After the adoption of Organic Law 5/1992 on the regulation of the automated treatment of data of apersonal nature, on October 29, the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (AEPD) was created. This wasnecessary to later regulate the treatment of the data protection law in Spain. The arrival of democracy and the issuance of the Spanish Constitution of December 27, 1978, gave way to the enactment of the Law of Cooperatives of 1999, thus initiating the legal regime of cooperatives in Spain. This article focuses on four concepts: the legal situation of women in the nineteenth century, women's struggle for equality in the Second Republic, the Francoist model and the legal concept of women, and the arrival of democracy in Spain. Aunque no es tema del presente estudio, debemos saber que España es un Estado plurilegislativo que, a raíz de la promulgación de la norma en ciertas comunidades autónomas, existe una legislación de mediación determinada. Este trabajo se enfoca en la aplicación de la mediación en la indignidad de suceder, puesto que el causante en vida y los herederos testados e intestados pueden llegar a un acuerdo con la mediación y evitar disputas familiares con los demás coherederos o legitimarios. La mediación es una herramienta para que tanto el causante como los herederos testados e intestados alcancen un acuerdo final, obteniendo el causante las "atenciones debidas" en vida y sus legitimarios o herederos no sean indignos de suceder, ni crearles así, un estigma social. Primero se estudia el concepto de la indignidad de suceder en el Código Civil español, pues para comprender la mediación debe desarrollarse este concepto legal. Segundo, cómo acuden las partes en la indignidad de suceder. Tercero, la indignidad de suceder cuando la persona está en condición de discapacidad intelectual. Cuarto, la posibilidad de que una persona que participa en la mediación sufra un trastorno mental y, por último, se revisa la actuación del mediador en la indignidad de suceder, la extinción de la mediación y el acuerdo final, como elementos indispensables para que surja o no un acuerdo final entre las partes en conflicto.

A partir de la promulgación de la Ley General de Sanidad 14/1986 de 25 de abril,1 se inició en la legislación interna española el derecho a la información del paciente y su consentimiento informado, debido a que este siempre ha tenido el derecho a ser informado de su enfermedad y de su tratamiento ambulatorio, en el marco de los derechos humanos; no obstante, al ser España un país plurilegislativo, el derecho de información y el consentimiento informado se ven afectados en cada comunidad autónoma. El presente artículo se enfoca en tres conceptos: el deber de información al paciente, el consentimiento informado y el tratamiento ambulatorio. Conjugados todos, son una buena herramienta jurídica en este siglo XXI tanto para el paciente como para el médico, en el entendido de la Lex Artis como elemento jurídico para recurrir a los tribunales. Chirality plays a major role in nature, from particle physics to DNA, and its control is much sought-after due to the scientific and technological opportunities it unlocks. For magnetic materials, chiral interactions between spins promote the formation of sophisticated swirling magnetic states such as skyrmions, with rich topological properties and great potential for future technologies. Currently, chiral magnetism requires either a restricted group of natural materials or synthetic thin-film systems that exploit interfacial effects. Here, using state-of-the-art nanofabrication and magnetic X-ray microscopy, we demonstrate the imprinting of complex chiral spin states via three-dimensional geometric effects at the nanoscale. By balancing dipolar and exchange interactions in an artificial ferromagnetic double-helix nanostructure, we create magnetic domains and domain walls with a well-defined spin chirality, determined solely by the chiral geometry. We further demonstrate the ability to create confined 3D spin textures and topological defects by locally interfacing geometries of opposite chirality.
