Morality and ethics are linked to moral philosophy. However, almost all books on Human Resource Management are in fact books on HRM without much concern for morality."Seven Moralities of Human Resource Management" analyses morality of HRM from the perspective of American psychologist and ethicist Laurence Kohlberg (1927-1987). Standard works on the morality of HRM tend to classify HRM along three so-called main philosophical concepts: virtue ethics, utilitarianism, and Kantian ethics.
