Regency is included in the category of underdeveloped regions and has the highest poverty rate in Banten Province. Therefore, the Regional Government of Pandeglang together with the central government has sought to develop the potential of the region with various policies, one of which is the Development of the Special Economic Zone of Tanjung Lesung. Various government policies and the needs of the community, the private sector towards residential space, pushed the northern and southern regions of Pandeglang to experience greater population density. This condition raises a new culture from the local community, namely making the residence and area adjacent to the road as a micro business. The micro business continues to be developed by the government, although it is contrary to the policy of the Pandeglang Regency RTRW.
Community service entitled "The Socialization of Facing Fake News and Black Campaigns to the Sawahan City of Surabaya (Michel Focault Political Communication Study)" is motivated by people who are easy to use it, consume news, and become victims of black campaigns. The ease of obtaining information makes the public demanded to think fast. The challenge is middle class society that is easily accessed by fake news (hoax). The concept of political communication initiated by Michel Focault which assumes that communication helps humans in filtering the truth. At present, the Indonesian people are confronted by political communication through digital media, one of which is through smartphone media. The research objective is that people who can understand the concept of political communication according to Focault and the community can enrich their knowledge in reading all matters related to political communication. The research method used is the method of socialization and direct practice in the field which was published (1) disseminating complaints to the Sawahan community in Surabaya (2) assistance in reading information and news. Due to repeated changes in the operational arrangements, there is a lack of clarity about the essence of these institutions, which in turn affects their position, duties, functions, and institutional roles. This study aims to find the essence of the Regional People's Representative Council institutions in accordance with the constitutional system in the Republic of Indonesia. This study was designed in normative juridical research namely identifying, classifying, and analyzing legal materials based on the norms and principles of constitutional law. The results show that there is still no normative agreement about the Regional People's Representative Council, either institutionally as a regional legislative institution or as an element of regional government. These two methods resulted in different legal consequences. For this reason, it is necessary to redefine the Regional People's Representative Council. The research shows that institutional arrangements for the council needs to be carried out through stages: constitutional structuring; arrangement/synchronization of laws and regulations (position structure) of the council with regional government laws, electoral regulations, and arrangements in relation to the council with government institutions in the region. The conclusion is that within the framework of an ideal constitutional system, it is necessary to clarify the essence of the Regional People's Representative Council to ensure legal certainty. Clarity for the institution would greatly influence its authority, duties, and institutional functions. For this reason, institutional arrangements for the council need to proceed in stages to achieve clarity about the relevant questions.
This study aimed to examine the implementation of family planning programs in the district of Melak, West Kutai Regency especially in terms of communication, resources, disposition, bureaucratic structure and identify the factors supporting and hindering the implementation of the family planning program in the district of Melak, West Kutai Regency. In this research, writer use the qualitative approach. Data collecting conducted by doing cirscumtantial interview, sharing observation and also documentation study. After this phase, is done by a data analysis qualitative that use the interactive model analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the family planning program in the District Melak not run well. This is caused by the lack of family planning and their extension number of cadres, the facilities were incomplete and lack of budget from the government for the implementation of family planning programs. This study aims to investigate the policy implementation on Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah (MDT) in the era of regional autonomy in Tasikmalaya regency. This study is qualitative in nature and it applied descriptive method. Data were collected through interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. This study found that educational program policy for MDT in Tasikmalaya was supported by the legal basis issued by regional regulation on religious education. Other findings concern the problem that occurred in the policy implementation. They include: organizational structure was not uniform, educational provider and the community had not shown the culture that appreciates the importance of quality education, human resource both quality and quantity were not sufficient, infrastructure quality and quantity were inadequate, the curriculum had not met the standard since it was still centralistic and overcrowded, educational quality management had not been implemented by MDT since the management of madrasa was still traditional, the ownership of madrasah was mostly still controlled by the family, the operational budget was limited, social support was low, and local government assistance was limited.
