The article examines the national legislation of Ukraine. international legal acts, according to which the rules of state regulation of combating acts of unlawful interference with the activity of civil aviation are introduced. It has been found that a sufficiently strong basis was created in the field of aviation law for the further creation and improvement of legal and technical norms regulating the issue of unlawful interference in the activities of civil aviation and ensuring aviation security. However, without the introduction of international legal standards in the field of aviation security and their implementation in the domestic flight safety system, it is almost impossible to carry out and arrange air freight.Keywords: the instances of unlawful interference in operation of civil aviation, aerospace, aviation security, international agreements, civil aviation ; У статті досліджено національне законодавство України. міжнародно-правові акти, відповідно до яких запроваджуються правила державного регулювання боротьби з актами незаконного втручання в діяльність цивільної авіації. Встанвлено, що в сфері повітряного права була створена досить потужна основа для подальшого створення і вдосконалення юридико-технічних норм, що регулюють питання незаконного втручання в діяльність цивільної авіації та забезпечення авіаційної безпеки. Проте, без запровадження міжнародно правових стандартів у сфері забезпечення авіаційної безпеки та імплементації їх у внутрішньодержавну систему забезпечення безпеки польотів практично неможливо здійснювати і організовувати повітряні перевезення.Ключові слова: авіакосмічна галузь, безпека авіації, міжнародні угоди, цивільна авіація

У науковій статті приділяється увага застосуванню електронних доказів у кримінально-процесуальній діяльності. Розглядається механізм доказування на підставі електронних доказів, а тому досліджується поняття «електронний доказ» та їх види. Окрему увагу заслуговує позиція науковців у вказаній тематиці та рекомендації по внесенню змін до законодавства. У законодавстві не закріплене визначення електронних доказів а доктрина кримінального права містить декілька визначень даного правового поняття, у зв'язку з чим у статті надано власне визначення поняття «електронні докази».Ключові слова: електронні докази, кримінальне провадження, розслідування, судовий розгляд ; The scientific article pays attention to the use of electronic evidence in criminal proceedings. The purpose of this research is the identification of moral and psychological features of the motivational sphere of juvenile offenders (delinquents) and identification of risks in the process of socialization of juveniles that have a determining connection with the illegal (deviant) behavior of the child. The article presents the results of empirical studies of the specifics of the motivational sphere of juvenile offenders; the assessment of the risks caused by the weakening of the socializing role of family institutions, education, and upbringing is submitted. In addition, the statistical analysis of the moral and psychological characteristics of juveniles serving a sentence associated with imprisonment compared to a control group of peers who are not in conflict with the law is given.

At the beginning of the 21st century mankind was confronted with such global challenges in various spheres of life as environmental problems, starvation and impoverishment of the majority of the world population, degradation of morality, increasing regional and interethnic conflicts, terrorism and others. The idea of sustainable development is the answer to these challenges today. Legal culture is one of the conditions for sustainable development of Ukrainian society. It allows to rethink the role and importance of state and legal institutions for ensuring sustainable development both at the ordinary and scientific level. This role is revealed by the tasks performed by the legal culture. The formation of the philosophy of sustainable development of the population, an understanding of the values and needs of stakeholders, the involvement of individuals in the system of legal values, and legal support for all activities aimed at achieving the sustainable development goals defined in the final document of the UN Summit on Sustainable Development "Transforming our World: The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development" are among them. Carrying out legal socialization of various subjects of public life, developing an appropriate legal position for them will allow achieving social justice, building the foundations of inclusive development, ensuring the rule of law, eradicating corruption and restoring confidence in the state and its institutions, strengthening social cohesion, ensuring the interaction of state bodies with the public and self-organizing activities of citizens.

The article is devoted to the problems of protecting a child from sexual violence by legal means, namely by criminalizing illegal acts in accordance with the principles, directives and framework decisions of the European Union. To achieve this goal, scientific research methods were used, in particular formal logical, statistical, systematic and comparative legal methods. The works of scientists dealing with this topic were also analyzed. Within the framework of the research, a legal analysis of international standards (conventions, directives, draft decisions of the European Union), decisions of the ECtHR aimed at protecting the rights of the child against sexual violence and their implementation in the new paradigm of criminal law was carried out. Finally, the article presents the analysis of the legislative framework for the protection of children's rights and a new version of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which criminalizes acts of a sexual nature against a child and liability for the distribution of pornographic content among minors. It is concluded that compliance with international standards, the acquisition of a new status by Ukraine requires adequate political will and readiness to update the national legislation.
