Care coordination is the agreement of diverse activities requested to attend a patient along care continuum. A narrative analysis of contentment was developed to 32 semi-structured interviews, applied to key informants intentional Selected from a subsidized HCN. Internally arises as barriers, failures in communication and lack of collaboration among professionals, inadequate work conditions and deficiencies in programming mechanisms implementation. External barriers were related with deficient national politics to regulate care provider-insurer contracting, coordination mechanisms and poor view of integrated health. These barriers break the continuity in health care provision. Effective implementation of care coordination is requested among different levels of care. Salud UIS 2011; 43(1): 77-79.
