Practicum Teaching has never been easy for most students. They have to undergo many courses before having the real practicum teaching. Balancing between the performance and competence finally is not totally a piece of cake in terms of real teaching. Lacks of skill in designing lesson plans, creating teaching material and managing classroom are occasionally become e great obstacle for pre-service teachers. And what makes it worse is they do not know well about the implementation of K-13 in teaching English in high schools. As a new implemented curriculum, pre-service teachers should struggle to apply this curriculum well in their teaching. This study investigates teachers" voices over K-13 and what strategies or approaches that teachers of English do to develop the quality of instruction in the classroom. Findings showed that mostly teachers of English are very welcome in implementing K-13 but in some conditions (for government to notice) , such as providing more trainings and bridging courses for teachers especially in suburbs, adding more free text books for unprivileged students, and so on.
The aims of the study are: 1) to discover and analyze the competency, commitment, and performance of finance administrators in The Governmental Unit in Sigi Regency; 2) to discover and analyze the influence of competency and commitment on the performance of finance administrators in The Governmental Unit in Sigi Regency; 3) to discover and analyze the influence of competency on the performance of finance administrators in The Governmental Unit in Sigi Regency; 4) to discover and analyze the influence of commitment in the performance of finance administrators in The Governmental Unit in Sigi Regency. Population covers 42 govermental units in Sigi Regency from departements, agencies, secretariat, inspectorates, to district levels. The result of the test shows that R2 of 0.507 or 50,7% indicates that independent variables, competency and commitment, have impact on the performance if finance administrators in The Governmental Units in Sigi of 50,7%, while 49,3% is indicated by other variables that are not included in this study.
Narcotics abuse has become a necessity in the modern world. Law No. 35 of 2009 on Narcotics is strictly regulated on what actions can be categorized as criminal offenses and what sanctions will be faced by those legally and convincingly proven to be the perpetrators of narcotics abuse. In the past 5 years, the government has massively enforced law enforcement and law enforcement in the field of narcotics and has sent dozens of people to challenge death against firing squads in the execution process. Fidelis a civil servant from Sanggau West Kalimantan, was arrested by the BNN apparatus for being proven to plant marijuana at his home. Through a process integrated in the Indonesian criminal justice system, the judge finally ruled that Fidelis was legally and convincingly guilty and sentenced to 8 months in jail plus a fine of 1 billion 1-month subsidence cage. Many parties admit it because Fidelis should be tried and punished, but many also praise the courage of the judge who has decided the case by using the attachment of progressive legal theory.
The decline is a sign of the beginning of the iqra literacy commanded Gabriel to educate people. Iqra (read) is a model of language education given to the Prophet Muhammad to be imitated and used as a reference by the developers of the language policy (policy language) in particular and education in general. Politics of language in iqra assert that language acquisition is the basis of all forms of education and preparation of human resources in a country. Thus, in the context of the Indonesia development of language education needs to be addressed through policy wisely national language.
Pada hakekatnya kelangsungan pembangunan Indonesia bergantung pada pengelolaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN). Pengelolaan keuangan negara yang ideal bertumpu pada prinsip good governance (yang dewasa ini telah menjadi pola dinamik penyelenggaraan negara di seantero dunia menuju kemantapan demokrasi) yang selaras dengan prinsip good financial governance. Implementasi prinsip good financial governance dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan keuangan negara akan mampu menciptakan clean governance. Sebagai implementasi dari asas legalitas dan asas kepastian hukum, maka pengenaan sanksi dalam penyimpangan pengelolaan keuangan negara harus berdasarkan pada ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dengan mengedepankan penghormatan terhadap hak-hak asasi manusia. Selain itu sanksi tersebut diberikan oleh lembaga yang berwenang setelah melalui beberapa prosedur pemeriksaan dan pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Badan Pemeriksaan Keuangan dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat yang memegang fungsi budgeting dan fungsi pengawasan keuangan negara sebagaimana tertuang dalam Undang-Undang No. 15 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemeriksaan Pengelolaan dan Tanggung Jawab Keuangan Negara dan Undang-Undang No. 15 Tahun 2006 tentang Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan.Essentially, Indonesia's development depends on how the management of the state budget Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara. The ideal management of state budget should be based on good governance principal (this principle has become a dynamic pattern of the state enforcement, towards the democracy evolvement around the world today) which is consistent with the good financial governance principle. The implementation of good financial governance into regulations related to state financial management will be able to produce a clean governance. As the implementation of the legality and legal certainty principle, the imposition of sanctions related to state financial management irregularities must be based on the provisions of laws and regulations which is featuring respect for human rights. Besides, the sanction should be granted by the competent authorities after following some certain procedures and monitoring inspection conducted by the Badan Pemeriksaan Keuangan and Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat who hold the supervisory function of state budgeting and finance monitoring as stated in the Law No. 15/2004 about Audit, Management and Financial Responsibility of State and also Law No. 15/2006 about State Audit Board.
