The ultimate research objective is to explore the mediating role of green human resource management (GHRM) in employees' eco-friendly attitude, governmental commitment, and environmental presentation in Pakistan's textile industry. The employees that are related to the human resource department are the respondents. Primary data is collected through a questionnaire tool and analyzed with the help of PLS-SEM. The existing literature output shows that GHRM has positive mediation among the links of employees' eco-friendly attitude, governmental commitment, and environmental presentation in the textile industry of Pakistan. The upcoming studies and the regulators will be the foremost users of the current study. This study will guide them while investigating this area and developing the policies related to GHRM and environmental presentation.

The purpose associated with this article is to explore the links of green human resource practices (GHRP) such as green capabilities building performs, green inspiration attractive performs and green worker participation performs on the environmental presentation along with the mediating role of governmental nationality activities towards the situation (GNAS). The employees of environmental sustainability and human resource departments are the respondents. The data that they were provided through questionnaires are analyzed by PLS-SEM. The findings show that green capabilities building performs, and green worker participation performs have a positive association with the environmental presentation while green inspiration attractive performs has a negative association with the environmental presentation. The GNAS has positive mediation among the nexus of green capabilities building performs, green inspiration attractive performs, green worker participation performs and environmental presentation. These findings are suitable for the upcoming researchers along with the policymakers for exploring this area in the future along with the policy development on the environmental presentation and green HRM.

Electronic banking has become an essential element for the banking sector's success around the globe and attained the attention of recent studies and regulators. Thus, the present study examines the impact of technology adoption elements such as perceived ease to use, perceived usefulness, security, and privacy and perceived behavioral control on the intention to use of electronic banking among university students in Pakistan. This study also examines the mediating role of government support among the perceived ease to use, perceived usefulness, security and privacy, perceived behavioral control and intention to use of electronic banking among university students in Pakistan. The data have been gathered with the help of questionnaires from private university students in Punjab, Pakistan. The present study has adopted the smart-PLS to analyze the nexus among the constructs. The results have revealed that perceived ease to use, perceived usefulness, and perceived behavioral control have significant and positive relationships with the intention to use of electronic banking in Pakistan. The findings also indicated that government support significantly and positively mediates among the relations of perceived ease to use, perceived usefulness, security and privacy, perceived behavioral control and intention to use of electronic banking among university students in Pakistan. These outcomes provide the guidelines to the banking regulatory authorities while developing the policies related to the use of electronic banking.

For the last two decades, environmental degradation has become the most serious concern at multiple levels and has gained special attention of literature and policymakers. Strict implementation of the evidence-based policy solutions could serve as a regulatory tool to gradually overcome this issue. The current study examines the role of environmental governance (environmental-related taxes) and green energy (renewable energy consumption and production) on the carbon dioxide (CO2) emission of the ten most CO2 emitting countries. The study has used economic growth as the control variable. Data has been extracted from the world development indicators (WDI) from 2012 to 2020. The study employed the robust standard error and fixed effect model (FEM) to examine the linkage among the variables under consideration. The results indicated that environmental governance and green energy have a significant role in reducing environmental degradation in the ten most CO2 emitting countries in the world. The findings of this empirical and evidence-based study suggest to the relevant environmental management authorities, administrative bodies, and policymakers to incorporate environmental governance and green energy in their environmental management strategies.

These day employee engagement plays a fundamental role in government sector. It is significant for the government to realize that it isn't completely depends on the employees to implement the engagement. This study was directed because of the rising issue of employee engagement among Millennials that have different importance and opinion towards their job. A study was done on a sample of 80 government employees. All three hypotheses were accepted in this study. Results showed that there is a significance relationship between independent and dependent variables. The finding suggests the Pakistani government to adopt better engagement system to retain the employees and improve organizational performance.
