The article examines the South Atlantic Conflict the Falklands (Malvinas) War between Great Britain and Argentina in 1982 in terms of geopolitics as the military regime in Argentina (1976-1983) considered that geopolitical motives were very important in foreign policy. According to military elite the South Atlantic was an ocean of increasing strategic and the growing economic importance. The Falklands (Malvinas), South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands were much more than islands for Argentina. They represented the basis of her maritime domain and had economic importance due to their wealth in fish, oil and minerals. Without access to the South Atlantic it would not be possible far Argentina to transform into regional power. This was the reason that made Argentina occupy the islands on April 2,1982.

The article is devoted to the period that ended the age of dynastic confrontation in the Hungarian kingdom and became decisive for the establishment of the power of the new Anjou dynasty, which in the future had a significant impact on the political life of Eastern Europe and Italy. A dangerous precedent - the division of power and territories of the kingdom within the ruling family during the reign of King Bela IV led to a decline in the prestige of the royal power and brought about a tectonic split in the ruling states of the state. The hypothetical renaissance of the Бrpбd monarch's prestige and royal power, which took place during the reign of King Andrбs III, ended with his untimely death, plunging Hungary into years of dynastic strife. Research methods. First of all, comparative-historical and structural-systemic methods of analysis, methods of induction and deduction, problem-chronological method of presenting the material were used. Scientific novelty. The outlined problems have not been considered in historiography before. Conclusions. In the autumn of 1300, probably none of those who met the small honor of the minor Neapolitan prince Charles Robert, who had previously been excluded from the right to inherit his Italian possessions, had no doubt that he would repeat the fate of his predecessors and become an obedient tool in the hands powerful subjects, such as Shubych, Kyosogi, Chak, etc. However, during the ten years of his reign, Charles I Robert managed to consolidate in his hands the power necessary to destroy powerful oligarchic possessions, among which the province of the Kyosogi family was one of the most powerful. Therefore, the fall of the power of this family became one of the milestones of the destruction of oligarchic possessions by Karl I Robert, which was a prelude to the onset of the period, which in Hungarian historiography was called the "Golden Age".

The article examines the views of the leading politicians: Jose Marti (Cuba), Roque Saenz Peña (Argentina), Rafael Uribe Uribe (Colombia). According to them, the main obstacle to the progressive development of Latin America were US plans to dominante Latin America. They criticized the Monroe Doctrine, firstly used to justify America's continental expansion but at the turn of the century revived to assert that the United States had a right and duty to extend its influence and civilization in the Western Hemisphere. Their proposed measure for the preservation of sovereignty was to create the confederation of all Latin American states.

The article points out that, solving the problem of society and the aggregate as an object of science, Kondratiev develops a methodology for determining the essence of such a aggregate as society. To this end, through a system of definitions of the aggregate, he clarifies the most important parts of its structure and their most important qualities (a large number of elements, the elements themselves, their real connections and relationships, phenomena as the results of connections and interactions). In addition, through certain categories, he reveals the forms of knowledge about the aggregate, displayed in the concepts of discreteness, true objective reality, causally necessary connections, relationships, series. The latter are expressions of knowledge about uniform connections and relationships between elements and phenomena of the aggregate.

After signing the Joint Declaration of the USSR and Japan on October 19, 1956 in Moscow the question of signing a peace treaty was periodically raised in the Soviet-Japanese and then in the RussianJapanese political relations, with the help of which the Japanese side wanted to change the de jure and de facto post-war borders between the countries. During the reign of the Abe cabinet, 27 meetings were held between Russia and Japan at the level of the leaders of the countries. After Abe Shinzo's sudden departure from the post of the Prime Minister for health reasons, Suga Yoshihide turned out to be in this position. In 2020 and 2021 he never met with the Russian President V.V. Putin, but was actively building relations with the United States. During a year of Suga cabinet's leadership in the context of coronavirus restrictions, the Russian-Japanese relations have noticeably "cooled down". However, the actions of Y. Suga on the world stage and the policy of the Russian government in relation to the Kuril Islands make it possible to speak not only of Japan's new approaches to security in the Asia-Pacific region, which are focused on the idea of "containment" of China, but also of a more pragmatic Russian approach to Japan's territorial claims. It is possible that the development of these trends will lead to a new vision of building mutually beneficial Russian-Japanese relations in the future.
