U radu je istraživana uloga različitih vidova roditeljske medijacije i porodičnih kulturno-potpornih sredstava u razvoju formalnih operacija. Ispitivana je veza formalno-operacionalnog mišljenja i dve dimenzije porodične interakcije (emocionalna razmena i demokratičnost), kao najopštijih dimenzija koje reprezentuju najmanje specifične oblike medijacije za razvoj formalnih operacija. Nešto specifičniji oblici medijacije i kulturno-potpornih sredstava ispitivani su preko kulturno-pedagoškog nivoa porodice, dok su najspecifičniji oblici roditeljske podrške razvoju formalnih operacija operacionalizovani skalom kulturno-potpornih sredstava. Nije potvrđena pretpostavka o postojanju povezanosti emocionalne razmene i demokratičnosti sa uspehom ispitanika na testu formalnih operacija. Potvrđena su očekivanja da kulturno-pedagoški nivo i skala kulturno-potpornih sredstava čine porodične oslonce za razvoj formalnih operacija. . ; This paper is focused on the family as a context for development of formal thinking. Parents' mediation and cultural tools in family environment were investigated through relationship between formal thinking and the two basic dimensions of family interaction. Psychological autonomy-giving vs. psychological control and emotional exchange were examined in the context of the family's cultural status. For this purpose, the Scale of parents' mediation means was constructed, inspired by Piaget's concept of formal operations and by Vygotsky's concept of genetic law. The scale quantifies forms of parent's behaviors/attitudes towards the child that could serve as mediation means for specific development of formal thinking. The data show: (1) that there is no significant relationship between the two basic dimensions of family interaction and development of formal thinking; and (2) that cultural status of the family and specific parents' mediation are relevant for child's development of formal operations. .

In this paper we discuss the exhibition Post-Opera, a complex and provocative curatorial project by Kris Dittel and Jelena Novak, in which the changeable relations between the voice and the (human) body are investigated from the creative and the theoretical perspectives, relying on juxtaposing and reflection between visual arts, technology and opera. Firstly, in the paper we examine the curatorial procedure, in its shift from the mediatory function between the work and the audience towards the practice, which intervenes in both of these domains and results in an exhibition as an autonomous art object. In the second part we interpret the politics and the effectiveness of the singing and the speaking voice in contemporary art and culture, while in the third part we write about the resemantization of the relation between the singing body and the sung voice within 'installing the operatic'.

More efficient use of resources and economy based on the principles of sustainable development presents a development opportunity that will enable long-term socio-economic development. Therefore, the European Union is extremely active in the creation and implementation of environmental policies, with a view to its conservation, prevention from degradation, and quality improvement, because it gives natural resources necessary for the overall development. Numerous directives, regulations, and rules of the European Union in the field of environmental protection have changed over the years, in the direction of introducing complex measures for the protection of the environment and indicators for monitoring sustainable development achievements. The latest in a series of documents governing the issue of sustainable development is Agenda 2030, where the majority of sustainable development goals is directly linked to the environment and focus on the sustainability of natural resources. At the same time, a preliminary Sustainable Development Index Goal (SDG Index) has been developed, summarizing trends of a set of indicators monitoring the achievement of sustainable development goals of Agenda 2030. The subject of the paper is an analysis of strategic documents dedicated to sustainable development and environmental protection in the European Union, with the aim of showing their development path over time.

