This journal article was written as a study of the Diaspora of the Aceh community in Malaysia. The Tsunami in Aceh 16 years ago has brought big changes to the people, both from the cultural aspects and new ideas that are constantly developing. The earthquake disaster followed by the tsunami caused damage and exacerbated political conflict between GAM and the TNI, which had a major impact on the Acehnese community. This condition made the people of Aceh start thinking about migrating to neighboring countries such as Malaysia because they saw more profitable opportunities. The Diaspora that occurred as a result of the Acehnese who migrated to Malaysia gave birth to a new culture. The presence of the Acehnese in Malaysia is marked by the formation of the Acehnese community and small shops which are the embodiment of the Aceh-Malaysia Diaspora. This study refers to ethnographic principles in the area of the village of Aceh, Yan Kedah. This research is a case study, an exploration and analysis technique in the investigation of a particular social unit. This research was conducted to determine the impact of the presence of the Acehnese diaspora on Malaysia. From the results of the discussion, it was found by researchers that the underlying reason for the Aceh and Malaysian Diaspora was due to the desire of the Acehnese people to leave the conflict zone which threatened the lives of the Acehnese community traders. Then the religious aspects also affect so that it is easy for the Acehnese people to adapt to Malaysia and be able to survive and unite the cultures of Aceh and Malaysia.

In this globalization era, the term of democracy has been part of political culture in Muslim society, which unintentionally hindered the term of syura as Muslim political reference. In fact, that democracy and syura are two different concepts in Islamic discourses. The concept of democracy, which is understood, developed and introduced by West to Muslim, is not very applicable in Muslim world. It is because the whole concept of western democracy unlikely relevant with Quran and Prophet Tradition. Western democracy, for instance, positions people as the owner of the highest sovereignty. It means that whatever the people's words, they will be treated as a truth, although they might be wrong. While syura, as Muslim political reference, perceives Allah as the owner of the highest sovereignty. Humankind is commanded to apply the concept. If Muslims are going to apply any political will, they must firstly consult to the Quran and Sunnah whether the will is applicable or not.Abstrak: Kata demokrasi di era globalisasi dewasa ini sudah membudaya dan dipraktekkan dalam kehidupan masyarakat muslim, sehingga kata syura yang merupakan acuan umat Islam dalam menjalankan kehidupan dalam masyarakat hampir dilupakan. Padahal antara demokrasi dan syura terdapat perbedaan dalam kajian Islam. Demokrasi yang dipahami dan dikembangkan oleh dunia barat kepada dunia Islam tidak semuanya dapat diterima dan diterapkan di dunia Islam, karena banyak hal yang terkadang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan-ketentuan yang telah digariskan dalam al-Qur'an dan Sunnah Rasulullah Saw. Misalnya kalau demokrasi yang dipahami barat kedaulatan tertinggi berada di tangan rakyat, apa yang dikatakan oleh rakyat itulah yang benar walaupun terkadang hal tersebut tidak benar. Sedangkan dalam Islam, kedaulatan tertinggi berada di tangan Allah Swt, manusia hanya diberikan amanah untuk melaksanakannya saja. Bila ada hal-hal yang ingin dilakukan, maka harus dikembalikan kepada al-Qur'an dan Sunnah untuk mengetahui ketentuan apakah boleh dilaksanakan ataupun tidak.

This research discusses the factors that pushed and hindered the modernization of the Malays in 1891-1946. The meaning of modernization in this research was an awareness of movement and progress that causes old rules to be challenged and boundaries that have long been well-formed of crossed. This study was conducted using historical methods. The research method used is historical methods which include heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The results showed that three factors drove the modernization of Malays in Medan: the political agreement with the Netherlands, the success of the foreign plantation business, and change of Medan into Gemeente. Modernization is manifested in the aspects of education, housing, lifestyle and the arts. The development of modernization of the Malays was hampered by the competition between ethnic groups and the social revolution in 1946.