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menggambarkan tentang perbandingan strategi diplomasi pop culture yang dilakukan oleh Korea Selatan dan Jepang. Pembahasan difokuskan pada pelaksanaan strategi Korean Wave dan Cool Japan dalam menyebarkann industri hiburannya ke berbagai negara di dunia termasuk di Indonesia, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, walaupun pada awalnya hanya untuk menaikkan citra positif negara di mata dunia.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam proses penyusunan skripsi ini adalah metode deskriptif komparatif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berdasarkan data primer dalam bentuk situs resmi pemerintah maupun surat kabar nasional dan internasional yang mengungkapkan hasil wawancara, dan data sekunder dalam bentuk telaah pustaka (library research), yaitu dengan mengumpulkan seluruh data dari berbagai literatur yang telah diperoleh dari beberapa tempat penelitian, seperti buku, majalah, surat kabar harian, artikel ilmiah, situs internet, jurnal, dokumen, perjanjian dan makalah ilmiah, yang berkaitan langsung mengenai permasalahan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Korean Wave dan Cool Japan mengekspansi industri hiburan yang mengandung nilai-nilai kebudayaan Korea dan Jepang dengan bantuan aktor-aktor dari negaranya, seperti pemerintah, swasta atau pebisnis, dan media. This phenomenon had a goal to expand the economic rate even though for the first, it just for the positive imaging in the world. The Research Methodology had used is comparative descriptive. The Data collection based on the primary data in government official site, national and international newspaper which have a data related to interview. The seconder data is library research by gathering whole data from several literature which got by some research spot. They're such as book, magazine, newspaper, science article, internet site, journal, document, the agreement, and Science Paper which have a correlation to the subject research. The result of this research shows the Korean Wave and Cool Japan had expanded the entertainment industry which have the culture value of Korea and Japan through the figure of actor from their own country. They're such as Government, entrepreneur and even the businessman and also media. Those actors have several strategy which take the influence of the entertainment on those countries.
Parenting patterns of people in guiding children to achieve their psychosocial development tasks properly, cannot be separated from the level of parental education which supports parents' knowledge of understanding good parenting styles in achieving psychosocial development in preschool children. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of education and the type of parenting style with the psychosocial development of preschool children in TK Pertiwi Bangkinang. This research is a quantitative analytic study with a cross sectional research design. The affordable population in this study were all parents of all preschool children who attended Kindergarten Pertiwi Bangkinang, totaling 100 people. The sampling technique was done by means of consecutive sampling. Data analysis using the chi suare test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the level of parental education and the type of parenting towards psychosocial development in early childhood (preschool) at TK Pertiwi Bangkinang Kota (P value = 0.000 (p value ≤ α 0.05). Parents are expected to be sensitive to their needs. One way of doing this is by using appropriate parenting styles, while appropriate parenting is democratic parenting.