Penataan struktur ketatanegaraan Indonesia yang terus berlangsung tidak serta-merta berjalan dengan baik. Dalam batas tertentu, penataan itu relatif berhasil meskipun dengan catatan baru sebatas pembentukan lembaga dan bekerja sesuai dengan kewenangan yang diberikan. Kewenangan utama MPR menurut UUD setelah perubahan adalah sebagai badan konstituante yaitu menetapkan dan mengubah UUD. Perubahan kewenangan MPR yang sangat besar tersebut menyebabkan tidak tepat lagi memposisikan MPR sebagai pelaksana sepenuhnya kedaulatan rakyat. Rumusan baru tersebut di dalamnya mengandung dua asas sekaligus yaitu asas demokrasi dan asas negara hukum atau adanya unsur konstitusionalisme karena pelaksanaan kedaulatan ditundukkan kepada hukum dalam hal ini UUD sebagai hukum tertinggi. MPR sebagai pemegang kedaulatan tunggal dari rakyat sudah tidak diakui lagi, karena rakyat telah menjalankan kedaulatannya dalam wujud kekuasaan pemerintahan negara yang disalurkan melalui lembagalembaga negara baik ditingkat pusat maupun di daerah. Meskipun demikian melalui pembicaraan tingkat tinggi di MPR ini masih menjadi terbuka semakin lebar, karena kehadirannya sangat dibutuhkan oleh rakyat. Untuk dapat memberi dasar-dasar pembahasan yang lebih komprehensif akan sangat relevan apabila menggunakan pendekatan yang tidak mendasarkan pada pendekatan yang deskriptif klasik, melainkan dipertimbangkan pula pendekatan proses dan cita negara serta jiwa bangsa, terutama nilai-nilai bernegara bangsa Indonesia berdasarkan falsafah Pancasila. Diskursus tentang Islam dan Politik apabila dikaitkan dengan penerapan demokrasi di Indonesia selalu hangat untuk diperbincangkan. Kajian mengenai hubungan Islam dan politik ini oleh penulis ditekankan pada tiga hal, antara lain (1) konsep politik dalam Islam serta aplikasinya dalam Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) dan, (2) mengungkap macam-macam pandangan pemikir modern mengenai sistem pemerintahan dan kenegaraan dalam Islam. (3) Kebijakan Politik dan Pemilu serta implikasinya terhadap pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Dalam pelaksanaannya penelitian ini, karena bahan-bahan pokok atau data-data pokok yang dipakai adalah pemikiran-pemikiran atau wacana-wacana tertulis maka penelitian ini adalah penelitian library research. Ada beberapa argumentasi rasional dalam mewujudkan partai Islam. Pertama, partai merupakan lembaga yang konstitusional dalam menyalurkan aspirasi politik umat. Kedua, adanya realitas akidah yang mengharuskan seorang Muslim untuk menjalankan kehidupan secara Islami. Implikasi politik terhadap penerapan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Indonesia terbagai atas tiga fase. Pertama PAI masa orde lama, orde baru dan orde reformasi. Saat ini penerapan PAI di sekolah umum sudah lumayan mendapat tempat tersendiri dalam Undang-Undang Sisdiknas No. 20 tahun 2003 dan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 19 tahun 2005 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan dan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional No. 22 tahun 2006 tentang Standar Isi untuk Satuan Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah.

The pressures to transform the Modell Deutschland have been culminated, particularly by the triumph of the ordo-liberal coallitions. Reunification process, European Union regionalism, and economic liberalization waves were the historical momentum in which the ordo-liberal groups gain its legitimacy. Such transformation also brought about in the context of globalizing production system which has massively insisted the German industries to transnationalize and to improve its competitiveness.The expansion of German economy arround the world went hand in hand with the massive regionalization in Asia. The industrial shape since 1980s has been highly attractive for the developed countries to take part in the Asian regionalization. The discussion of Papua conflict with all sorts of controversy has always captured the attention and sparked the response of many, ranging from the complexity of the underlying problem, international world intervention, gun contact to the lives of innocent civilians. Many people consider the best episode in the history of the Papua conflict resolution was when President Abdurahman Wahid (Gus Dur) took office. The research was intended to get an image of the representation of peace message that Gus Dur used in Mamat Alkatiri's Stand Up Comedy on the Gusdurian First Friday Forum in Jakarta, which streamed on NU YouTube channel. The research used qualitative method of Roland Barthes' semiotics model of analysis approach to produce comprehensive exposure. The research shows that Gus Dur's peace message in Mamat Alkatiri's stand up comedy suggests that Papua's conflict resolution was not carried out by violence and military operations. The thing to do is opening a dialogue room and promoting a humanist approach. In addition, Gus Dur also emphasized accommodations on local wisdom and cultural symbols as a reward for Papuanese identity. Despite raising controversy, however, over time, everything Gus Dur did turned out to be an idea to many that Papuan conflict solutions needed a particular approach.
The era of digitalization has made social media used to develop the tourism sector. Through a casual associative quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique, the researcher aims to reveal the relationship between social media marketing and tourism industry equity through the study of media ecology theory. Researchers show that the use of social media in the tourism industry must be planned and implemented systematically to increase visitor engagement, which will impact strengthening tourism industry equity. Tourism is a secondary need which is one reason why media ecology theory does not maximally prove the strong relationship between social media marketing and equity. The lack of equitable distribution of tourism management, the lack of maximum programs, the lack of consistency of the government in implementing sustainable marketing programs, and the lack of community empowerment are the reasons for the lack of interest in holidays in the Indonesian tourism industry.Era digitalisasi membuat media sosial dimanfaatkan untuk mengambangkan sektor pariwisata. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif kasual dengan teknik purposive sampling, peneliti bertujuan mengungkapkan hubungan antara sosial media marketing dengan ekuitas industri pariwisata melalui kajian teori ekologi media. Peneliti menunjukan bahwa, penggunaan media sosial dalam industri pariwisata harus direncanakan dan diterapkan secara sistematis untuk meningkatkan engagement pengunjung yang akan berdampak pada penguatan ekuitas industri pariwisata. Pariwisata merupakan kebutuhan sekunder yang menjadi salah satu alasan mengapa teori ekologi media tidak secara maksimal membuktikan adanya hubungan kuat antara social media marketing dengan ekuitas. Kurangnya pemerataan pengelolaan wisata, kurang maksimalnya program, hingga minimnya konsistensi pemerintah dalam melaksanakan program pemasaran secara berkelanjutan serta minimnya pemberdayaan masyarakat, menjadi alasan minimnya interest holiday pada industri pariwisata Indonesia.
