In the era of big data, smart cities have become a promising prospect for governments, citizens, and industrials. Many ideas and their derived systems for smart cities depend on big data for achieving a goal of data intelligence. However, there is an urgent transformation trend from data intelligence to service intelligence in the vision of smart cities due to the living requirements of citizens. People-centric service intelligence in smart cities has to support the realization of people&rsquo ; s needs within urban and social domains. This paper introduces a concept of people-centric service intelligence, defines the level of it and its challenges in the aspect of infrastructure, human dynamics, human understanding and prediction, and the human&ndash ; machine interface. Then, this paper proposes the theoretical framework and technical frameworks of people-centric service intelligence, and the service intelligence schemas for future construction of smart cities. It will be helpful for governments and industries to design people-centric service intelligence for improving the quality of life, the capabilities of good sustainability, and better development.

Textbooks are an important learning tool for using in classroom and an important resource for achieving curriculum goals, the foundation of "teaching" for teachers and "learning" for learners. This article examines the main Russian language textbooks in Chinese higher education institutions from 1949 to 1966 to provide an example of the compilation, use and adaptation of Russian language teaching materials in the new era.

This article uses statistical data, graphical and quantitative analysis to explain the means of promoting TCM culture in Russia, analyzes the current situation and problems of TCM culture in Russia over the past 10 years based on statistical data, appropriate countermeasures are proposed to provide an empirical basis for optimizing the role of media in spreading TCM culture in Russia.

This article examines the history of Russian language teaching in China since the foundation of the first Russian language school. The history of education, which has more than 300 years, includes four periods: from the Russian Language School to the School of Foreign Languages in the late period of the Qing Dynasty, the period from the end of the 19th century to the Xinhai Revolution of 1911, the 1910s -1940s and the period since the founding of New China.

Wang Anyi is one of the most versatile writers in contemporary Chinese literature. A systematic review of the reception of Wang Anyi and her creative works in Russia will help expand the scope of our research on Wang Anyi, meet the spirit of the times of Chinese culture "going out", and provide a mirror to improve the influence of contemporary Chinese literature in the international literary arena.

The description of the thesaurus system is a reflection of the human understanding of the objective world. This article examines the main types of thesaurus, shows the main semantic relations in the study of the thesaurus. Research is very useful for compiling dictionaries of the thesaurus type, is important in teaching the vocabulary of different languages.

Abstract
The abundance of classical literature and the conventions of historical studies have shaped the archaeological exploration of the origin of the state in China, starting with and centering on the identification of specific dynasties. The linear evolutionary account of the Chinese civilization, based on royal genealogies, has become mainstream. The emergence of the state has been continuously dated earlier. I argue that theoretical flaws, nationalism, and disciplinary limits have obscured the complexities of this research project. Drawing on archaeological findings, I propose a two-stage model regarding the origin of the state in East Asia.

Tourism consumption has been steadily increasing in China, as has its impact on society, the economy, and the environment; thus, it is necessary to promote socially responsible consumption among tourists. Our primary objective was to develop a scale to measure tourists' socially responsible
consumption intention in China. We identified 5 dimensions that we labeled as safeguarding rights and interests, moderating consumption, promotion of local residents' income, respecting local cultures, and conserving resources. Our scale has the same basic principles as more general socially
responsible consumption: maximizing the positive impacts of tourism on the environment, economy, and society, and minimizing the negative impacts. The scale was designed mainly for use at the tourism destination, which is an unfamiliar environment for the tourist. Implications of the findings
and suggestions for future research are discussed.
