To study the electromagnetic scattering characteristics of a morphing aircraft with Z-folding wings, a method of hybrid grid matrix transformation (HGMT) is presented. The radar cross-section (RCS) of the aircraft in the four Z-folding modes is calculated and analyzed. When considering the deflection of the outer wing separately, the RCS of the wing under the head and side azimuth shows obvious dynamic characteristics, while the peak and fluctuation range are quite different. When the mid wing and the outer wing are deflected upwards together, the RCS of the aircraft under the positive side direction could be significantly reduced. When the mid wing deflects upward and the outer wing remains level, the peak of the side RCS of the aircraft is slightly reduced. When the mid wing deflects upwards and the outer wing deflects downwards, this peak indicator is further reduced, while the local fluctuation of the side RCS of the aircraft is increased. The HGMT method is effective to study the electromagnetic scattering characteristics of the Z-folding aircraft.

In: Social development experiences in China
By assessing the transition in enterprise-employee relations in China over the six decades since the founding of the nation and the three decades since the implementation of a reform and opening up policy, this book investigates these changes from three key perspectives: occupation, operation and governance. The book chiefly analyzes the unit system structure of enterprises and mechanisms such as apprentice systems inside organizations and proposes a combination of systematic governance and civic governance. Further, it investigates in detail the transition in labor relations in township, state-owned and private enterprises under the contract system, market system and project system, reviews the factors contributing to contradictions in labor relations at different periods, and puts forward options for modifying labor relations in various ways, including their system and structure.

AbstractMandatory reporting is the central measure for child protection. However, the common alternative strategy of avoidance that is practised by child welfare workers is little discussed. This study examines the influences of child welfare workers' inconsistent perceptions and experiences on reporting. Using China Social Work Longitudinal Study 2019, a total of 2 180 child welfare workers in the child and youth service field were selected. Multinomial logistic regression was used to examine the perceptions and experiences associated with reporting. Child welfare workers with a moderate perception of sexual abuse (OR = 1.442*), more experiences of emotional abuse cases (OR = 1.258*) and fewer experiences of sexual abuse cases (OR = 0.703*) had greater odds of reporting than not reporting, and those with a low or moderate perception of emotional abuse (OR = 3.027*; OR = 1.691*, respectively), a moderate perception of physical abuse (OR = 1.537*) and more experiences of neglect cases (OR = 1.345*) were more likely to avoid than to not report. Social work licensure plays a moderating role. The results indicate the importance of alternative strategies, perceptions and experiences in the assessment‐decision continuum of reporting. The inconsistent perceptions and experiences of child welfare workers contribute to self‐justification in decision‐making. Implications for practices and directions for future research are discussed.
