Objective: to know histories resilientes of frequentadoras women of the wheels of Terapia Comunitária Sistêmica
Integrativa (TC). Methods: To take care of to the considered objectives, we use the method of Verbal History. The
study it was developed with 7 collaborators of the TC wheels, in the community Park of the Sun. Results: When
analyzing the empirical material, we construct three thematic axles: the TC space of allotment and wakening of the
resilience, resources of imaginary in the process resiliente and Resilience: the force constructed with the life. The TC
emerged as a source of awaking of the resilience capacity. Conclusions: Histories assist to see that we are capable to
surpass the suffering with the exercise of the resilience, concept that can be significant for the redimensionamento of
the research in the field of the communitarian health, mental health and in the field of the nursing, contributing for
reflections on education, research and extension.

Objectives: verifying the types of mental disorders that most affect teachers treated in a service of medical expertise. Method: a retrospective study of documental nature with a quantitative approach developed in a Higher Education Institution of João Pessoa city – PB. The sample was composed of 254 sheets of teachers treated in a service of medical expertise of the institution selected for the study, in the period from January to 1999 to March 2011. Data obtained were analyzed through frequency and percentage. Results: almost all the sample was composed of female teachers, aged between 40 and 49, and depression was responsible for 52% absenteeism of teachers, followed by schizophrenia (12%), bipolar disorder (10%), acute reaction to stress (8%), anxiety (7%), delusional disorder (4%), and others (8%). Conclusion: the mental disorder that most affects the searched teacher category is depression. Therefore, further investigations are needed that can analyze the severity of this problematic pathology in academic area.

Objective: to estimate the prevalence of burnout syndrome among physicians of a federal education hospital in the state of Paraiba/Brazil. Method: a descriptive and observational study, which involved 134 doctors randomly chosen among medical residents, professors of the ufpb and federal physicians from the institution. three sets of questionnaires were used: socio-demographic and professional, mbi-hss and itra. the data were statistically analyzed with the aid of the spss-18.0. Results: it was detected a prevalence of the syndrome of 81,34% and the predominant features among respondents suffering from burnout were: young adult, with children, unmarried, early career working in various health institutions, with delicate relationship with supervisors in various activities and tasks with poorly defined. Conclusions: it was concluded that the burnout syndrome was highly prevalent in the workplace hospital doctor and should be target of public policies to reduce stress from this kind of work.

Objective: investigating the prevalence of Burnout among nurses in hospitals of urgency and emergency in the State of Paraiba. Method: this is a descriptive, quantitative, cross-sectional study conducted in six hospitals specialized in urgency and emergency service in the state. The sample consisted of 110 nurses. It was used as instrument the Maslach Burnout Inventory. Data were analyzed with SPSS-Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 18.0. Results: the results pointed to 65,3% of young people (20-30 years), 54,5% in situations of multiple employment, 49,1% with weekly working hours of 20-44 hours, 82,7% with prevalence of Burnout, being 59,1% in moderate level and 23,6% in severe level. Conclusion: it is concluded that the nurses showed significant levels of illness due to diuturnal contact with work stressors elements.

Objective: To analyze the practices of nursing professionals of a Hospital Emergency and Emergency, directed to self-care; characterize them as the weekly schedule of work and ascertain the difficulties that are to take care of themselves. Method: This exploratory-descriptive and qualitative, performed with a nursing team in July 2009 in a Hospital Emergency and Emergency Campina Grande / PB / Brazil. The empirical material was analyzed using content analysis, having obeyed the precepts of Resolution 196/96, submitted to the Ethics Committee of the Centre for Higher Education and Development (CESED) which approved on 25/05/2009, No. 1846.0. 000405-09. Results: There was a perception of nursing professionals related to self-care; Practice of nursing directed to self-care for health maintenance, and difficulties encountered by practitioners for self-care. Conclusion: The practice of nursing directed to self-care showed negative aspects related to the theme.

Objectives: To evaluate the prenatal consultation conducted by nurses from the viewpoint of the women and the knowledge of pregnant women about the importance of prenatal consultation. Method: Exploratory, descriptive qualitative approach, developed with 20 pregnant women attended at a Family Health Unit in the Municipality of Tabira-EP, in November 2010. Data were collected from a semistructured questionnaire and analyzed by analysis of Bardin. Results: Presented on the context, it was observed that the women interviewed know some of the reasons that make prenatal conduct important to be performed during pregnancy. It was also observed that the guidelines given by the nurse during the consultation are incipient, before the various issues that should be addressed during the prenatal period. Conclusion: The guaranteed attendance on the weaknesses that limit the development of attention to quality.

Objective: To investigate the use of computer technology, especially the microcomputer as an ally in the process of psychosocial rehabilitation of people in psychological distress, seeking to identify the effects of the use of information in the social context of these people. Methods: This was a descriptive - qualitative interpretative approach, performed in Campina Grande / PB / Brazil, with 19 professionals working in the network of mental health care in 2010. We used the technique of content analysis-categorical theme proposed by Bardin. Results: The results suggest that inclusion of digital technologies in mental health services as key strategies in the rehabilitation process of the user. Conclusion: The use of computer technology is a tool that promotes social inclusion, empowerment and self-esteem of users, fundamental to the process of personal transformation bearer of psychological distress.