Cases of piracy against patents or trademarks are cases that often occur in Indonesia. Responding to these challenges, this study aims to find out how the legal protection of citizens economic constitutional laws through patents in Indonesia. This research is prescriptive legal research and was carried out using systematic literature review methods. The research data is sourced from rules and regulations in force in Indonesia, books, and articles from national and international journals that discuss patent rights. The researcher then analyzed the data collected in a descriptive qualitative manner. The results of this study indicate that the Indonesian government protects the constitutional rights of its citizens through patents by registering their work or products by the provisions in force in Indonesia. However, when the work or product is not registered, the product is not protected by law. For this reason, citizens who have works and products that are economically valuable that allow them to be reproduced are advised to register their products or works through patents.
The problem faced by Kanrerong Karebosi Street Vendors (PKL) is the underdevelopment of partner businesses causedby the lack of access to marketing results of business results and the lack of access to information to get business capital,the quality of business types. Besides the limitations in establishing cooperation/partnerships with banks, governmentinstitutions and other business groups. Therefore the solution that needs to be done is to provide assistance (capacitybuilding) to street vendors as partners in the form of improving marketing knowledge and business management as wellas competency in using Information Technology (IT) applications in building partnerships with banks, entrepreneurs andrelated government institutions. The output of this activity is the existence of national journals, proceedings and theexistence of guidelines for developing business partners and the availability of partnership application informationsystems. The planned activities that will be carried out are: 1) providing assistance to street vendors in terms ofmarketing, financial management, cooking methods, and 2) technical guidance of IT applications in developingpartnerships.
Abstract : The purpose of this study are: (1) Identify the causes of organizational changes that occur in Batik Laweyan Surakarta industry. (2) Identify the impact of organizational change in Batik Laweyan Surakarta industry. (3) Analyzing organizational change process that happened in Batik Laweyan Surakarta industry. (4) Analyzing the constraining factors and supporting organizational change in Batik Laweyan Surakarta industry. The result of the research concludes that the cause of organizational change: (1) because the fulfillment of consumer needs and tastes, (2) competition from batik entrepreneurs, (3) due to fluctuating economic condition in Indonesia. (4) The existence of education problem and financial ability of batik company, (5) environmental factor around. The process of execution of changes that occurred in Batik Laweyan industry in general is the same character that is the character of calm and orderly by evolution or stages (midle of change). Factors supporting the change include: (1) the government, (2) the protective institutions(Kampoeng Batik Laweyan Development Forum), (3) company policy, (4) the materials used to innovate in the process of easy staining obtained. Source of rejection to change of organization, among others: (1) concern about the emergence of new competitor, (2) Variety of idea batik entrepreneur.Abstraksi : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengidentifikasi penyebab perubahan organisasi yang terjadi di industri Batik Laweyan Surakarta. (2) Mengidentifikasi dampak perubahan organisasi di industri Batik LaweyanSurakarta. (3) Menganalisis proses perubahan organisasi yang terjadi di industri Batik LaweyanSurakarta. (4) Menganalisis faktor pendukung perubahan organisasi di industri Batik LaweyanSurakarta. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penyebab perubahan organisasi: (1) karena pemenuhan kebutuhan dan selera konsumen, (2) adanya persaingan dari competitor pengusaha batik, (3) karena kondisi perekonomian di Indonesia yang fluktuatif. (4) Adanya masalah pendidikan dan kemampuan keuangan perusahaan batik, (5) faktor lingkungan sekitar. Proses pelaksanaan perubahan yang terjadi di Industri Batik Laweyan secara umum adalah berkarakter sama yaitu karakter tenang dan teratur secara evolusi atau tahapan-tahapan (midle of change). Faktor pendukung perubahan, antara lain: (1) pihak pemerintah, (2) lembaga pelindung (Forum Forum Pengembangan Kampoeng Batik Laweyan/ FPKBL), (3) Kebijakan perusahaan, (4) bahan-bahan yang digunakan untuk melakukan inovasi dalam proses pewarnaan mudah didapatkan. Sumber penolakan terhadap perubahan oganisasi, antara lain:(1) kekhawatiran akan munculnya pesaing-pesaing baru, (2) Beragamnya ide atau gagasan pengusaha batik.
