En la presente investigación analizamos la dimensión participativa del civic crowdfunding. El objetivo principal es determinar las características y el perfil participativo de la ciudadanía que, a través de aportaciones, contribuye a la financiación de iniciativas de motivación social y cívica. Para ello realizamos un análisis descriptivo a partir de ocho variables que recogen información sobre las particularidades sociodemográficas, las fuentes de información clave para la participación, la experiencia participativa y el grado de conocimiento previo de la entidad promotora. Las variables de estudio se aplican en una muestra de 46 individuos que participaron en alguno de los 27 proyectos de civic crowdfunding y matchfunding de colaboración público-privada alojados en la plataforma Goteo, e incluidos en los programas Crowdfunding ZGZ 2017 y Conjuntament. Desarrollo Económico de Proximidad 2018, promovidos por los Ayuntamientos de Zaragoza y Barcelona. Los resultados muestran un participante tipo conformado de forma hegemónica por personas de género femenino, altamente formadas, con un nivel de renta superior a la media, próximas al colectivo promotor de la causa financiable y con experiencia participativa previa a nivel social, cívico y político. Como conclusión debemos señalar las limitaciones del civic crowdfunding como instrumento participativo para la integración de individuos y grupos sociales ajenos a los procesos sociales y cívicos.

The study variables are based on a sample of 46 individuals who participated in any of the 27 civic crowdfunding and matchfunding projects of public-private collaboration hosted on the Goteo platform, and included in the Crowdfunding ZGZ 2017 and Conjuntament Desarrollo Económico de Proximidad 2018 programs that were promoted by the municipalities of Zaragoza and Barcelona. The results show a type of participant formed hegemonically by adult individuals, highly educated, with an income level above the average, close to the group that promotes the fundable cau-se and with previous involvement experience at the social, civic and political level. In conclusion, we must point out the limitations of civic crowdfunding as a participatory instrument for the integration of individuals and social groups outside of social and civic processes.
En aquesta investigació, analitzem la dimensió participativa del civic crowdfunding. L'objectiu principal consisteix a determinar les característiques i el perfil participatiu de la ciutadania que, mitjançant aportacions, contribueixen al finançament d'iniciatives de motivació social i cívica. Per a això, duem a terme una anàlisi descriptiva sobre la base de vuit variables que recullen informació sobre les particularitats sociodemogràfiques, les fonts d'informació clau per a la participació, l'experiència participativa i el grau de coneixement previ de l'entitat promotora. Les variables d'estudi s'apliquen en una mostra de 46 individus que van participar en algun dels 27 projectes de civic crowdfunding i matchfunding de col·laboració publicoprivada allotjats a la plataforma Goteo, i inclosos en els programes Crowdfunding ZGZ 2017 i Conjuntament. Desenvolupament Econòmic de Proximitat 2018, promoguts pels ajuntaments de Saragossa i Barcelona. Els resultats mostren un participant tipus constituït hegemònicament per persones de gènere femení, altament formades, amb un nivell de renda superior a la mitjana, pròximes al col·lectiu promotor de la causa finançable i amb experiència participativa prèvia en l'àmbit social, cívic i polític. El ciclo de protesta protagonizado por el movimiento 15M ha concluido dando lugar a un proceso de institucionalización y a la aparición de nuevos actores en la esfera institucional. A través de la revisión y el análisis de contenido de diversos materiales documentales y netnográficos, analizamos las claves de dicho proceso, focalizando nuestra atención en torno a cinco variables capaces de captar la trayectoria seguida por Podemos desde su nacimiento hasta la actualidad y su posición en relación a la dicotomía sociedad civil-estado. El objetivo central de este trabajo consistirá en analizar las continuidades y las contradicciones de Podemos en su tránsito y penetración institucional respecto a los principios y a las propuestas elaboradas por el 15M en relación a la política representativa articuladas alrededor de principios como autonomía, participación, descentralización y transparencia. El resultado de nuestra investigación, muestra una importante distancia entre las propuestas del 15M con la realidad organizativa, financiera y participativa de Podemos, en la medida en que esta se ha constituido de forma centralizada, jerárquica, profesionalizada y altamente dependiente de los mecanismos de financiación pública. En base a estos hallazgos, concluimos que la organización se encuentra en medio de un incipiente proceso de cartelización.
In this article we have attempted to improve our understanding of the influence of various factors, such as the level of organizational resources, age, ideology and values, on the digitalization of political parties oriented towards participation and resource mobilization. To do this, we use version four of the Political Party Database Round (PPDB) (2022), which covers 187 parties in 26 European countries. We focus on 10 of the largest party families. The data and variables have been analyzed using various descriptive and inferential statistics. The results indicate an important level of similarity between political parties in the adoption of digital instruments. The level of resources, age and ideology, and values associated with the different party families present important explanatory and predictive limitations. We consider that the indicated results may be a consequence of a process of institutional isomoformism.

Furthermore, as new findings, the partnership between the campaign news in digital media and the financial success should be pointed out as well as the importance of dissemination and the success of cooperation at a communicative level between agents of a socio-political nature. This investigation stems from the need to better comprehend the digitalisation of the Iberian parties and, especially, to understand the lack of scientific knowledge surrounding the digitalisation of political actors in Portugal. The principal objective of this investigation is the betterment of knowledge of the factors that intervene in the digitalisation of political parties. Taking various theoretical premises into account, we will analyse the relation between the age of the parties, the ideology and the stability of the party system, and the adoption of digital instruments for the purposes of contact, participation, deliberation, and mobilisation of financial resources between political parties with parliamentary representation in Portugal and Spain. To answer these questions the investigation used a data matrix taken from six qualitative variables applied to each of the analysed political parties. The results show a tendency towards a greater level of digitalisation in political parties located on the left of the ideological spectrum that were founded after the year 2008. Furthermore, the stability of the party system and a lower competitive capacity could partially explain the lower level of digitalisation in political parties in Portugal.
