Ideology is one of the complex concepts that many thinkers from different sciences have talked about it and studied it; there is no comprehensive definition of what constitutes consensus among thinkers, or at least is acceptable to most of them; thinkers can be divided into three main spectrums regarding the definitions and characteristics that they have proposed for ideology. One group has a positive attitude towards ideology and has introduced it as a necessity for human life; another group has defined the ideology negatively, they not only did not evaluate it positively, but also introduced it as the cause of separation and division, etc., and sought to deny it; the other group introduces ideology as a neutral concept that can be characterized by both the positive features proposed by some thinkers and the negative features suggested by some other thinkers. Jiddu Krishnamurti is one of the thinkers who has a negative view towards ideology and rejects it due to some of the claimed characteristics such as segregation, separation, seduction and so on. This attitude is rejected by religious and non-religious thinkers.

The ultimate goal of this analytical study is to assess the analogy between Article 68 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Article 5 of the Election Law on the suspension of presidential elections. The reason for the ruling in Article 68 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran cannot be extended to Article 5 of the Presidential Law to use the analogy. First, because the reason for the ruling in Article 68 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran is the suspension of the Islamic Consultative Assembly elections during the war and military occupation with the President's proposal and the Guardian Council's approval. Secondly, there is no such necessity for holding presidential elections in force majeure time, and the Constitution has provided for the sponsorship of the presidency if the presidential election is not held. Thirdly, assuming that impossibly to cite it, one of its basic conditions, the president's proposal, is missing because his term is over. On the other hand, in Article 5 of the Islamic Republic of iran Law and Article 7 of the Guardian Council; according to Article 68 of the Constitution, the election is suspended and annulled with the approval of the Guardian Council. These two articles do not have any conflict with each other and each of them is applicable in its place, but the approval of the Guardian Council to stop the presidential election in case of force majeure has priority under certain conditions.

A solution was found to resolve the differences in the recitation of the Qur'an in the history of Islam in two main stages. Propagation and invitation to the Qur'an and its teachings in both general and specialized levels, according to the level of the audience, has been considered by Imam Ali (AS) which has been promoted in various ways. But what is the methods and ways of propagation and promotion in Imam Ali's verbal and practical life? And in what format and structure do each of these components express these methods? This research was conducted by inductive-inferential-analytical method. Therefore, data collection and narrations related to education and propagation (both verbal and practical) of each of the findings were included under the headings that were the result of a study of the researcher's mind, and were analyzed separately. The methods of promoting the Qur'an that are found in the words and deeds of Imam Ali (AS) can be named under 7 components. Promoting the culture of Qur'anic discourse in Alawīte words (using verses in interactions), using psychological and semantic therapy skills in promoting the Qur'an, reciting the Qur'an, getting acquainted with the Qur'an, encouraging the writing of the Qur'an, promoting the Qur'anic culture in the social dimension, and promoting and propagating the system of Qur'anic culture development.