Penerapan diplomasi publik sangat ditentukan dari kesiapan Indonesia terhadap sistem demokrasi. Pada masa kepemimpinan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono demokrasi dan penegakan HAM merupakan bagian dari kebijakan politik luar negeri. Kebijakan ini didasari pada pemahaman Indonesia terhadap nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Democracy has become an icon and one of diplomacy assets of Indonesia, especially in public diplomacy, besides moderate Islam, progressive economics, plural society and diverse cultures that Indonesia has. The application of public diplomacy is largely determined by readiness of Indonesia for a democratic system. During leadership of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono democracy and human rights enforcement were part of foreign policy. This policy is based on Indonesia's understanding of Indonesia of human values. ABSTRACTIndonesia has enormous tourism potential so that it provides its own benefits for the country to achieve its national interests. For this reason, the Indonesian government continues to encourage the development of the tourism sector in various regions, one of which is Banyuwangi Regency. The discussion in this research is focused on the diplomatic efforts made by the Government of Indonesia and the Government of Banyuwangi Regency to introduce tourism in the international arena. In writing this paper, researchers used the concepts of National Interest, Public Diplomacy, and Paradiplomacy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with literature study data collection techniques that examine a number of books, official documents, scientific articles, journals, and electronic media. Based on the research results that the researchers obtained, public diplomacy carried out by the Government of Indonesia and the Government of Banyuwangi Regency is running well by promoting Banyuwangi tourism through "Wonderful Indonesia", the use of sports tourism, and the use of ecotourism and community-based tourism. The achievements obtained from public diplomacy have also had a positive impact on increasing the number of foreign tourist visits as well as improving the economy for Indonesia, especially Banyuwangi Regency. This paper aims to analyze how Indonesia explores maritime resources as an instrument of Indonesian diplomacy. Indonesia's diplomacy remains within the framework of Indonesia's foreign policy principles. Indonesia applies the principle of free and active foreign policy which it has done since the beginning of Indonesian independence. Indonesian maritime diplomacy strives to achieve a level of national interest that will allow it to become the world's maritime axis. To achieve this, Indonesia has joined several strategic partnerships that are concerned about and discuss maritime issues. The partnerships that Indonesia is involved in are trying to solve maritime problems. The data collection process for this paper was conducted using library research and secondary data supported by interviews with related parties. This research is very useful to understand how Indonesia carries out its foreign policy based on the principle of being free and active through diplomacy. Indonesia's cooperation in the maritime field has become a tangible form of Indonesian diplomacy.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRAK: Makalah ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana Indonesia mengeksplorasi sumber daya laut sebagai instrumen diplomasi Indonesia. Indonesia menjalankan diplomasi tetap dalam kerangka prinsip-prinsip politik luar negeri Indonesia. Indonesia menerapkan prinsip politik luar negeri bebas dan aktif yang telah diterapkan sejak awal kemerdekaan Indonesia. Diplomasi maritim Indonesia ditujukan untuk mencapai kepentingan nasional untuk menjadi poros maritim dunia. Untuk mencapai kepentingan nasional, Indonesia melakukan diplomasi maritim dengan bergabung kebeberapa kemitraan strategis yang membahas mengenai masalah maritim. Kemitraan dimana Indonesia tergabung didalamnya, mencoba menyelesaikan masalah-masalah tentang kemaritim. Indonesia bebas untuk bergabung dengan beberapa kemitraan dan aktif untuk berbicara tentang masalah maritim. Proses pengumpulan data dalam makalah ini dilakukan dengan penelitian kepustakaan atau data sekunder yang didukung oleh wawancara dengan pihak-pihak terkait. Penelitian ini sangat berguna untuk memahami bagaimana Indonesia melaksanakan politik luar negerinya dengan prinsip bebas dan aktif melalui diplomasi. Diplomasi yang dilakukan oleh Indonesia menggunakan aset yang dimiliki oleh Indonesia adalah sumber daya maritim. Kerja sama Indonesia di bidang maritim telah menjadi bentuk nyata dari diplomasi Indonesia.
