Interview with Lluís Bonet Abstract:If twenty years is nothing, thirty years are. Especially if we refer to training. Lluís Bonet (Barcelona, 1959) has been director of the Cultural Management Program at the University of Barcelona for six decades, which began in 1989. A «brutal» achievement - a term that is frequently repeated throughout this silent X-ray of the profession - in our country, when there are few things left capable of astonishing or surprising. His students, who number in the thousands, have followed and closely follow this expert in management, politics and economics of culture. According to him, he is a curious citizen, "a social scientist", who tries to be critical of his surroundings because he lives his time in this world in a compromised way. He is fully informed of what is happening in his city and in any area of Mexico D.F. or Bogotá because nothing foreign is indifferent to him. Knowledge and experience, fortunately, do not impede your ability to wonder. For all these reasons, or simply perhaps because he is an educator who kicks the streets and forests, he gives off that sense of peace that seems typical of yogis. This interview was conducted by phone for just over two hours in the first days of May 2019. When Israel and Hamas were once again on the brink of war in Gaza. Interview with Santiago Eraso Abstract: The name of Santiago Eraso (San Sebastián, 1953) has been very present in the national media for political reasons, when he was dismissed as General Director of Cultural Spaces and Content of Madrid Destino. However, in this interview we want to deepen his work, his experience and his way of understanding the link between education, art and culture. Unamuno used to say that when two people meet there are not two, but six different people: one is as one thinks he is, another as the other sees him and another as he really is; this multiplied by two gives six. This professional with a long history in cultural management - I recommend a visit to his website - shares with Periférica readers some reflections where he speaks clearly.