The main goal of the study is to analyse a rarely investigated relationship between leisure-time activities and Schwartz's 10 basic values in adolescents. The sample included 1,349 Serbian high-school students (44% boys; 62% vocational schools). The leisure-time questionnaire consisted of groups of items related to hobbies, sports, following different themes/shows in the media (TV, Internet, magazines), listening to music, going out, attending cultural and sports events, activities on the Internet and social networking sites usage. Values (Selfdirection, Stimulation, Hedonism, Achievement, Power, Security, Conformity, Tradition, Benevolence and Universalism) were examined by the PVQ21 questionnaire. Factor analysis yielded seven factors of leisure activities (45.96% explained variance), defined by the following contents: pop culture; music, culture & arts; movies, TV shows and the internet; science & politics; IT; going out; sports. Correlation analysis showed that the assessment of different activities was significantly related to the distinctive sets of basic values, which was additionally confirmed by multiple regression analysis including basic values as predictors and demographic variables as controls. The main conclusion of the research is that values are important motivators of activities during free time and that different values are mostly expressed through different activities, but also that different activities can be motivated by the same basic values. ; Glavni cilj studije je analiza nedovoljno istraženog odnosa između aktivnosti tokom slobodnog vremena i Švarcovih 10 bazičnih vrednosti kod adolescenata. Savremeni autori naglašavaju važnost sagledavanja porodice kao specifičnog obrazovnog konteksta i izučavanja njene uloge u kognitivnom razvoju. U radu je testiran model kojim se postulira način na koji različiti vidovi roditeljskog posredovanja i razna porodična kulturno-potporna sredstva deluju na razvoj formalnih operacija. Pretpostavili smo da obrazovanje roditelja i materijalni status porodice čine širi kontekst koji utiče na generalne dimenzije porodične interakcije (emocionalna razmena i demokratičnost), ali i na kulturno-pedagoški status porodice, te da je njihova veza sa formalnim operacijama posredovana pomenutim varijablama. Očekivali smo da obrazovanje roditelja i generalne dimenzije porodične interakcije utiču na roditeljsku medijaciju specifičnu za razvoj formalnih operacija, operacionalizovanu KPS skalom, i da preko ove varijable posreduju razvoj tog oblika mišljenja. Direktna veza s formalnim operacijama postulirana je u slučaju varijabli kulturno-pedagoškog statusa i KPS skale. Uzorak čini 305 učenika od 15 do 19 godina. Za testiranje postuliranog modela korišćen je metod strukturalnih jednačina. Rezultati pokazuju da postoji direktan uticaj kulturno-pedagoškog statusa i KPS skale na formalne operacije, ali i obrazovanja majke. Neki odnosi ostalih prediktora su potvrđeni a neki ne, što sugeriše da predloženi eksplanatorni model mora biti donekle revidiran. ; Contemporary authors emphasise the importance of viewing the family as a specific educational context and of studying its role in the cognitive development. In this paper, we tested the model that postulates the way in which the different ways of parental mediation and various means of the family cultural-supportive system affect the development of formal operations. We assumed that the education of parents and financial status of the family form a wider context that influences the general dimensions of family interaction (emotional exchange and democratism), but also the cultural-pedagogical status of the family, and that their connection with formal operations is mediated by the above-mentioned variables. We expected the education of parents and general dimensions of family interaction to influence the parental mediation characteristic for the development of formal operations, operationalised by CSS scale, and to mediate, via this variable, the development of that form of thinking. The direct link with formal operations is postulated in the case of variables of cultural-pedagogical status and CSS scale. The sample consists of 305 pupils aged 15 to 19. The Structural Equation Modeling was used for testing the postulated model. The results show that there is a direct influence of cultural-pedagogical status and CSS scale on formal operations, but of mother's education as well. Some relations between other predictors were confirmed, and some not, which suggests that the proposed explanatory model must be revised to some degree.

Tourism is more dependent on the environment than any other economic activity. Modern tourism requires the use of vast areas of the environment, untouched or well-protected, because only in such areas can it hope to develop so as to be of economic and social benefit. Having in mind the great impact of tourism on the environment, its development needs to harmonise with the concept of sustainability. Ecotourism is one of the selective forms of tourism based on natural resources and their use over time, and it is characterised by tourist offers with unique values. Accordingly, the research subject of this paper is ecotourism, which aims to enable the tourism industry to operate while preserving the environment. The aim of this paper is to analyse the achieved level of environmental quality as the basis for the development of ecotourism, and as a component of the competitiveness of the Republic of Serbia's tourism.

Abstract
Corporate social responsibility (CSR), as a concept that tackles economic, The introduction of private pension funds is the essence of the reform of the pension system in Serbia. Private pension funds in Serbia are based on voluntary benefits. Thus, the functioning of the pension system takes place in three interconnected processes: payments to a voluntary pension fund, investment of free funds, and ultimately programmed payments – pensions. The stability in the voluntary pension funds and the predictability of payments allow the quality of investment portfolio to be formed and achieve a long-term yield of investment. In this paper, we implement a well-known approximation method of Lagrange polynomial interpolation. We use it in order to find appropriate mathematical model for prediction of the number of fund members and the average salary in Serbia. This calculation is based on data (average salaries and fund member) from the last five years, i.e. from the period 2015-2019. We calculated the exact mathematical formula, then we compared the results and predictions obtained with that formula and with the formula from one of our previous works. The former role of tourism in terms of provision of accommodation and food has become outdated. Tourist offer increasingly includes additional activities, such as visits to various tangible and intangible cultural sites, and events that tourists perceive visually. In the contemporary tourism trends, cultural resources of Southeast European countries have become an important factor that maintains the competitiveness under conditions of the growing competition on a world scale. Cultural resources directly affect tourism, but there is also an inverse relationship reflected in the impact of tourism on cultural resources that are becoming an important factor for the choice of tourist destinations. The subject of this paper is to review the contribution of cultural resources to the development of tourist destinations with the help of the analysis of elements of Travel and Tourism Competitiveness Index - TTCI.