Legislation is considered an objective thing because it is made through a process and technical arrangements that adhere to legal principles by a people's representative institution. Problem Formulation: 1) What is the Procedure for Forming the Omnibus Law? 2) How are the procedures for the formation of the Omnibus Law in accordance with the procedures for the formation of laws according to Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Formation of Legislation ?. Type of normative juridical research. Data source from secondary data. The data collection technique was obtained through document study and analyzed qualitatively. Research Results: 1) The procedure for the formation of the Omnibus Law Law is carried out in the same way as the formation of laws in general. 2) The conformity of the Procedures for the Establishment of the Omnibus Law with the Procedures for the Formation of Laws according to Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Formation of Legislation, which procedures must fulfill five stages.

Primary school students are the first generation of literature, especially poetry. Understanding of poetry certainly needs to be conveyed with methods and teaching materials that are sufficient to facilitate current needs. The Indonesian government through the Ministry of Education and Culture has disseminated integrated textbooks (Buku Tematik), one of which contains poetry lessons. This study aims to determine the extent of coverage of poetry teaching materials in the thematic books of grade IV with the Cita-Citaku theme. This research was conducted using a qualitative content analysis method on thematic books of grade IV with the Cita-Citaku theme. The data were collected by categorizing the contents of the book material into a number of categories of learning stages. The findings data were then validated using triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the thematic book of grade IV with the Cita-citaku theme contains the educational side of learning poetry in the form of language features (words, lines, stanzas and rhymes). Future research is expected to reveal the coverage of the material in the thematic books for grades V and VI.

It has long been recognised that national oil companies (NOCs) offer the means for funding and delivering fuel subsidies as a politically valuable good. But what happens when the oil begins to run out? Fiscal pressures will clearly increase, but there is also evidence that net importers with NOCs are still more likely to have subsidies than those without. A key question about countries moving through this transition is therefore whether and how the role of NOCs in the subsidy regime changes as the classic logic erodes. We examine these issues in a detailed case study of Indonesia, which became a net oil importer in the early 2000s. A series of partial reforms of FFS has followed, but subsidies remain and the NOC still plays a central role in their delivery. We find that certain functions of the NOC, such as obfuscating the fiscal cost of subsidies, have eroded. But increasing fiscal pressure has not so far overcome the political lock-in of subsidies and institutional inertia in the role of the NOC. Fundamental reform remains unlikely in the short term, but separating the upstream and downstream businesses of the NOC and changing its governance could help support that reform.

One of the government's policies for the education sector that now must be implemented by every school is using the 2013 curriculum, especially for the elementary school level of education. There are many approaches that can be used in basic and secondary education. This study did at SDIT Raudlatul Jannah that has a learning program using a scientific approach. This research used qualitative approach by type of evaluation research with Stake Model. Data were collected through observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques were done through data reduction, display data, and verification. The result of the study showed that the context aspect (antecedent) base or implementation of learning program of scientific approach in SDIT Raudlatul Jannah is in line with the regulation of minister of education and culture No. 103 year 2014 article 2 verse 7. Transactional aspect of transaction evaluation of scientific approach in SDIT Raudlatul Jannah 85% has met the criteria. Output aspect based on average KKM's achievement, student's SME scores, and students' effective student-level outcomes are good.

As a multicultural nation Indonesia has various numbers of ethnicity, language, culture and religion in it. The diversity sometimes causes several dynamics in social life including horizontal conflict which one of the reasons behind it is the difference of identity in terms of religion. Religion issue becomes one sensitive issue for plural society which potentially creates 'disunity' both in online and the offline spheres. That issue is not separated from the convinience of using social media. The purpose of this research is to potray the reality that really occurs in online and offline spaces related to identity management in multireligious interaction. What was meant by online space is related to social media literacy, namely observing the dynamics of interaction on religious issues. Whereas in the offline space, this research illustrates the interactions that occur in the management of multireligious identity in the community of Wiloso Hamlet, Girikarto Village, Panggang District, Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta. The used type for this research is qualitative with the phenomenology approach, the theory that was used is the identity management theory. The data collection was carried out through obervation and in-depth interviews also study of various literature. The result of the research shows that social media has the connection to the emergence of conflict regarding differences in religious identity, especially on political momentum. Whereas in the offline realm, religious harmony can be harmoniously established because differences are not seen as differences but are interpreted as wealth in a plural nation.
