Pluralismo religioso y educación ; Religious pluralism and education
; The Spanish Constitution (1978) and Law of Religious Freedom (1980) open the possibility of religious pluralism in Spain, a possibility that in principle will stagnate within the framework legislative without a projection in the social practice. The passage towards the exercise of the religious plurality, its institutionalization, is intensifying in the last years as result of the diversification of the religions and the increase foreign immigration. In this paper, the author dwells to analyze how religious pluralism in the Spanish educative scope is being fitted. She shows the problems that consider when the right to the education of the religion –of the religions– it is applied in the schools where, in addition, the historical presence of the catholic religion prevails.

Public Funding of Research into Ethnological Activities in Andalusia (Spain): Boosting the Academic Career of Researchers
In: Scientific annals of economics and business, Band 68, S. 1-33
ISSN: 2501-3165
The advent of democracy in Spain and the establishment of the different autonomous communities marked the beginning of a process to transfer political, economic and other competences over Culture and Cultural Heritage. Following its creation in 1984, the Ministry of Culture of the Andalusian Autonomous Government incorporated a Directorate-General for Cultural Assets into its organisational structure and embarked on an ambitious programme of actions to support Andalusian historical heritage, including creation of a management structure, enactment of a specific heritage law and budget allocations for protection tasks. From the outset, a type of heritage little known until then emerged: ethnological heritage. Dynamic actions were also promoted to fund research into this area, including grants for ethnological activities, financing for publications and funding for ethnological symposiums.
This paper analyses the different ethnological activities carried out and their funding, and assesses the extent to which this investment favoured the professional development of teaching staff in the field of Social Anthropology in Andalusia, specifying the marginal effects and differentiating them according to gender and university size using binary choice models (Logit).
In the past five years, an Evangelical Christian community composed of people of this nationality has begun to form. Several factors inform the process of gestation and consolidation in this particular migratory context in Purchil: first, the personal migratory experiences of a score of Bolivian members of this community; second, external support from the same confessional environment in the country of origin, as well as from other evangelical communities in the province of Granada; and third, the involvement of Purchil's municipal government. The preferred form of gathering for this community is in the religious space and time of Evangelical Christianity; in this sense, religious practice constitutes for its members an adjustment strategy to their new migratory context, in which they reveal beliefs from their original country in interrelationship with the homonymic cases of the receptor country.