The aim of this paper is to identify the key determinants of the new industrial policy of Serbia, in the context of European integration processes. The same is based on the analysis of strategic documents of Serbia and the European Union, governing the industrial development for the period up to 2020. Particular attention is paid to the monitoring of developmental dynamics and trends in improving industrial competitiveness. It has been noted that the achieved level of industrialization defines the industrial competitiveness of a national economy. Serbia needs an efficient, industrially competitive economic structure that will be able to meet the growing demands and challenges of the market. Only a properly designed and consistently applied industrial policy can follow the European developments in the future.Key words: new industrial policy, the European integration process, The Competitive Industrial Performance Index (CIP), the development and competitiveness of the industry.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is investigating the homogeneity of the European Union countries (hereinafter: EU countries) according to the achieved level of environmental performance in agriculture and climate change in 2020. The data used for this study are from an internationally comparable database. For the purpose of validation of the laid hypothesis, methods of statistical analysis were employed. The study focuses on Climate change and Agriculture, two factors of the Ecosystem Vitality component, which will be considered in more detail, as well as the indicators included in the Environmental Performance Index (hereinafter: EPI) structure. The empirical findings revealed the existence of a medium and a positive quantitative agreement between the two environmental policy areas, agriculture and climate change. Also, the cluster analysis showed that most of the countries selected for the research apply agricultural production with controlled use of nitrogen, which further affects the reduced emissions of greenhouse gases and thus minimally contributes to climate change.

This work is an attempt at empirically establishing a relation between leisure and values in adolescents. Being new, this topic could help a broader understanding of youth leisure and its association with inner psychological dispositions, but also with specific social context (prolonged economic crisis and post-war environment). Five typical leisure patterns were previously identified: academic, sports, going out, following celebrities in the media and music, and computers pattern. The main objective was to discover whether students with high and low scores on these patterns differ regarding their values. The sample consisted of 2426 Serbian secondary school students from 9 towns. A discriminant analysis was performed and showed that it was possible to identify a specific mix of personal and social values for every leisure pattern. This confirms the existence of a relation between students' behaviour during free time and their values, expressed as a preference for specific personal and social goals. The resultss imply that connecting two domains is achievable and fruitful in both ways. The identified leisure patterns contribute to a more detailed and elaborate portrayal of adolescents' values but those values also bring a new insight into specific features of adolescents' behaviour during leisure time.

Rad prikazuje sistematizaciju širih socijalnih faktora koji doprinose osipanju u Srbiji iz prespektive Bronfenbrenerovog pristupa. Iako su ovi faktori prepoznati u literaturi i obično povezivani sa zajednicom i obrazovanjem kao sistemom (community and systemic factors), retko su istraživani. Dodatnu inspiraciju predstavlja naše prethodno istraživanje osipanja na studijama slučaja koje se dominantno bavilo porodičnim i školskim faktorima takođe iz ekološke perspektive. Podaci su dobijeni putem polustrukturiranih intervjua sa sledećim grupama ispitanika (uključujući i analizu dostupnih relevantnih statističkih podataka): učenici koji su napustili školu ili su pod rizikom i njihovi roditelji; direktori, psiholozi i pedagozi iz škola sa visokom i niskom stopom osipanja; predstavnici nastavnika, roditelja i učenika iz škola sa visokom stopom osipanja; socijalni radnici zaduženi za škole sa niskom stopom osipanja, predstavnici nacionalnih obrazovnih institucija. Rezultati pokazuju dominaciju faktora sa negativnim uticajem na školovanje dece nad podsticajnim, koji bi mogli preventivno delovati na osipanje. Deformativni uticaji postoje u svim socijalnim nišama: u mikrosistemima (vršnjaci skloni rizičnom ponašanju i siromašno susedstvo), u slabim mezosistemskim vezama škole i porodice sa lokalni institucijama, u egzositemima (nerazvijene regije) do nivoa makrosistema (neefikasna zakonska regulativa, nepovezanost obrazovnih institucija i vladinih resora). Formativni uticaji uočeni su u mezosistemskim vezama škola koje su primer dobre prakse, kao i na nivou makrosistema u vidu prepoznavanja problema osipanja na nacionalnom nivou. Iako preliminarni, dobijeni rezultati predstavljaju korisne i važe smernice za buduća istraživanja. ; The paper presents a systematisation of broader social factors affecting student dropout in Serbia from the framework of Bronfenbrenner's approach. Although recognised by authors and commonly related to community and education as a system, these factors are rarely investigated. Starting from our previous research into dropout, focused primarily on family and school, this study is aimed at investigating community and systemic factors. The data were compiled by semi-structured interviews with respondents from the following groups (including relevant public statistical data): students who dropped out/are at risk and their parents; school principals and counsellors from schools with high and low attrition rates; teachers', parents' and students' representatives from schools with high dropout rates; social workers in charge of schools with a low attrition rate; representatives of national educational institutions. The findings reveal that factors with a negative impact on children's education dominate over supportive ones which could have a preventive effect on attrition. Negative influences exist in all social niches: in microsystems (peers prone to risky behaviour, poor neighbourhoods), in weak mesosystem connections of school and family with local institutions, in exosystems (undeveloped regions), up to the macrosystem level (legislative inefficiency, lack of cooperation within educational institutions and between governmental departments). Productive features were observed in mesosystem connections of schools as examples of good practice, as well as at macrosystem level in the form of recognising the dropout problem at the national level. Although preliminary, the obtained results provide useful guidelines for future investigations.
