Theoretical aspects of the socio-systematic model of boarding schools' social organization has been studied in the article. It has been proved that the social organization of boarding schools reflects the nature of the relationship in an educational institutions, norms of activity, students' values, identity, philosophy and other qualities that characterize the cultural aspects of boarding schools' social organization.The system model of boarding schools' social organization has been suggested by the author. This model consists of three subsystems. The first subsystem contains the integrating components of educational organization, such as the social constants of boarding schools' functioning, its mission and identity. The second one contains the elements of the system of thought-formation, i.e. the personal philosophy of the social actors of boarding schools, the direction of its activity, the hierarchy of values of the boarding school's pupils and its status-role hierarchy. The world view characteristics of boarding schools' social actors are understood as a special social card that allows us to determine the role of boarding schools in a society and to find the key identities, which form it as an educational institution. The consequences of different types of personal philosophy of boarding schools' social actors have been analyzed. These are: administrative, staff and pedagogical ones. From those above-mentioned, only the pedagogical type corresponds to the mission of this social institution, while others are the sources of corruption and other deviations of boarding schools' activity.The third subsystem contains the elements of a normative model, which includes the social norms for the students of boarding schools, the social nature of the pupils of boarding schools and the social scenarios for the graduates of boarding schools. The students of boarding schools have been divided into three groups according to the criterion of their attitude to social norms. The first group of students includes those who are prone to egocentrism and deviant behavior. The students of the second group are more prone to act in accordance with social norms under the influence of group pressure. The third group consists of those students who are inclined to act in accordance with norms based on self-help efforts.The components of the social character of pupils and social scenarios of boarding schools' graduates, which correspond to their life trajectories after the completion of their course of study, have been analyzed by the author of the article.

У статті розглянуто проблеми діяльності освітніх закладів інтернатного типу з позицій сучасного соціологічного дискурсу. Проаналізовано предметну галузь соціології виховання у зв'язку з особливостями соціалізації вихованців інтернатних закладів. Запропоновано концепт сурогатної спорідненості як тип відносин вихователів інтернату з вихованцями. Сурогатна спорідненість передбачає: відповідальність не тільки посадову, а й особистісну; нееквівалентний обмін, коли вихователь віддає дитині свій час і сили, не чекаючи від неї певних винагород взамін; продовження довірчих відносин не тільки в рамках навчально-виховного закладу, а й за його межами; інтерес і турботу не тільки за успіхи в навчанні та дотриманні дисципліни, але й за всебічний розвиток особистості дитини. Первинна і вторинна соціалізація в інтернатному закладі зливаються, оскільки роль батьків у первинній соціалізації відіграють вихователі, які формально є агентами вторинної соціалізації. Охарактеризовано залежність життєвих траєкторій випускників від моделі особистості, яку формує інтернатний заклад: маргінальної, середньої, кар'єрної або креативної. Встановлено необхідність урахування соціокультурних і природних факторів при аналізі впливу виховного процесу на побудову життєвих траєкторій випускниками інтернатних закладів.

The article uses the theoretical and methodological standpoint of Gilbert Durand's theory of archetypes to interpret ethnic archetypes of Ukrainians, which are manifested in the set of value dispositions of students attending educational and rehabilitation institutions. The authors substantiate the idea that the influence of archetypal determinants in children is manifested primarily in value dispositions that act as potentials for their future behaviour; they are the projection of the collective unconscious influence on the social morality of a particular society and the formation of universal prototypes that determine the living environment of each individual and the entire community, eventually affecting the construction of social reality. Based on the survey conducted among senior students of educational and rehabilitation institutions of Ukraine, it is empirically shown that the value structure of student youth is formed mostly regardless of their gender, reflecting the main national archetypes (freedom-loving Cossack society, cordocentrism, the concept of "fertile land", peasantry character, the image of Goddess-Mother) and includes such traits of national character as democratic nature, opulence, thrift, diligence, religiosity and respect for women. The article demonstrates the analytical and interpretative value of the conceptual trichotomy "diurnal – dramatic nocturnal – mystical nocturnal" introduced by G. Durand for understanding the archetypal pre-conditions of students' choices of priority values. The authors analyse the specific features of the value sphere of students with disabilities: when compared to children without disabilities, they show lower indicators for almost all value points. It is suggested that these differences are evidence of the lesser manifestation of archetypes and national character traits due to preferential focusing on health issues, the need to monitor and control physical condition increasingly, coordination of movements, etc. Because of this, in students with disabilities, the postural reflex, which belongs to the sphere of the diurnal influence, retains its activity after reaching physical maturity and often manifests itself in the unprecedented psychological vitality of people belonging to this category.
