NILAI-NILAI PENDIDIKAN DALAM DAKWAH POLITIK NABI SULAIMAN AS (KAJIAN SURAT AN-NAML AYAT 23-44)
Tulisan ini bertujuan menggali nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terkandung dalam aktifitas dakwah politik Nabi Sulaiman as terhadap Balqis. Dalam konteks politik (kekuasaan) aktifitas dakwah yang dilakukan Nabi Sulaiman as memiliki karakteristik, obyek dakwahnya adalah kelompok masyarakat yang terhimpun dalam sebuah kerajaan yang besar dan kuat, serta memiliki peradaban yang sangat maju (Saba'). Berdakwah dalam konteks semacam ini tentunya akan berhadapan dengan banyak rintangan dan hambatan. Meski demikian, Nabi Sulaiman as terhitung sukses dalam dakwah politiknya yakni dengan menghantarkan Balqis dan penduduknya kepada keimanan. Penelitian ini adalah library research (riset kepustakaan) dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Secara khusus, bidang kajian diarahkan pada penafsiran surat an-Naml ayat 23-44 guna memberikan gambaran dakwah politik Nabi Sulaiman as dan menggali nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terkandung di dalamnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam dakwah politik Nabi Sulaiman as berupa; bersikap responsif atas masalah mad'u, berdakwah secara tepat dan teliti, mengedepankan musyawarah dan mufakat, memiliki integritas dan komitmen atas dakwah, dan menjauhi sifat sombong dan takabur.

In this scientific work, the writer uses asemiotic qualitative method according to Charles Sanders Pierce who specificallydescribes that the sign is able to represent something else. In addition, Pierce alsodefines the sign as something that can not be separated from the object of referenceand understanding of the subject of signs with trichotomy: representamen,interpretants and objects. From the research conducted, the conclusions that can beshown by the author are: (1) Songkok celleng (representamen) is a santri identitycontaining philosophical meaning of obedience or submission (interpretant) in theform of a head covering (object). (2) Songkok celleng is always present with the spiritof nationalism introduced by the First President of Indonesia (Sukarno) that SongkokCelleng is a national identity also strengthened by government regulations issuedduring the Soekarno administration.

OMODIFIKASI SINTREN KUMAR BUDOYO DALAM ARUS MODERNISASI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses, faktor-faktor pendorong, dan dampak komodifikasi Sintren Kumar Budoyo dalam arus modernisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, proses komodifikasi Sintren Kumar Budoyo merupakan suatu siklus, mulai dari proses produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi, yang disokong oleh seniman, pemerintah, dan masyarakat apresiator. Faktor-faktor pendorong komodifikasi Sintren Kumar Budoyo meliputi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal terdiri atas perubahan spirit dalam berkesenian sintren, dan kreativitas pengembangan estetika berkesenian sintren. Faktor eksternalnya adalah pengaruh media dan budaya modern, serta permintaan konsumen. Dampak komodifikasi Sintren Kumar Budoyo meliputi dampak sosial ekonomi dan dampak sosial budaya. Pada dampak sosial ekonomi, komodifikasi Sintren Kumar Budoyo menyebabkan meningkatnya pendapatan seniman. Dampak sosial budaya tercermin pada kaburnya identitas dan nilai-nilai sejarah sintren, serta pergeseran fungsi sintren. This study is to explain the process, stimulation factors, and impact of commodification Sintren Kumar Budoyo in relation of modernization. It used qualitative research method with a case study approach. The results showed that, process of commodification Sintren Budoyo Kumar is a cycle, from production, distribution, and consumption, which supported by artists, government, and appreciators society. Stimulation factors of the commodification Sintren Kumar Budoyo include internal factors and external factors. The internal factors consist of changes in art sintren spirit, and creativity development sintren art aesthetic. External factor is the influence of media and modern culture, also consumer demand. Commodification impact of Sintren Kumar Budoyo include socio-economic and socio-cultural impact. On the socio-economic impacts, commodification of Sintren Kumar Budoyo led to increase revenue artists. While the socio-cultural impact is reflected in the blurring of identities and values sintren history, as well as a shift function sintren.

PERGULATAN HUKUM DAN POLITIK DALAM LEGISLASI UU NO. 21 TAHUN 2008 TENTANG PERBANKAN SYARI'AH
This study intends to analyze the historical background of the enactment of Law No. 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking in the perspective of relationship between law and political power. This study are considered attractive in the context of Indonesia as a state law that the majority of the population is Muslim, which is ethically Islamic law becomes an important part in the law development. Politically, the Indonesian government also has a historical background of the harmonious relationship with the Islamic forces. Determination of law No. 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia banking is not free from the constellation and political configurations that occured at that time. However, despite decorated by strict political configuration, the determination of this statue has a accountability of its juridical basis, sociological, and philosophical. Determination This law proves that Islamic law has become one of the sources of national law and has the opportunity to contribute to the development of national laws optimally in the future.

