The article examines residents' perceptions of the urban environment in a resource-type region. The ideas are identified, and key requests for changing the urban environment are analyzed. The purpose of the article is to identify the ideas of the urban environment and analyze the key requests of residents to change it. Depending on the experience of interaction with the urban environment, general and personalized requests are formed. The presented study, includes a questionnaire survey and the focus group interview with the residents of Kemerovo. The focus group interview was attended by such groups of citizens as "Schoolchildren", "Old-timers of the city", a group of representatives of the cultural and educational sphere of the city, "City activists". As a result, ideas about the history of the city, the problems of the territory, the uniqueness of the city and the future of the city are highlighted. The ideas about the city are formed under the influence of various factors, such as an age, an occupation, a level of education, etc. "Schoolchildren" perceive the city as a place of birth and study; "Old-timers" do it through the prism of their experience, including professional; "Historians, cultural experts" see the city as a reflection of history, and "Urban activists" see a space for the changes and the implementation of their projects. In the minds of Kemerovo residents, industry is an important part of the city; on the other hand, the transition to new sectors of development is important for residents. It was revealed that residents, even when articulating a request to change the urban environment, prefer to play passive roles in the process of solving urban problems. Kemerovo residents are aware of the problems of the urban environment, but are not ready for concrete actions to solve them.

The article discloses the issue of gradual terminological formation of national vocabulary in legal documents. The material for the study was the words and phrases from Article 152 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation "Protection of the honor, dignity and business reputation of citizens". The investigation of national vocabulary units has enabled to prove that though being incorporated into latest Russian legal texts, they are still deprived of pure terminological status. Having discovered the lack of vocabulary homogeneity, the authors singled out the degrees of legal-term applicability for the texts under study and introduced authentic typology, distinguishing the range of items from national language bulk to special judicial terms. Thus, legal terms are both specialized linguistic units and language units that preserve in their genetic code its national properties: polysemy, variability and potential dynamics, irreducibility to one single meaning. The study shows that legal-term applicability terminology correlates with the stages of evolution in national vocabulary. This assumption is exemplified by the analysis of the words with the same root morpheme chest-with the focus on their semantic development. The synchronous study of legal-term applicability requires elaboration of the method of legal text continuous sampling, which is of applied value for linguistic expertise of judicial texts.

The article examines the main trends in the analysis of the cultural and historical concept of the author of the "Decline of Europe" in Russian humanitarian thought of the late XX–XXI centuries. The authors of the article have studied the modern stage of Russian humanitarian thought, within the framework of which the process of transition from Soviet ideological and methodological monism to methodological pluralism in the study of O. Spengler's legacy is taking place. Having studied the works of historians, philosophers, cultural scientists, sociologists, political scientists and other representatives of Russian humanitarian thought, the authors analyzed modern interpretations and modern perception of O. Spengler's cultural and historical concept in the Russian humanities. The article proves that the crisis of the methodology of humanitarian cognition of Soviet Marxism opens up for domestic researchers completely new theoretical and methodological approaches to the interpretation of O. Spengler's cultural-historical concept, which, as a result, will affect the development of modern Russian historiography.
