This essay constitutes a contribution to think about the form-of-life as an "outside" of representation. Mainly the form-of-life was never consigned in the philosophical tradition, it was in the negative form of stasis (civil war) whose actuality breaks out as the revolt. Using the works of Nicole Loraux, political philosophy would constitute an effort to "deny" stasis and, in this sense, neutralize the irruption of the form-of-life (katechón). In this sense, the revolt wolud be a properly stasiological minor becomingin wich radicality we could identify a form-of-life, that is, a life that becomes irreductible to any regime of representation. That´s why the revolt will be hostile to the city (pólis). ; El presente ensayo constituye una contribución a pensar a la forma-de-vida como un "afuera" de la representación. Si la forma-de-vida no estuvo jamás consignada en la tradición filosófica, si lo estuvo en la forma negativa de la stásis (guerra civil) cuya actualidad irrumpe en la forma de la revuelta. Sirviéndonos de los trabajos de Nicole Loraux, la filosofía política constituiría un esfuerzo por "denegar" la stásis y, en este sentido, neutralizar la irrupción de la forma-de-vida (katechón). La revuelta será, en este sentido, un devenir menor propiamente stasiológico que pondrá en juego la radicalidad de una forma-de-vida, esto es, una vida irreductible a cualquier régimen de representación. Por eso, toda revuelta será hostil a la ciudad (pólis).

The hipothesis of this essay proposes that the transition was no a simple period of political history, but a raison d`etat built from the narrative structure of the fable. That´s why it places a story that holds the "once upon a time" as its premise that make possible to conclude a moral lesson that guides the mode of how to govern through the technologiés of the goverment by consent. If the fable is a moral discourse built from the scene of two animals that make a mistake and leave a moral lesson, the transitional discourse was a fable that appeal to the "once upon a time" (Allende and the Unidad Popular experience) as an error that concludes a moral lesson: govern "as far as possible". ; La hipótesis del presente ensayo plantea que la transición no fue simplemente un período en la historia, sino ante todo una raison d`etat construida a partir de la estructura narrativa de la fábula. Como tal, plantea un relato que lleva como presupuesto el "había una vez" sobre el cual se desprende una moraleja que guía el modo de ejercer el gobierno vía las formas del goverment by consent. Si la fábula es un discurso moral construido en base a la escena de dos animales que cometen un error y dejan una moraleja, el discurso transicional fue una fábula que apeló al "había una vez" (Allende y la experiencia de la Unidad Popular) desde cuyo error se concluye una moraleja: gobernar "en la medida de lo posible".

This essay asks on the performative efects of the chilean hymn, because it names the country as a "happy copy of Eden". Since this problem, the essay asks: how could the copy may posits as the originality of the sovereignity? To solve the distance between the copy and the original and make posible the sovereignity´s operation, the hymn names the copy as "happy". The word "happy" supports the constitution of the sovereignity and reveals the limit of its own imposibility. "Happy" reduce the distance between the copy and the original but, at the same time, absolutely preserve it. That´s why, say that the country is the "happy" copy is the same than to say that is a "unhappy" one, because both words (happy and unhappy) shows the ontological difference between the copy and the original. This essay argues that the word "happy" is a political theological device because repeats the angelical task of manage the divine creation. In theses terms we ask: ¿Is the chilean republican proyect an administrative one? In this light, the essay posits an aporia between the hymn and poem: the hymn constitutes the angelical operator that makes sovereignity posible, the poem constitutes a singular rest that resist it. ; El presente texto se interroga sobre los efectos performativos del himno de Chile en cuanto éste designa al país en la forma de una "copia feliz del Edén". A partir de ahí, se pregunta ¿cómo podría una copia afirmarse en la originalidad de una soberanía? Para solucionar la distancia entre copia y original y, por tanto, dar lugar al funcionamiento de la soberanía, el himno designa a esa copia como "feliz". El término "feliz" se constituye, así, en el operador que vendría tanto a apuntalar a la constitución de una soberanía como a revelar el límite de su imposibilidad. "Feliz" permite disminuir la distancia entre copia y original, pero a la vez, la conserva irremediablemente. Por eso, decir que el país es la copia "feliz" es lo mismo que decir "infeliz" toda vez que ambos términos no hacen más que corroborar la diferencia ...

This article brings up Islam perspective towards life. Islam is not presented as an "illustrated" religion and vanguardof European "rational" history, nor, by defect, as an "assault" towards the contemporary liberal values of toleranceand democracy. Rather, it is considered in relation to bioethics, in which the questioni ng about the problem of technologyis fundamental. Is it of interest to situate Islam as a specific "anthropotechnia", that is as a gathering of forces that makespossible the "transformation of human animal into man". An "anthropotecnia" perspective means to reflect in the forceswhich, in Islam, make possible human governing. ; El presente artículo plantea la perspectiva del Islam respecto de la vida. No se aborda al Islam como una religión"ilustrada" y vanguardia de la historia "racional" europea ni, en su defecto, como un "atentado" a los valores liberales de latolerancia y la democracia contemporáneas. Más bien, se lo considera en relación con la bioética, en la cual la interrogaciónsobre el problema de la técnica resulta fundamental. Interesa situar al Islam como una específica "antropotecnia", esto es, comoun conjunto de dispositivos que hacen posible el "devenir hombre del animal humano". Una perspectiva "antropotécnica"significa preguntarse por los dispositivos que, en el Islam, hacen posible el gobierno de los hombres. ; O presente artigo propõe a perspectiva do Islã a respeito da vida. Não se aborda o Islã como uma religião "ilustrada"e vanguarda da história "racional" europeia, nem, em seu defeito, como um "atentado" aos valores liberais da tolerância e ademocracia contemporâneas. Melhor, ele é considerado em relação com a bioética, na qual a interrogação sobre o problemada técnica resulta fundamental. Interessa situar o Islã como uma específica "antropotecnia", isto é, como um conjunto dedispositivos que fazem possível o "devenir homem do animal humano". Uma perspectiva "antropotécnica" significa perguntarsepelos dispositivos que no Islã torna possível o governo dos homens.