"PIKIR" is a value campaign built in order to encourage the realisation of bureaucratic reform in UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The essence of the campaign is to answer the need for an effective, efficient, and clean governance for the employees of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. In the following development "PIKIR" can also be applied to the students of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. Considering the students are also an integral part in the realisation of bureaucratic reform in campus. The essence of "PIKIR" is highly relevant to be applied to both the lecturers along with the teaching staff and the students as well. This is because the essence of "PIKIR" is a binding guidance for the entire member of the organization.
Perempuan dan Narasi Kekerasan: Studi Kritis Peran Gender dalam Deradikalisasi
Radicalism is a process initiated from the ideas and teachings that stem from individual stages. Hence, the early detection effort in deradicalization by involving women can run effectively, regarding the fact that women play a vital role in the family, particularly in shaping the character of children. Unfortunately, women's role in preventing or promoting and participating, terrorism, and political violence seem to be neglected. This qualitative study attempts to examine the role of women in preventing radicalization and at the same time promoting and participating in alleviating terrorism and political violence. The findings of the study reveal that the role of women in the deradicalization can be done in a number of strategies, although not restricted, such as reduction of gender inequality and disparity, giving women a greater role to participate in a multi-field of the social realm, strengthening the well-being to prevent radicalization, making women as leaders who hold moderate and tolerant values in education, especially within, though not limited, the family environment, and initiating peace through women's reproductive functions.

Joint Liability Based Financing To Prevent Non-Performing Financing In Bank Wakaf Mikro
The Indonesian government has made various efforts to reduce it, one of which is establishing a Micro Waqf Bank. The focus of the establishment of the Bank Wakaf Mikro is to empower the poor by providing assistance and providing microfinance for productive activities. Interesting to assess is the financing mechanism applied, namely joint liability. The purpose of this study is to examine whether joint liability-based financing can prevent non-performing financing. Data were collected from 215 respondents from Micro Waqf Bank customers in Magelang Regency. Data analysis was carried out statistically by using Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square. The results show that joint liability-based financing has a significant effect on preventing non-performing financing. This means that joint liability based on Bank Wakaf Mikro can prevent defaults or non-performing financing. This means that joint liability based on the distribution of fund financing by Bank Wakaf Mikro can prevent defaults or non-performing financing. Problem financing in joint liability-based financing can be prevented because of the necessity of forming a group when applying for financing, so prospective customers will choose group members who have integrity and can be trusted.

The Epistemology of Medieval Islamic Education:Historical Portraits of the Abbasid Dynasty During Caliph Harun Ar-Rashid

This research is focusing on the epistemological pattern of Islamic education during the Abbasid dynasty, especially during the Caliph Harun ar-Rashid. This study is library research using a historical approach. The research findings indicate that the background influencing the development of educational epistemology during the Abbasid dynasty, especially during the Caliph Harun is the translation movement, the construction of Bait al-Hikmah, the high number of Islamic educational institutions such as kuttab / maktab, low education in the palace, procurement of bookstores, the existence of Knowledge Convention, optimizing the function of mosques, madrasas for the public, and providing houses for ulema. More, the existence of scientists around the Caliph Harun promoted the progress of science, civilization, and Islamic education. In addition, the advance of political stability and economic circumstances during the Caliph Harun had also made scientific activity, Islamic education, and knowledge development becomes maximum. Moreover, Islamic education epistemology during the Caliph Harun can be mapped into three major streams of the underlying theory of knowledge, first, rational knowledge; second, sensory knowledge; and third, knowledge of Kasyaf through revelation or intuition. Several forms of knowledge developed from the epistemological style of Islamic education include the science of interpretation, the science of hadith, the science of kalam, the science of language, and the science of Tasawuf. Epistemology of Islamic education spawned many methods for scientific study such as nadzr, tadabur, tafakur, bayyinah, burhan, mulahzah, tajrib, istiqra, qiyas, tamsil, ta'wil, dzati, HISSI, khayali, aqli, syibhi, and more.
Konstruksi Sosial Keagamaan Masyarakat Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Covid-19 or Corona pandemic, which has entered Indonesia since the last three months, has changed many of the religious behaviors of Indonesian people who are predominantly Muslim. Starting from praying in congregation at home, Friday prayers at home, Eid prayer at home, changing sentences on some words in the call to prayer to cancel the departure of the pilgrims. This has changed the religious traditions and religious behavior of the community in general. This study uses theoretical conceptions according to Peter L. Berger with the conception of social construction with three components, namely externalization, objectivation and internalization. This study uses a qualitative approach with the aim of uncovering a phenomenon of religious behavior that occurred in the community during the Covid-19. The conclusions in this research are, externally the community made social changes because of information related to the Covid-19 pandemic, both through a task force formed by the government, as well as news that circulated on television and social media. From that, people make objectivation by implicit behavior formation in response to government regulations and news circulating on social media. Internalization is carried out by the public by picking wisdom in every situation that occurs. Homeindustry" BundaArum" merupakan Homeindustry yang ada dikawasan agrowisata salak wedi Bojonegoro dan memproduksi berbagai olahan dari buah salak seperti kurma salak, madu mongso salak, dodol salak, molen salak, dan kopi biji salak. Limbah organik berupa kulit salak yang merupakan sisa konsumsi salak ataupun sisa pengolahansalak untuk produk makanan lainnya yang saat ini sudah diproduksi di homeindustry ini maupun masyarakat setempat sangat berlimpah. Hasil uji fitokimia menunjukkan kulit buah salak mengandung senyawa flavonoid dan tannin serta sedikit alkaloid. Kandungan flavonoid didalam ekstrak kulit salak mampu menurunkanka darglukosa dalam darah.Ekstraketanol kulit buah salak mengandung metabolit sekunder alkaloid, polifenolat, flavonoid, 1mbien, kuinon, monoterpen dan seskuiterpen. Berdasar nilai kapasitas antioksi dan dan IC50, ekstrak kulitsalak memilik ipotensi besaruntuk dipasarkan menjadi produk pangan sebagai minuman berantioksi dan yang baik untuk kesehatan, selain itu jugasebagai upaya pemanfaatan kulit salak sehingga bernilai ekonomis. Solusi dari permasalahan ini adalah mengolah kulitsalak wedi menjadi produk olahan berupateh kulit salak dan membuat strategi pemasarannya baik secara onlineatau offline. Rencanakegiatan yang diusulkanadalahdengan pelatihan produksi kulit salakpada Home industry"Bunda Arum" dan pembuatan strategi pemasaran.Hal ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, danpeningkatan daya saing berupa diversifikasi produk pada Homeindustry "Bunda Arum".

