Introduction. The period of active global cybernetization and business automation was marked by a problem for Russian employers in the form of a shortage of qualified personnel capable of ensuring the development and competitiveness of business in the world markets.Methodology and sources. Sociology of education as a social institution has been developing since 1970 s. Its current theoretical foundation is based on two principles: 1) The principle of mutual convergence of social institutions (education – business, education – state, education – family); 2) Variety of educational practices as a factual manifestation of the phenomenon of continuous education. Today corporative learning is one of such practices that radically change the ecosystem of traditional education.Results and discussion. There was a problem of forming a system of training new human resources that meet the changing economic realities. Until the 1990s, before the collapse of the country and the beginning of political and economic reforms, the Russian Federation had a system of higher education as one of the most stable and well-established mechanisms for training personnel for all sectors of the economy. An indicator of the effectiveness of this system was that graduates of Russian universities were invited to work by well-known corporations from many countries of the world.Over the years of reforms, Russia has lost its previous model of education, which today significantly affects the quality of training. Many Russian enterprises are forced to follow the path of independent training and retraining of specialists. Development of corporative is necessary to compensate for the limitations of traditional higher education. At first, the training was organized locally and had a haphazard character, but over time, Russian entrepreneurs began to adopt foreign experience in forming a knowledge system in the company and even create corporate universities.Conclusion. The study examines the prerequisites for the formation of the system and the development of the corporate education market, provides current models of knowledge accumulation and suggests the author's cognitive model of professional development of personnel.

Останнім часом внаслідок бойових дій на Сході України значно загострилась проблема мінної небезпе-ки, яка вимагає отримання певної оцінки з метою формулювання та реалізації своєчасних та дієвих органі-заційно-технічних заходів з боку як органів військового управління так і органів державної влади України в галузі протимінної діяльності. В роботі запропоновано науково-методичний апарат, що дозволяє оцінюва-ти рівень мінної небезпеки в районах забруднених вибухонебезпечними предметами. На відміну від існуючих, наведений апарат додатково враховує сукупності ймовірностей всіх подій, що є складовими процесу ура-ження цілі міною або вибухонебезпечними предметами іншого типу, ступінь забруднення місцевості вибу-хонебезпечними предметами. Також обрано критерій оцінювання рівня мінної небезпеки на основі концепції прийняття рішення за придатністю та обґрунтовано його гранично допустиме чисельне значення. ; В последнее время в результате боевых действий на Востоке Украины значительно обострившаяся проблема мин-ной опасности, требует получения определенной оценки с целью формулирования и реализации своевременных и действен-ных организационно-технических мероприятий со стороны как органов военного управления, так и органов государствен-ной власти Украины в области противоминной деятельности. В работе предложен научно-методический аппарат, по-зволяющий оценивать уровень минной опасности в районах загрязненных взрывоопасными предметами. В отличие от существующих, приведенный аппарат дополнительно учитывает совокупности вероятностей всех событий, которые являются составными процесса поражения цели миной или взрывоопасными предметами другого типа, степень загрязне-ния местности взрывоопасными предметами. Также выбран критерий оценки уровня минной опасности на основе кон-цепции принятия решения по пригодности и обоснованно его предельно допустимое численное значение. ; Recently, as a result of hostilities in the East of Ukraine, the problem of mine danger has become much more acute, requiring some evaluation in order to formulate and implement timely and effective organizational and technical measures by both the military administration and state authorities in the field of mine action. An analysis of the situation where, as a result of hostilities, a large area of Donetsk and Luhansk regions is contaminated with explosive objects (GNP) showed that only by estimated estimates the area of the liberated area, which is considered to be mine-dangerous, is about 7000 km2, which is home to about 1.5 million. citizens of Ukraine. In addition, the area that is temporarily out of control of our state is about 15,000 km2 The paper proposes a scientific and methodological apparatus that allows to estimate the level of mine danger in areas containated with explosive objects. Unlike the existing ones, this apparatus additionally takes into account the totality of probabilities of all events that are part of the process of hitting a target with a mine or explosive objects of another type, the degree of contamination of the area with explosive objects. The criterion for assessing the level of mine risk based on the concept of suitability decision making was selected and its maximum permissible numerical value was substantiated. As a direction for further research, calculations may be carried out using the pro-posed scientific and methodological apparatus and justification based on the results of its application of ways of solving the mine danger problem.