ABSTRACT This article aims to explain the concept of gender theology in the sibaliparri tradition by looking at the role of coastal women in Polewali Mandar Regency. This paper focuses on three main issues, namely the history of the sibaliparri tradition, the role of coastal women in the sibaliparri tradition and the masterminds that influence the role of coastal women in the Sibaliparri tradition in Polewali Mandar Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative, by interpreting data and facts discovered on the local community. Data collection techniques are field studies, interviews, manuscript studies by examining books, journals, and other forms of literature. This study shows that the history behind the word sibaliparri according to Mandar O'Dianda O'Dibisa's lontara has occured since the reign of Maradiaq Balanipa I Manyambungi and during the reign of Maradiaq IV Kakanna I Pattang Daetta Tommuane sibaliparri has spread throughout the Ammaradia Balanipa region. Later, the coastal women in the current concept of sibaliparri are not only in the domestic area, taking care of the family and reproduction, conceiving and giving birth to children, but also playing a role in the public sphere. The factors that influence coastal women according to the sibaliparri concept include economic, social, cultural and gender issues. In Islamic theology the role of women in various activities is in accordance with Islamic teachings. The existence of Mara'dia continues to play its role in the social life of the community providing the government partners in embodying peace in a synergistic relationship to create a peaceful society. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menafsirkan data dan fakta berdasarkan masyaraka setempatt. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu studi lapangan, wawancara, studi naskah dengan menelaah buku-buku, jurnal, dan bentuk literatur lainnya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa sejarah penamaan kata sibaliparri berdasarkan lontara Mandar O'Dianda O'Dibiasa sudah muncul sejak masa pemerintahan Maradiaq Balanipa I Manyambungi dan masa pemerintahan Maradiaq IV Kakanna I Pattang Daetta Tommuane sibaliparri sudah meluas di seluruh wilayah Ammaradia Balanipa. Kemudian Perempuan pesisir dalam konsep sibaliparri saat ini tidak hanya wilayah domestik, mengurus keluarga dan reproduksi mengandung dan melahirkan anak tetapi juga berperan di wilayah publik. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perempuan pesisir menurut konsep sibaliparri di antaranya faktor ekonomi, sosial, budaya dan isu gender. Dalam teologi Islam bahwa peran perempuan dalam berbagai aktivitas adalah sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Keberadaan Mara'dia menjadi tetap eksis memainkan perannya dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat sehingga pemerintah memiliki mitra mewujudkan ketentraman dalam hubungan sinergisitas untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang damai.Kata kunci: teologi gender; tradisi Sibaliparri; peran perempuan; Polewali Mandar
There are many various efforts have been taken by the Government to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, one of them with empowerment and improving the quality of teachers and lecturers as professional educators must have the academic qualifications, competence, education certificates, and have the ability to achieve national education goals. However, as consequences Government cut the student salaries component included basic salary and allowances, and only receive the benefits of the family. The existing laws concerning the financial management of state budget allocations, especially civil servants salaries that are taking education in the Ministry of National Education in Indonesia that are incompatible with the principles of good governance. While the principle of state financial accountability contained in Article 23 art (1) of UUD 1945 that is "responsible for the greatest prosperity of the people". The dimensions of financial accountability, not judged merely from the final report submitted, but from the beginning of the design process, discussion, andratification, and implementation.
This study aims to examine the effect of psychological aspects of dysfunctional behavior at the stage of the government budget examination. The psychological aspect that occurs in the auditing profession uses the proxy of time budget pressure. The sample in this study is the government internal supervisor in Indonesia, represented in this case by the East Java Development Finance Control Board (BPKP). Selected respondents were 39 people whose data were used for the analysis. Questionnaires of 21 questions were distributed directly to measure both variables. Hypotheses were tested using simple regression. The results showed that time budget pressure had a significant effect on dysfunctional behavior ; Este estudio tiene como objetivo examinar el efecto de los aspectos psicológicos de la conducta disfuncional en la etapa de examen del presupuesto del gobierno. El aspecto psicológico que ocurre en la profesión de auditoría usa el poder de la presión del presupuesto de tiempo. La muestra en este estudio es el supervisor interno del gobierno en Indonesia, representado en este caso por la Junta de Control de Finanzas de Desarrollo de Java Oriental (BPKP). Los encuestados seleccionados fueron 39 personas cuyos datos se utilizaron para el análisis. Cuestionarios de 21 preguntas fueron distribuidos directamente para medir ambas variables. Las hipótesis fueron probadas mediante regresión simple. Los resultados mostraron que la presión del presupuesto de tiempo tuvo un efecto significativo en el comportamiento disfuncional
In view of the cultural aspect, the national identity of Indonesia is the manifestation of cultural values that develop in all aspects of life with unique characteristics differentiating Indonesia from other countries. As a pluralistic country, Indonesia has 34 provinces with more than 16.000 islands of varied cultures. All of which have the power to integrate or disintegrate Indonesia's national unity. Inevitably, the world is changing in a process of globalization toward creating a new borderless big village with consequences 1) less government power; 2) liberalism; 3) free market economy; 4) western culture hegemony; and many others. Globalization is deemed catastrophic toward Indonesian traditional values. This paper argues that globalization, on the contrary, brings the opportunity to see the reality of language use in that between English and Indonesian pragmatic apology utterances, both expressive speech acts show similarity in apology features. This paper wants to see whether globalization affects local identity in the context of language use. This paper analyzed apology utterances in Friends TV Series as western representation and utterances found in Office Boy TV Series as Indonesian representation. It is a descriptive qualitative study with content analysis adopted from Spradley in Santoso (2017). The finding shows that apology utterances both English and Indonesian realized universal features of apology that is IFID, Responsibility, Explanation, Repair, Forbearance, Addressed, Phatic, and Interjection. In conclusion, there is no language hegemony. If one considers similarities rather than differences, one will get a deeper insight into languages that will broaden one's view of language.
