Interpreting human ideal and religious world in global social context, author analyzing in details relations between terrorism and mass media, models of their counections in context of concrete social-historical changes. Because of mutual, subtle and fl exible interaction originates from publicity hanger, dramatically growing public interest for seductive pictures and reporter's presentations, which changing conceptual and structural religious complex, behavior and believes. Like a chameleon, terrorism is changing along with social environment, provoking impact between religions. Consequence of this impact is constant change of political, economical and cultural relations. All of that creating "time of controlled confl icts", by some theoreticians called also the "third world war", which lead to unexpected and eruptive processes, creаting chaos as state or mind.
Internet, društvene mreže i globalni mediji bitno mijenjaju socijalno-psihološki model demokratskog odlučivanja, jer građani sve češće vlastite stavove, uvjerenja i obrasce ponašanja zamjenjuju medijskim slikama. ; Internet, social networks and global media significantly change the socio- psychological model of democratic decision- making, since citizens more and more their own attitudes, believes and behavior patterns replace by media pictures. Willingness of individuals is breaking and reshaping, becoming the part of political reorganization, whereas the state with the invisible lash force them to be truly their own as they are unable to do that themselves. The power of thematization pushes into focus the interests, pro –active communication strategies direct public dialogue, and personalization blurs ideological interests. Instead of critical communication, masses are offered promising packages of filtered information, the attention is focused to goals of the rich and governing while political communication is hiding more than discovering. Analyzing increasingly noticeable role of media management, PRs and advertizing in the public sphere, the authors ascertain that digitalization increases separation between those who manage and those who are managed, and also political democracy gradually transforms into infokratiya which delegates sovereignty to citizens on communication centers.

The deregulation of media sphere and the transformation of regulatory framework in Serbia has begun at the end of last century with a mission to bring it closer to the developed countries of Europe. However, the process of ownership transformation has only formalized new media monopolies and quality legal solutions were marginalized by poor and inconsistent implementation. The framing of communication images into distorted media frames has strengthened the negative perception in society, because the absence of media diversity in reporting has put very strong tabloid and sensationalist discourses to the forefront. The changes that we are pointing to transform the meaning of a journalistic paradigm. Private media corporations and digitized platforms, increasingly focused on budget funds, construct ideologically desirable narratives, becoming part of the propaganda and clientelist industry.

If we observe social activities as a dynamic, complex, individual, group and mass engagement towards meeting certain goals and ideas which subsequently affect the behavior of people, this paper shall emphasize an increasingly important role of sociology of mass communication, which creates and shapes public opinion through its examination of the process of identification, selection, shaping, storage and distribution of information. Starting from the notion of discourse and the understanding that human sciences believe that discourse leads to specific activities that are concerned with a broader social environment and relationships, the authors of this paper use the method of content analysis of the texts published in the Sociološki pregled/Sociological Review during eight decades in order to indicate that discourse can gain specific power to symbolically influence and transform society only through mass media. The results indicate that the first glimpses of change when it comes to the view and opinion about politics were noticed in the first text with a sociological and communicative approach (published in 1970), as it showed a slight professionalization of the creators of public opinion; moreover, the results have shown that the deep transformation began in the 1990s with a greater number of papers which dealt with public research, political propaganda, election campaigns, marketing, media systems, effects and theories. The fact that the number of such texts in the Sociološki pregled/Sociological Review was increasing over time is also indicative of a change in the sociological paradigm and the democratization of the public, which nowadays cannot be pictured without media influence.

To obuhvata i istraživanje procesa globalizacije, rastakanja suvereniteta i nezavisnosti država i uticaju drugih političkih i ekonomskih faktora na ideju i praksu zaštite životne sredine i proces održivog razvoja.

The issues of nationalism, ethnic affiliation and political myths related to them continue to represent an inexhaustible sociological, political science and security issue in the 21st century in the same way as in the previous century. In their complex nature these issues appear as topics of many debates and interpretations, but these debates are often ideological in their contents. This is also confirmed by the interpretations of the events at the end of 20th century when the Balkan part of Europe became an area of the collapse of law and order, the creation of new states and alliances, national and religious extremism, ethnic conflicts and ethnic cleansing, as well as the incapability of the UN to solve the bloody local conflicts. This paper attempts to show the roots of nationalism and national conflicts in the Western Balkan political area in the course of the last decade of the last century. At the same time the field of analysis is directed towards the functional dimension of political myths and stereotypes in the subsequent political consolidation of newly created national identities explained at the examples of nationalism and antinationalism within the context of origination of synthetic nations at the territory of the former Yugoslavia. ; Pitanja nacionalizma, etničke pripadnosti i političkih mitova u vezi s njima, u XXI, kao i u prethodnom veku, predstavljaju neiscrpnu sociološko-politikološku i bezbednosnu temu.
