The present work aimed to examine the nature and degree of the cross-correlations among three different ionospheric indices: these are Optimum Working Frequency (OWF), Highest Probable Frequency (HPF), and Best Usable Frequency (BUF). VOCAP and ASASPS models were adopted to determine the datasets of the selected ionospheric indices. The determination was made for different transceiver stations that provide certain HF connection links during the minimum and maximum years of solar cycle 24, 2009 and 2014, respectively. Matlab program was implemented to produce the geodesic parameters for the selected transceiver stations. The determination was made for different path lengths (500, 1000, 1500, and 2000) Km and bearings (0o, 45o, 90o ........ 315o). Different correlation methods were used to examine the best determination coefficient values between the tested parameters. A third-order polynomial equation was set as the best correlation method that gave a better description for the correlation among the tested parameters. The proposed mathematical correlation equations were used to predict the seasonal values of the (HPF, OWF and BUF) parameters. The proposed equations were verified by comparing their values with the observed datasets during the study years. Also, the predicted values were tested using different statistical methods, which gave good results for all tested cases.

يهدف العمل الحالي إلى دراسة طبيعة ودرجة الترابط بين ثلاثة مؤشرات آيونوسفيرية مختلفة وهي (HPF,OWF and BUF), تم استخدام نماذج VOCAP و ASASPS لحساب قيم البيانات للمؤشرات الآيونوسفيرية المختارة. اجريت الحسابات لمحطات الإرسال / الاستقبال المختلفة التي توفر روابط اتصال عالية التردد خلال سنوات الصغرى والعظمى للدورة الشمسية 24 (2009 و 2014) على التوالي. تم تنفيذ برنامج Matlab لايجاد قيم المعلمات الجيوديسية لمحطات الإرسال / الاستلام لأطوال مسافات مختلفة (500، 1000، 1500 و 2000) كم واتجاهات مختلفة(0o, 45o, 90o ........ 315o). تم تطبيق طرق ارتباطية مختلفة لاختبار افضلها بين المعاملات المختبرة . تم اقتراح معادلات رياضية متعددة الحدود (الدرجة الثالثة) كأفضل طريقة تصف القيم الارتباطية بين المعاملات المحددة لغرض الدراسة. تمكنت المعادلات المقترحة من التنبؤ بالقيم الموسمية للمؤشرات ((HPF و(OWF) و (BUF).و تم التحقق منها من خلال مقارنتها مع قيم المعلمات المرصودة خلال سنوات الدراسة . كما تم اختبار القيم المتوقعة باستخدام طرق إحصائية مختلفة والتي قدمت نتائج جيدة لجميع الحالات المختبرة

In this work, the annual behavior and cross-correlation between three different solar-ionospheric indices were evaluated: Smoothed Sunspot Number (SSN), Ionospheric T-Index (T-index), and Solar Flux (F10.7 cm) index during solar cycles 23 and 24. The annual behavior for the three tested indices of the maximum and minimum years of the two solar cycles was studied. The correlative conducts between the studied indices were evaluated for the studied periods (1996-2008) and (2008-2019) of the 23rd and 24th solar cycles. The annual correlation between the studied indices was represented by the linear regression equation. The suggested mutual correlation equation gave a good agreement with the observed annual average values of the tested indices. The statistical calculation results of the calculated datasets of the tested indices showed very good results for all statistical parameters. The evaluation of the annual correlations between tested solar-ionospheric indices showed that the tested indices are mutually and linearly correlated to each other and can be predicted reciprocally depending on the suggested mathematical correlated equations.

In this research, an investigation for the compatibility of the IRI-2016 and ASAPS international models was conducted to evaluate their accuracy in predicting the ionospheric critical frequency parameter (foF2) for the years 2009 and 2014 that represent the minimum and maximum years of solar cycle 24. The calculations of the monthly average foF2 values were performed for three different selected stations distributed over the mid-latitude region. These stations are Athens - Greece (23.7o E, 37.9 o N), El Arenosillo - Spain (-6.78 o E, 37.09 o N), and Je Ju - South Korea (124.53 o E, 33.6 o N). The calculated values using the two tested models were compared with the observed foF2 datasets for each of the three selected locations. The results showed that the two tested models gave good and close results for all selected stations compared to the observed data for the studied period of time. At the minimum solar cycle 24, the ASAPS model showed in general better values than the IRI-2016 model at Athens, El Arenosillo and Je Ju stations for all tested methods. At maximum solar cycle 24, the IRI-2016 model showed higher and closer values to the observed data at Athens and El Arenosillo stations, while the ASAPS model showed better values at Je Ju station.

This paper aimed to determine the Optimal Reliable Frequency (ORF) that can maintain certain connection link between different transmitter/receiver stations laid over the Iraqi territory. Three different transmitting sites were chosen as tested stations located in the northern, central, and southern regions of Iraq. These sites are Mosul, Baghdad, and Basra, respectively. In this study, the years 2009 and 2014, which represent the minimum and maximum years of solar cycle 24, were chosen to examine the effect of low and high solar activity on the determined ORF. The datasets of the Best Usable Frequency (BUF) were calculated using the ASAPS international communication model. An analytical study was made on the generated BUF parameter dataset of the annual time for the adopted years. Also, an analytical simulation was made for the suggested ORF parameter depending on the BUF parameter datasets. The results of this simulation showed that the suggested ORF parameter can be represented by polynomial equation of different orders. The suggested formula was determined depending on different tested parameters (path length, bearing, time (day) and BUF values). For this purpose, a certain program was built using a visual basic programing language (VB6). The suggested ORF parameter was investigated for the annual time for the three sites of the years 2009 and 2014.

Today, social entrepreneurship is considered as a growth driver for emerging countries. This phenomenon that combines economic utility and social efficiency has recently attracted considerable interest in the academic world as well as among public institutions. In Morocco, it is during the last decade we witnessed an infatuation toward this new type of entrepreneurship. Several actors are working today to promote the sector; however, there is a lack of research on their role in developing the ecosystem of the Moroccan social enterprise. Based on a qualitative study, this article aims to map the stakeholders of social entrepreneurship, their missions and their role in creating a favorable environment for the emergence of social entrepreneurs. The results are presented as an exploratory basis.
