PurposeThe aim of this study was to conduct a systematic literature review (SLR) on vlog marketing. The focus was to analyse the major themes in this field and provide insights for future research directions.Design/methodology/approachThe authors reviewed a total of 49 peer-reviewed publications that include the search terms "vlog" or "video blog" in their titles, keywords and abstracts, retrieved from digital databases Scopus and Web of Science, up to the end of July 2023. Thematic analysis was used to examine and synthesise the articles.FindingsThe authors found 19 sub-themes and identified four major themes that emerged from the literature: (1) endorsement outcomes, (2) vlogger characteristics, (3) consumer credibility and (4) vlog content crafting.Originality/valueThere are many unanswered questions in the literature, suggesting that vlog marketing research is still in its infancy, and that in-depth further studies are required for a more comprehensive understanding of the field. This study has identified potential avenues for future research that may contribute to the existing body of knowledge and valuable insights on vlog marketing.

Online banking has become a vital instrument for delivering quality and easily reached banking services at the lowest possible time with ensuring affordability both for customers and service providers. Although this banking has huge potentials and benefits, the successful adoption of online banking remains a significant challenge in the context of an emerging economy like Bangladesh. The purpose of this empirical study is to investigate the factors influencing the online banking services adoption in Bangladesh by using the extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with government support and risk factors. A questionnaire survey method was used to collect data from 380 banking customers. To analyse the collected survey data and test the set of hypothesis, a structural equation modelling (SEM) method was used with the help of SmartPLS3 package. The results illustrate that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude towards use, government support positively influence the intention to use as well as the intention to use positively impact on intention to continue to the adoption of online banking services. However, the relationship between risk and intention to use was statistically insignificant. Finally, the findings may assist banking professionals and programmers to develop and design successful policies regarding online banking services to boost this service industry in the future.

Technological advancement in general is providing better and cheaper solutions to
assist the visually impaired (VI) community. Although information communication
technology (ICT) has great potential to support the inclusion of VI people in
educational, social and workforce settings, there are far fewer ICT projects for
VI people compared to other projects. This systematic literature review provides
our findings on the existing state of ICT projects and describes outstanding
issues in ICT support of VI people. Based on our findings, we suggest increased
collaboration among healthcare professionals, caregivers, programmers,
engineers, as well as policy makers; and adoption of policies in future ICT
projects for VI people. A wide search of seven journal databases found a
relevant cross-section of articles that were published between 2010 and 2015.
Software Zotero Standalone and EndNote were used to screen and maintain
metadata. After the initial screening of 6993 titles, 683 abstracts were
scrutinised, from which 55 full text articles were selected for final review. We
analysed and synthesised 37 articles. Our findings show the progress, awareness,
interest, and issues in ICT integration to improve the quality of life for VI
people. Three emergent topics for VI people are (a) assistive technology, (b)
e-accessibility, and (c) virtual interfaces. Our findings suggest that ICT-aided
applications can bring positive changes for VI people. We advance several issues
that should be addressed and further developed, collaboratively, to spread
awareness and invoke new policies aimed to improve the quality of life of VI
people.

Numerous studies have addressed the different context of mHealth services among diverse user groups. But due to a lack of understanding the insight of factors affecting the mHealth adoption, it's crucial need to conduct a systematic review on this issue. The objective of this study was to synthesize the present understanding of the influential factors of mHealth adoption. We performed a systematic literature search on eight electronically reputed scientific databases from 2010 to March 2019, such as Science Direct, Springer, IEEE Xplore, JMIR, Taylor & Francis, Emerald, Mary Ann Liebert and Google Scholar. This was accomplished by gathering data including authors, countries, years, target population, sample size, models/theories, and key influential factors. Primarily, a total of 2969 potentially relatable papers were found, of which 50 met the inclusion criteria. It was found that cross-sectional approach, survey methods and structural equation modeling (SEM) were the most explored research methodologies whereas PLS-SEM was found to be the largest used analysis tools. From the analysis, a total of ninety-four influential factors were clearly recognized and the findings represent that the following 15 factors appeared most recurrently and significantly; perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social-influence, subjective norms, self-efficacy, trust, facilitating conditions, technology anxiety, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, cost, attitude, resistance to change, perceived privacy and security, and perceived behavioral control. The research results have significant theoretical and practical implications for mHealth services providers, researchers and policy makers with regards to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) allied to healthcare.

A quantitative risk analysis was conducted to evaluate the design of the VX neutralization subsystem and related support facilities of the U.S. Army Newport Chemical Agent Disposal Facility. Three major incidents including agent release, personnel injury, and system loss were studied using fault tree analysis methodology. Each incident was assigned a risk assessment code based on the severity level and probability of occurrence of the incident. Safety mitigations or design changes were recommended to bring the "undesired" risk level (typical agent release events) to be "acceptable with controls" or "acceptable."
