This work examined the experience of state authorities and public associations of the Tyumen region in preventing extremism and ensuring interfaith harmony in the region. In recent years, an effective system has been created here to counter extremism. Key authorities and their competence in this area have been identified, in particular, for the development and implementation of preventive, patriotic, educational and propaganda measures.