Abstract: The objective of this paper is the approval of the development of Edutorium on Edupark land which has been designated as RTH on the Surakarta City regional planning. This study was presented descriptively using content analysis methods. After being analyzed, conclusions are obtained; (a) The UMS must obtain permission from the Surakarta City Government to obtain Edupark land; (B) If UMS agrees to permit the construction of Edutorium with a simple building category and has an open land of at least 70%, it is expected that permit will be issued so on. But if Edupark has a building character is not simple and important for the environment, the management of permit for more than 4 months; (c) If no open space rules are accepted, the permit is not issued; (d) UMS has a significant opportunity to submit a request for changes in Edupark's land function through the regional planning revision process. This revision process estimates 1 to 2 years; (e) if UMS applies the green concept of public space in Edutorium buildings, it is truly one of the advantages of UMS in applying Islamic architecture. Based on the conclusions above, the following are recommended: (1) Requirement documents and development permits need to be approved before construction is carried out in the field; (2) In order to be more flexible, this year, the approved UMS immediately requested a change in Edupark from green open space to a cultivation area (yellow); and (3) Before the Edutorium is built, the fulfillment of convention needs can be done by using convention buildings around the UMS. Keywords: Green Open Space, Spatial Planning, UMSAbstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan memahami regulasi pembangunan Edutorium di lahan Edupark yang telah ditetapkan sebagai RTH dalam RTRW Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini dipaparkan secara deskriptif menggunakan metode analisis konten. Setelah dianalisis diperoleh kesimpulan; (a) UMS harus mendapat ijin dari Pemkot Surakarta untuk memanfaatkan lahan Edupark; (b) Jika UMS mengajukan ijin pembangunan Edutorium dengan kategori bangunan sederhana serta memiliki lahan terbuka minimal 70%, diperkirakan IMB terbit dalam waktu dekat. Namun jika Edupark memiliki karakter bangunan tidak sederhana serta berdampak penting bagi lingkungan, pengurusan IMB memakan waktu lebih dari 4 bulan; (c) Jika tidak mengikuti kaidah-kaidah RTH, dimungkinkan IMB tidak akan terbit; (d) UMS memiliki peluang cukup besar untuk mengajukan permohonan perubahan fungsi lahan Edupark melalui proses revisi RTRW. Proses revisi RTRW diperkirakan 1 hingga 2 tahun; (e) jika UMS menerapkan konsep public space yang hijau pada bangunan Edutorium, sesungguhnya merupakan salah satu kelebihan UMS dalam mengaplikasikan arsitektur Islam. Berdasarkan kesimpulan di atas, direkomendasikan beberapa hal berikut: (1) Dokumen persyaratan dan perijinan pembangunan perlu dipenuhi sebelum dilakukan pembangunan di lapangan; (2) Agar lebih fleksibel, pada tahun ini UMS sebaiknya segera mengajukan permohonan perubahan fungsi lahan Edupark dari RTH (hijau) menjadi kawasan budidaya (kuning); dan (3) Sebelum Edutorium terbangun, pemenuhan kebutuhan konvensi dapat dilakukan dengan menyewa gedung-gedung konvensi yang ada di sekitar UMS.