Politik Kebangsaan dalam Membendung Gerakan Radikalisme oleh Nahdlatul Ulama Kabupaten Pati (National Politics in Repressing the Radicalism Movement by Nahdlatul Ulama of Pati Regency)
ABSTRACTThe radicalism movement is currently one of the centres of attention of the Indonesian government because several incidents have repeatedly occurred in Indonesia. The radicalism movement is a concept that wish changes in society using a narrow religious understanding base which usually leads to bomb terror acts. The Central Java region is one area that is often used as the basis of radicalism movements spreading across various regions. The government cooperates with several Islamic organizations, one of which is (Nahdlatul Ulama), to take part in preventing radicalism that can threaten the integrity of the nation and state. This article aims to reveal the role of Nahdlatul Ulama's national politics in repressing the radicalism movement in Indonesia, especially in the Pati Regency area. The research method applied is qualitative with a literature study approach and through interviews. The NU Branch Leader (PCNU) made several programs to repress radicalism in the Pati Regency area, among others, by solidifying students in the Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association (IPNU) by holding Basic Leadership Training (LDK) in collaboration with the National Military Forces (TNI) and academics. In addition, Ansor and Banser of Pati Regency were active in conducting discussions with the theme of counteracting radicalism. These activities by Nahdlatul Ulama are effective in repressing radicalism in the Pati Branch area. Gerakan radikalisme merupakan paham yang menginginkan perubahan dalam masyarakat yang seringnya menggunakan dasar pemahaman agama yang sempit yang biasanya berujung pada aksi teror bom. Wilayah Jawa Tengah merupakan salah satu wilayah yang sering menjadi basis gerakan radikalisme yang tersebar di berbagai daerah. Pemerintah menggandeng beberapa ormas Islam salah satunya adalah Nahdlatul Ulama yang ikut andil dalam rangka pencegahan radikalisme yang dapat mengancam keutuhan bangsa dan negara. Artikel ini bertujuan mengungkap peran politik kebangsaan Nahdlatul Ulama dalam membendung gerakan radikalisme di Indonesia khususnya di wilayah Kabupaten Pati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur serta melalui wawancara. PCNU membuat beberapa program yang dilaksanakan dalam rangka membendung radikalisme di wilayah Kabupaten Pati antara lain dengan mensolidkan para pelajar dalam Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama (IPNU) dengan mengadakan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan (LDK) yang bekerjasama dengan TNI maupun akademisi. Selain itu Ansor dan Banser Kabupaten Pati aktif untuk melakukan diskusi dengan tema menangkal radikalisme. Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut efektif dalam rangka membendung radikalisme oleh Nahdlatul Ulama di wilayah Cabang Pati.Kata kunci: politik kebangsaan; radikalisme; PCNU Kabupaten Pati.
