The research material includes programs of the Duma parties that overcame the 5% electoral threshold in the 2021 parliamentary elections.

In order to study the effect of hypodynamia on the dynamics of the component composition of the body of military seamen of the NK, the actual state, anthropometric and biophysical indices of military seamen of a scientific research vessel under conditions of a long sea cruise was investigated. It was found that motor activity significantly decreased in the campaign compared with the same indicator at the point of permanent dislocation. The surveyed servicemen noted a mostly sedentary lifestyle. Towards the end of the campaign, part of the personnel had a thin mass of right and left legs, on average, by 0,23-0,44 and 0,22-0,4 kg, respectively, which can be considered as a mild hypotrophy of the muscles. The chemical composition and energy value of products obtained for a long sea trip did not fully meet the requirements of medical and technical requirements for marine rations (norm No. 3). A sufficiently high-calorie diet and a prolonged positive energy balance, as well as inactivity with a decrease in energy consumption in a long sea trip, leads to an increase in body weight in seamen due to an increase in the fat component of the body composition of the body. The current norm of food ration (marine ration, norm No. 3) does not need to increase its energy content, but it requires improvement in terms of a greater variety of its composition and compensation for deficiencies of vitamins A, B1, B2, PP, β-carotene and certain macroelements (potassium, magnesium and calcium) in food, for example, by introducing into the diet of modern vitamin-mineral complexes. To solve the problem of hypodynamia specialists of the Navy in conditions of a long sea campaign, it is recommended to combine food at the norm number 3 (sea ration) with regular additional physical exertion. At the same time, the actual task is to develop and introduce in the daily practice of physical exercise complexes for military personnel in a long maritime campaign. Specialists of the medical service should exercise medical control of the level of motor activity of servicemen. ; С целью изучения воздействия гиподинамии на динамику компонентного состава тела военных моряков надводных кораблей исследовано фактическое состояние антропометрических и биофизических показателей военных моряков научно-исследовательского судна в условиях длительного морского похода. Установлено, что двигательная активность значимо уменьшилась в походе по сравнению с аналогичным показателем в пункте постоянной дислокации. Обследуемые военнослужащие отмечали преимущественно малоподвижный образ жизни. К концу похода у части личного состава тощая масса правой и левой ног уменьшилась в среднем на 0,23-0,44 и 0,22-0,4 кг соответственно, что можно рассматривать как гипотрофию мышц легкой степени. Химический состав и энергетическая ценность продуктов, полученных на длительный морской поход, не в полной мере отвечали требованиям медико-технических требований к морскому пайку (норма № 3). Достаточно калорийное питание и продолжительный положительный энергетический баланс, а также гиподинамия со снижением энергозатрат в длительном морском походе приводит к повышению массы тела у моряков за счет увеличения жировой составляющей компонентного состава тела. Действующая норма продовольственного пайка (морской паек, норма № 3) не нуждается в увеличении его энергосодержания, но требует совершенствования в плане большего разнообразия его состава и компенсации дефицита витаминов А, В1, В2, РР, β -каротина и некоторых макроэлементов (калий, магний и кальций) в пище, например, введением в рацион современных витаминно-минеральных комплексов. Для решения проблемы гиподинамии специалистов Военно-морского флота в условиях длительного морского похода рекомендуется сочетать питание по норме № 3 (морской паек) с регулярными дополнительными физическими нагрузками. При этом актуальной является задача по разработке и внедрению в повседневную практику комплексов физических упражнений для военнослужащих в длительном морском походе. Специалистам медицинской службы надлежит осуществлять медицинский контроль уровня двигательной активности военнослужащих.

This article verifies the congruence of the verbal and nonverbal codes of social advertising in terms of the expression of the transmitted idea, which makes it possible to adequately restore the lacunarised text (with the slogan excluded while preserving the visual sequence). It is proved that in the process of interpretation of the general idea of the restored advertising slogan, both universal and nationally specific aspects of the verbal embodiment of the perceptual image represented by the nonverbal component are revealed. The authors single out factors contributing to the perception of the meanings of social advertising: the commonality of value presuppositions, the linguo-pragmatic orientation of the advertising text (the significance of information for the addressee), the suggestive nature of the polymodal complex (the emotional power of the visual series and its auditory accompaniment in the form of music and voice in the video advertising). The article characterises strategies for filling text gaps, i.e. stereotypical (using ready-made verbal clichés, including common advertising slogans of a typical syntactic structure) and creative (using word-making innovations, metaphors, figurative comparisons, phraseological precedents, quotes, and figures of expressive syntax). A special aspect of the analysis of the experimental material is the national and cultural specificity of the associative thinking of the respondents: the Russian-speaking participants of the experiment — when perceiving Chinese advertising, and the Chinese participants of the experiment — when translating the content of the restored slogan of Chinese advertising into Russian.
